He shut is eyes for a moment and took a deep breath, trying to ignore the annoyance he felt at her self-pitying attitude, and padded quickly back up to her side. “It’s a lovely day out today, Aetherclan could use the nice weather and the plump prey,” He meowed as his amber gaze looked out ahead of him. He wondered just how much he might be able to get her to trust him again, maybe she would tell him everything she was feeling. Most she-cats did that, right? Although, Silverstar was always much stronger than the other she-cats, it was one of the things that drew him to her at the time. Now, she seemed weak, and lonely, perfect for him to take advantage of. He kept these thoughts to himself, of course, and simply smiled down at her instead.

She fluffed her fur out a bit, the breeze causing a chill to run through her, and returned her attention to Silas once again. “Well you’re right I suppose, I don’t have to imagine it because here you are! You missed me so much that you had to come find me,” she teased in response. Knowing full well that she was the one that had crossed the border to find him, and she was quite certain that he’d noticed that too, but she told herself it didn’t matter much. “So what do you say? A hunt?” The suggested was light in her tone, not forceful, but hopeful.

He blinked his green eyes back at Flinttail, his gaze now lower than the other tom’s with his head lowered as it was. He caught a movement in the corner of his eye and watched as Sundance got up and started walking toward them with...Ripplewave? Odd, but his sister had always had a tendency to reach out to others. Maybe that’s what had happened there. They passed by on their way out of camp, and he could see that she was excited to get some fresh air. He couldn’t blame her. If he had to be stuck inside all the time he’d go crazy. He turned his attention back to Flinttail with a flick of his ear to brush off the encounter. “ I’m glad I can trust you with this,” he murmured, suddenly quiet and serious. He looked at the black tom with an intensity he rarely showed, finding himself filled with some indeterminate emotion and unable to look away. { *Spottedpelt* I don't think you ever replied to this. { ѕρσσкуѕку ; okay!!! Here you go love! } Sable had just woken up from a short nap, a long stretch flowing through her muscles as a large yawn took over. Her people were moving around the house, slamming the wooden doors and making far too much ruckus. Her ears twitched with annoyance as she looked on through her bright blue eyes, noticing their movements picking up pace. They appeared to be fighting, she rolled her eyes and stood, moving towards the door and letting out a loud meow. It seemed to momentarily interrupt their yelling as an exasperated sigh left the male human and he stomped over to the door, swinging it open for her. She let out a grateful chirp and skimpered off outside, shaking out her just napped-on fur. A small sigh escaped her own mouth as the sun barely warmed her fur, there was still a chill in the air but it was mellowing out. That thought made her happy, and she smiled as she headed toward the shaded area of the tree, hoping she would find a fat squirrel to amuse her. |

Sundance sighed, looking around. She should probably go back, but she wasn't done yet. "Let's go a bit farther," she mewed, glancing back at him before she continued walking. Her pace was a bit faster, as if she wanted to get somewhere. But really she just wanted to get anywhere. She didn't know how many chances she would have to get out when her kits were born, and she knew that wasn't far off.

Ripplewave watched her move ahead, a small smile appearing on his face, which didn’t happen often. He flicked his ears and bounded after her, catching up easily. “Do you have a destination in mind?” He meowed in his quiet tone. The sun was peaking through the trees, and he knew of a small creek up ahead that had fresh water and a place to sun themselves. He went there often, and it seemed that not many others in the clan knew about it. The thought of showing it to Sundance didn’t make him cringe, like it would with anyone else. Maybe, she would enjoy it just as much as he did, and maybe she wouldn’t laugh at him for being so silly. His thoughts trailed back, but he shook his head to focus. “I know a spot just ahead that I think maybe...um..” he stuttered slightly, ducking his head. Who was he to assume what she would and wouldn’t like? “You might like it anyway,” he finished, his head still ducked downward as he waited for her response. ѕρσσкуѕку ~ |

I'm feeling kind of burnt out with aetherclan right now. I gotta be honest guys. I think it's just because it's been so inactive from everyone. I'm including myself obv. { I feel like we’re all probably struggling with that feeling of “no one’s on here so why should I bother” :/
I could go around and check in with our various main members to see if people just need motivation to come back.
Maybe we could plan something big (mountain lion attack scale but different obv) and have it be like an event we’re all excited for. And I could contact people who haven’t been as active and try to get them all involved.
Just some thoughts. Anyone else got an idea? }

I feel like because we are kind of in limbo with our big plot and working up to it that sometimes it’s hard for people to feel motivated to come on.
I love the role plays that I’m doing right now, maybe we could do a big time skip though and discuss what we want to happen in that time and then start roleplaying the action?
I know it sucks to do that though cause the stuff in between is important.
