(Lol. I guess so. ^^) - (Aw. <3 Don't worry. These are treasures he'll hold close in his lifetime. It might be sad, but it's sweet too. Bittersweet.) --- Olga chuckled softly at Lydia's response. "Think on it." She moved to sweep into Lydia's pan, but the shards suddenly lifted as if of their own accord. Olga watched them lift and reform. She hummed solemnly when Cheshire said she had no parents. That explained some things. "Perhaps some good can come from a bad day. What once seemed to be a bad day might not seem so terrible as time goes on. Is there something so wrong with that?" She swept the remaining shards into Lydia's pan. "I wouldn't give up my boy's childhood pictures for any amount of fortune or fame. I never want to forget the innocent, kindhearted child he was. He might be lost right now, but..." She stopped sweeping and leaned on her broom. "It's pictures like these that can remind you what to look forward to." Finished, she leaned the broom against the wall. She briefly brushed a hand across her face, before turning back to the others, or at least Lydia. "But that's me. Not everyone finds meaning in pictures. But meaning can be found if you look close enough."

Cheshire sighed, opening up was stupid, but it didn’t hurt either. They would leave, she was sure, they would leave like everyone else did.
Olga’s words were soft, and she looked back at Olga, whose words were wise, and eyes seemed sad and distant, remembering another time.
”Come on, Enzo, give it back!” She cried out, hugging angrily as the pale-blonde haired boy stole her book, laughing as he held it just out of sight, large smile on his face.
“Why should I?” He teased, and she giggled softly as he started running around with it, following suit.
“That’s what a nice brother would do!” She laughed, chasing after him, though he turned to stick his tongue out at her, ramming into the counter, and sending a photo crashing down.
He scuttled back, dropping the book, and his mouth falling open at the broken frame and picture of his parents.
“Oh!” She teased, grinning, “You’re gonna get in trouble!”
“Trouble is on the horizon,” she commented, snapping back to reality, “Memories are just reminders of what we had, lies. There’s nothing to look forward too.” Strangely honest, and soft spoken, “But there’s no harm in hope. I just hope you can cope in the end. We’ll do what we can for your son.” Her eyes shifted to Lydia, her breath barely fanning out and cold, “And since Lydia’s so concerned about allies. I can find the weather-maker myself.”
Her cooling presence seemed to fade off, though if she was there or not was entirely unknown.

Lydia shook her head. Cheshire was such a negative person, maybe that was part of the reason Lydia didn't like her. She wanted to say something to Cheshire about her view on memories but she left before Lydia could say anything. She let out a sigh as she looked over at Olga "You see why I get so irritated with her? She's extremely stubborn and pessimistic. I agree with you though. Memories can be something that push us forward when we need it most, to keep on fighting when there seems to be no hope. They help us remember the good times so you can smile through the bad ones" she said

"Thank you," Olga murmured appreciatively. When Cheshire mentioned finding the weather-maker herself, Olga started to shake her head. "I wouldn't recommend that."
When Lydia spoke, she glanced over at her. "Sounds to me, like most young teenagers who've lost their parents. She's a troubled young soul... But smart. Very smart for her age." Olga stretched, grunting when something in her back cracked. She smiled when Lydia spoke of memories. "Ah, so you see what I mean. And even if you can't have what once was, it's a way to remember what was lost. A lie? It all depends on how you see it." Olga shrugged and picked up the broom once more, carrying it back to the kitchen.

Cheshire rolled her eyes, “Believing me to be a simple troubled teen would be the first mistake you could make. I’m not a delinquent, and I’m far beyond what you can comprehend.” Her voice almost seemed like distorted static, “And it’s not that I lost my parents. I just don’t have-“ She didn’t know why she was explaining it. Lydia would just hold the information against her, so she shut her mouth then.
Olga suggested about the weather-maker, about not moving to find them, but Cheshire wasn’t afraid. “I lost my fear of others a long time ago. And I am more than adapt at handling missions that may be toug. I’ve done much worse than this before.” It wasn’t like anyone’s could kill her again. Her power, while she didn’t always use it, seemed strong and controlled, for the most part.

Lydia gave a nod to what Olga said. Everything she had just said Lydia agreed with, it was one of the reasons she kept a picture of her brother in her pocket. When Cheshire spoke once again, Lydia shook her head. She didn't know why Ollie let her into the team in the first place. Even though Lydia wasn't the greatest team player, she still at least tried to be one. On the other hand, it seemed Cheshire was a lone wolf who was out only for herself. "We can't just barge into a place filled with powered humans with no plan. Plus if they figure out our objective then they can use that against us or end up moving her before you get to her. I think Ollie would agree with me when we say don't go" she said.

