Dewstripe breathed in the she-cats laugh with a sigh. Glad someone’s laughing.
Her eyes focused on the camp behind Firesky in attempts to finding an exit. It wasn’t so much that she found her clanmate intolerable, or any of her clanmates’ for that matter. She just... didn’t do the best with one-on-one interactions and could feel the jaws quickly closing in. Her eyes shifted back to the ginger warrior as she spoke and inquired. “Wanna join me for a hunt?”
And there is was.
There was no escape now, besides, she was itching to get out of this dreadful camp watching her fellow warriors lie around. It wasn’t even the time for that! Dewstripe held Firesky’s gaze for a few moments before finally rolling them. She grumbled as she stood, “Sure, I’ll join you for a hunt.” She made sure to repeat the specifics of the evening to follow so that Firesky knew she was serious about hunting. Flicking her tail she headed towards the entrance, wasting no time at all.

Sorry if anything doesn’t make sense fam it’s 3am and I already took my sleep aide so my brain ain’t what it usually is lol } Firesky wanted to shake her head in amusement at the other she-cat, but she didn’t want to seem rude so instead she just smiled at her. Always so dedicated to the rules, she mused. She wondered if somehow she could convince the other warrior that there was more to life than serving the clan. Of course it was important to be dedicated and to provide, but that couldn’t be all there was. Without something else, something more, how was life worth living? With a twitch of her whiskers, she brought her mind back to the task at hand and trotted after her clanmate toward the camp entrance. The other she-cat had a head start, but Firesky slipped past her and outside in a rush of excitement for the rain that awaited them. |

[ well it's gotten late but here i am!

Azurefall found himself near camp entrance. The warrior had tended to a set of patrols for the day already. His own returning just moments before the rain began its fierce attack. He had noticed the darkness within those clouds early and he was very grateful to have returned with his patrol before the rain began its descent. For it would have been a shame to get his fur all wet. It seems everyone will be staying inside today. The tom thought as he peered to the dreary weather beyond camp. Now that he had time for himself, the tom found himself looking for someone. Hazel eyes lighting up when he located the cream pelt he was looking for. Quickly, the blue-gray tom was on his paws and padding over to the she-cat. "Hello sunshine," His greeting was low but friendly, "Not getting much sleep lately?" The tom tried to meet Cloverrose's gaze, but with her dozing he wasn't sure that would be possible.
ѕρσσкуѕку "I'll go first, follow after me alright?" Hiro looked to his warrior companion with a determined expression as the rain grew heavier around them. He was able to see that Olivepool had a good hold on the tree. With a small nod, he then gazed above to the path of bark at his paws, his tail stilled. The tom drew a breath before his voice rang out. "Let's go!" The loner suddenly declared. In that moment the tom began hauling himself up the tree swiftly with quickly timed springs. He placed his paws swiftly but carefully, making sure he was treading dry bark. Already the loner was half way up the tree before glancing back down. His red gaze worriedly watching over his friend behind him. If she needed help he wanted to be there for her, for there was only so much one can help with scaling a tree.

{ My computer is also hopefully up and running for good now! We had to get a new new power source cause the one we got died randomly (despite being brand new smh) so I’m hoping this fixes the problem for good although the new power source is hella loud it sounds like there’s a jet engine in my living room right now rip
I’ll reply to rp tomorrow. Hopefully I can get to sleep before/around 2 tonight haha. Would be the first time in like a week if so lmao. }

Dewstripe breathed in the damp air with appreciation. If she looked past the complications it would cause for hunting she really did enjoy the rain. It made the forest that much more aromatic. She thanked Starclan that Newleaf was finally here and the world was becoming green once again. She missed feeling the sun burning into her pelt as she went on evening patrols, the mewling of new kits, and the brighter dispositions her clanmates found in the warm sun. She always believed she wasn’t meant for Leaf-Bare and she still stood by it.
Her nose scrunched in disapproval as Firesky bounded past her but was quickly thankful to follow after her and out space between her and the camp. Finally! She was outside! Her legs thanked her for the stretch as she bounded after the she-cat. “Where to?” She inquired, only now catching up to her and striding beside her.
Milkpaw’s whiskers twitched as a feather tickled her nose. She had just pulled the last of the new bedding mixture into the nursery, making sure there were extra feathers at Echomist’s request. She swiped the feather away with her paw as she finished fluffing up the bedding. Maybe now she could find some time to relax. The apprentice dipped her head to the queen’s respectfully before exiting the den, trotting a little ways off before sitting down to groom. She hated when the feathers and moss got into her black and white coat. She let out a sigh before she gained the patience required to grooming her coat, allowing her mind to wander. She hadn’t seen much of Frost today, she briefly wondered where he was so busy with today.

here is dew for firesky and milk for icestep HOWEVER I was looking at your characters again and it might make more sense if we rp Milkpaw and Cherrysong as Cherry being her temporary mentor. Was thinking it might be a good pairing because
- both half clan cats / something they both have a mutual understanding about / how hard it is to be half clan right now when Silverstar and many others are vvvvv against outsiders/cats that weren’t clanborn
- bio said that apprentices are scared of cherry and that she hisses at everyone but I think milk will be indifferent towards her, idk how cherry would respond, if it would make her relieved or more annoyed, might be interesting to rp out during a training session
- could be decided that she’s her temporary mentor to help Cherry transition more into clan life and find confidence in being a warrior Maybe even keep clanborn cats mentoring clanborn cats idk how far the distaste for non clanborn cats is at this moment given the plot has changed

Also since so much time has passed in rp, did you still want Milk to be an apprentice? Most of the cats who were apprentices are warriors now. However if she is still an apprentice, we could Sundance be her mentor. Sun secretly had a romance with a kittypet and now has four secretly half-clan kits so that could be a way for her to confide in someone - maybe in an attempt to help Milk feel more at peace with her place in the clan? ѕρσσкуѕку yea, I’m intentionally holding back Milkpaw because for health reasons she tires easily and did not pass her assignment with ~flying colors~ so she is held back a few moons but I plan on her becoming a warrior soon, I just wanted to rp her apprenticeship since I never really got the chance. oh Sundance sounds great but I think I’m hoping for someone that will be harder on her. want her to sufferrrrrrrr jk I just would like a mentor or warrior that is really going to be tough on her for character development hehehe yes yes yes I looked there but you didn’t have yours up so I just went off of whatever was on the front page. 🎃❅❖.Şp໐໐kฯຟiຖ໓.❖❅🎃 ooo ok heard !