”I’m not going as a tea, Lydia.” Cheshire commented, “And trust me, I have ways of getting in undetected. Just because I remain to mess with people doesn’t mean I’m a half-brained dimwit. I’m not decaying, this isn’t even a real body,” She cringed lightly at the words, she really was like a monster. “I’ve done worse in mission, getting the weather-maker will not only save her from potential danger,” she was using Lydia’s past words against her, “But will also gain us an ally and that’s girl her freedom.” She seemed strangely persistent on the idea of freedom.
It reminded her of little Shadow, locked in the cages right after the incident with the moonstones. It was Shadow’s ideals that caught her eye, so she betrayed everything just to free the girl. Part of her wishes she would have left Esme to rot. But then Orion would have gotten what he wanted, and if that’s happened, then everything she would have done would have been for nothing.

(Okay. XD I'll keep that in mind.)
"I never said you were simple, now did I?" Olga sighed then, setting the broom back in its place and returning to the living room. She let Lydia respond to Cheshire's seemingly 'reckless' suggestion. "Kids these days have so much energy..." She peered in the rough direction Cheshire's voice came from. "And how do you plan on finding them, hm?"

Lydia face-palmed "And that right there is why you shouldn't go. You can't treat this just like everything you've done in the past. There's different variables and too many unknown for it to be like anything you've done before. I want to save her just as bad as anyone but like I just said we need a plan" she said as she pulled out her phone and unlocked it. She went to call Ollie but as soon as she dialed, it went straight to voicemail which caused her to let out a few strings of expletives under her breath. "Who the hell doesn't charge their phone before they go out?" she muttered to herself

Cheshire chuckled, “Everything with me is unpredictable,” she commented, “You think anyone will want to hurt a little girl?” She commented, sweetly.
She seemed to think for a moment, “But Ii guess you’re right. Ollie can talk to Olga in the morning, we should all rest. I can finish cleaning the hall.” She commented, “It’s my fault anyways. And there’s not much left to do. It’s getting really late, and I’m getting tired, we should all be in bed by now.” She huffed out.

"Now there's a thought," Olga agreed. "I don't know what exactly happened to make the little weather-maker the way she is... but if it gives you any relief, other than to give her food and water, they've been leaving her alone for the most part. At least from what I can see." Her eyes were closed, her hand to her head. She opened her eyes and lowered her hand. "Though I don't know if I agree with such young children 'heroing' about when they should be in school, living a more 'normal' life. I doubt the girl will be up for anything so taxing for a long while." --- (Eh... Ollie and Farlow have separated and Ollie is on his way back. :3) (I got a paper to right still, so for that reason, I will not go on a tangent this time.)

”I’m not wanting her to be a hero. I want her to be safe. Everyone left her behind, and now people want to use her. She’ll be an ally by being out of Orion’s reach.”
Her eyes closed, and she began to walk away, “I’m going to sleep, goodbye.” Was all she left them with, before walking away towards her room.

(Again, so so sorry for the long wait! I've been an absolute mess lately. I hope this'll be an alright starter for the facility)
Alex stared up at the dilapidated structure. It seemed to be a large wooden barn, left abandoned. Most of the paint- if there ever was any- had long peeled off the rotting wood. The two wooden doors seemed to be barely hanging on to their hinges. "This is the place," He said to the others, his electronic voice slightly muffled by his metal face mask. He had changed from his casual wear to his standard black trench coat, boots, and mask; with his hands unobstructed so he could use his abilities more freely. "Somewhere in here should be the entrance to the actual facility."

Lydia let out a sigh of relief as Cheshire walked away "Let's hope she is actually going to bed and not going off like a one woman army" she said. She turned to Olga "I'm glad that she's for the most part unharmed but it would obviously be better to get her out of there before they change their minds. Let's hope Ollie is on his way back right now so you can talk to him before it gets too late"
Masaki let out a long whistle as he looked at the barn "You know, I was honestly expecting a brick building in the middle of nowhere with large metal gates. It would really bring out the evil villain group that I'm getting from these people though this makes just as much sense. No one would bother looking at an old barn" he said "I'm guessing you know where the entrance is right? It'd be a total pain in the ass if we had to go and find the entrance"

Olga nodded, a soft smile on her face. Good. Despite earlier appearances, these heroes weren't total jerks. "Yes. You better take good care of that child after everything she's been through. Even so, I think the girl, Cheshire I believe you call her. A strange name really." For a strange girl. "I believe she's right. It's late, and I doubt you'll all be able to use your full capabilities at this time of night. It would be best to plan this out in the morning." Olga crossed her arms then, giving a passive shrug. "But if you feel like going through with this tonight, I'm not in any place to stop you." --- "Sounds like an' adven'chah ta me! Come on... Let's go inside already!" Pip piped from on top of Masaki's head. She sat near the front, two small thatches of hair in hand as she leaned forwards eagerly. This was her first time speaking since she had first shrunk down.

Cheshire’s probably going to go off and try to do it alone anyways, because she’s a stubborn little fool with little to no regard for herself.)

yeah i figured she would lmao)
Lydia shook her head "She's too wild and too uncontrollable for me to be able to watch her. Plus neither of us likes each other so it wouldn't be a good idea for that to happen. Honestly, the only one that I know that she even remotely cares about is Ollie so he would be the best choice to keep an eye on her" she said. "Don't worry though, I'll get plenty of sleep still. It wouldn't be right of me to just head to bed and leave you by yourself anyways."
(gonna wait for Sour)

(Heheh. Well, if she finds the place let me know and I’ll set some characters.) (Though there isn’t a direct lead, because of their manipulative type abilities. Ringo was never really at the house. He was just there by his light clone. Whisper was there, but her invisibility snuck her out undetected. Though there’s probably some way to find the place. The location of a storm the day of Cyto’s attack would likely be the biggest clue, which is still pretty vague. Might help narrowing it down though. But I don’t know. Perhaps Cheshire has a few more tricks up her sleeve. :3)

"I don't know the exact location, but hopefully it shouldn't be too difficult to find." Alex slowly opened the old wooden doors, the rusty hinges creaking loudly from the strain. "We just need to look for a control panel for me to access, or a button if it's that simple." The interior of the barn was about the same as the exterior; rotting wood, cobwebs and dust. Old crates were scattered around, some of them broken open. He began to examine a large crate that had been pushed against one of the walls.

(Almost there. Just about two weeks before I can finally try adding more fun things to my schedule. Then I can start drawing again. And writing more backstories. Ah yes.)
Olga sighed deeply, sounding disappointed. Really the reason she had asked was because she had wanted to go to bed. Perhaps she should be more blunt. "That's the thing. I was planning on heading to bed myself. This Ollie guy seems to be taking his sweet time. He'll probably be tired when he gets back." She paused then. "I hope he doesn't leave the rodent loose in the house at night."
Meanwhile, Ollie was jogging back, thinking to himself how much easier things would be if he had a vehicle. Oh well... Cheshire likely figured everything out at the base. After all, she said if they needed him that she would come and get him. She hadn't come and got him, so everything must be fine. He could picture himself arriving at the dark, quiet building, everyone sleeping soundly. Once he was sure everything was secure, he would head to bed and slip under the covers and finally get some sleep. Sleep sounded heavenly right now. Almost there... he thought. (I think he's copying me... Heheh.) --- Pip took in an excited breath when the doors opened. "It's so big," she breathed. She hopped down from Masaki's head, growing back to a more normal size for the average human. She thought to look at a far corner of the barn, but when she saw the large crate that Alex was looking at, she simply had to check it out. She knocked on the side of the crate. "Whachya think's inside?" she asked, her voice echoing in the old building.

sorry for taking so long to respond super hectic day at work)
Lydia sighed "Alright, get some sleep then. We can continue this in the morning when everyone is refreshed. I'm going to wait for him until he gets back and beat a little sense into him. I'll make sure he doesn't let his rodent roam around by itself also so you don't have to worry about that" she said as she walked back over to the couch (yeah Lydia is the type of person you gotta be blunt with lol)
Masaki scratched the back of his head as he watched Alex look around the barn "Would it help if I just burned the entire floor? There's gotta be steel or something underneath for there to be a base. Doing that should increase our chances of finding the secret entrance" he said "Or is there a special type of mechanism that's going to unlock the entrance?"

(It's alright, I mean if I can get away with going AWOL from the rp for a couple weeks I think one day is fine lol)
"I'm not sure," Alex replied to Pip. "But the way it's pushed up against the wall is peculiar, and it seems to be reinforced somewhat." He gestured to the metal frame around the edges of the crate. He moved to the left side of it, feeling around for any kind of hidden button or switch. "As for burning the entire floor, not only would that likely collapse the whole barn, but if the security is as tough as I think it may be, opening a reinforced entrance would be a bit more difficult if the opening mechanisms are damaged." After a few moments, he found what seemed to be a hidden panel in the side of the crate. He removed the wood cover to reveal an electronic interface. "I may have found something, anyway," He added as he began to inspect it closer.
