“I think you forget the part where she killed everyone, decided that she didn’t like that, and once again betrayed everyone and even balance by reverting everything. Regardless, she changed the past,” she hummed then, raising a rock from the ground to levitate in front of her, “The memories of our past can’t really be changed, but we can forget them,” she commented, almost innocently, before her gaze flickered up, “Isn’t that right?” She added, “How can you stand her? She hated you, she always expected you to be someone you weren’t...doesn’t that bothe you, Ollie?” She added, moving the rock to her hand, glancing at it before glancing at him, mostly ignoring his question, before prompting, “Now, I get it, you don’t want to fight someone that looks like her, reminds you of everything she did..right?” She questioned, though she seemed on the border between calmness and calamity.
(Poof into darkness shortly after.)

"They might be forgotten, but they are still there," Ollie continued quietly. When she continued to speak, his eyebrows pulled together. "It did, but we came to an understanding..." Hadn't they? He couldn't help, but feel doubt creep in. He quickly shoved the feeling aside. While they spoke, he watched the rock settle in her hand. "I don't want to fight any of you, but I will if I need to protect my friends." He braced himself, watching her movements carefully. He must be careful to not be caught off guard again. His leg was bleeding. He had to get back soon, and not just because of his leg; he had to tell everyone what was going on.

She scanned the rock, before glaring at him, “No, you don’t want to fight us because we remind you of your friends, dead and alive.” She commented, “And think of this, you would die to protect your friends, would they do the same for you?” She seemed to have a strong twisted view of the others, and her hand clenched on the rock, as if she was trying not to lash out. “You never answered my questions.” She pointed out, levitating the rock again, and floating it in front of him, before dropping it. “What are you waiting for, a formality?” She snapped, seeming aggressive still, rocks floating around her, but the one still remained on the ground, “Go!”

(Okay. ^^) They both seemed to resemble animals, but their colouring was the strangest thing. Farlow simply couldn't figure it out. At Lance's question, he lowered his hands. "You don't. Either you can trust me, or wander around until you find someone else to trust. It's up to you." --- Pip glanced in Skye's direction and saw his palms beginning to glow as they charged. It was now or never, fight or negotiate. Pip suddenly stopped pulling and barrelled into Shadow, using his strength against him. She tried to keep him in between Skye and herself. In the chaos, she attempted to place a hand on him and shrink him down to figurine size. --- The shade turned around, and although the colouring was different, Ollie knew who it was. "Holly..." he breathed, a twinge of pain in his gut. A fresh wave of grief sliced through him. By all means, he should be running, but he couldn't bring himself to do it. It looked so much like Holly. Holly, who had found him forgotten and made a point to remember. Holly, who died countless deaths to make up for her troubled past. Holly, whom he'd crossed the boundary of the forgotten realm for. Holly, who saved his life on multiple occasions. Holly, who died because of him... (Haha. In Ollie's mind, Holly will always be a hero. :3) lance knew he was right and decided to follow him but if things went south he had renamon to help him out. "my name's lance and this is my digimon partner renamon" the husky said extending a hand to farlow renamon simply nodded in greeting not one for small talk. shadow felt strange and elbowed pip in the gut to make her releasing him as he kept a firm grip on the suit case. skye was trying to get a lock on the girl which was proving to be difficult as she kept moving to keep shadow in the way. "shadow morph! it might give you an upper edge against her" he said keeping his repulsors charged and ready to fire

(Power was out, so I had time to refine it a little. :3)
"In part, maybe. But still, I don't want to fight anyone unless absolutely necessary;" and from what he'd seen, it would be. "I don't know," he answered the second part with a subdued calm. "That's not for me to decide." He remained still as she levitated the rock towards him. It clattered to the ground at his feet. He stared at it a couple moments before lifting his gaze to meet hers. His expression was slight, but if someone really knew him, they'd be able to see the sadness and pain swirling in his gaze, in his tightened jaw, in the pull of his eyebrows. "Fine. I will go — I'm sorry it has to be this way..." He took in a breath and held it there, as if there was something more he wanted to say. But what does one say to a dead friend's shade, who despises from what she came? There were so many things he wanted to say, but he had to remember that she wasn't Holly. And as much as he wanted to believe otherwise, she was a dangerous shade under the control of Orion. He mustn't press her restraint any longer. If she attacked again, he might have to use his ability on her. He stared at her for a few moments, or for as many as she allowed, before vanishing back into the outer layer of the forgotten realm. --- (Will reply with Pip and Farlow in a bit.)

Shadow glared at his form, and once he went to the forgotten realm, the rocks cluttered to the ground, a frown on her face, before cursing slight, “I have to make sure Orion never learns of this,” she commented lowly, ready to head off, but stopped, sensing something, and her eyes caught movement in the darkness.
She froze then, feeling like ice was running in her body, as she registered the voice and words, “Too late Shadow, you let him go.” The voice commented, before the human stepped out of the shadows before her, an angry, but amused look on his face. “You think you can lie to me?” He questioned, raising a hand and causing her body to lift, suspended in the air, helpless to fight back without hurting herself.
“Let me go!” She growled, she hated him, that was apparent.
“Now, why would I do that?” Orion questioned, before raising her up higher, “You refuse to listen to me. You are disobedient. I created you, Shadow! You only exist to serve me!”
“You killed your own sister just to make me, I’m flattered.” Shadow spat, dryly, before repeating in that similar growl, “Let me go.”
Orion’s smirked, clenching a fist and causing the shade to cry out in pain, “Fine,” he commented, before slamming his fist down, causing her body to cascade down quickly, hitting the ground in a quick and painful manner. Though his gaze narrowed at the struggling, writhing creature as he rolled his eyes, turning, “And now I lost a chance, you’ll pay for that, Shadow.”
(Orion’s your classical douche.)

"Digimon..." Farlow echoed softly. The word was foreign to him. Perhaps all these digimons were such unnatural colours. He stared at Lance's hand for a few moments, before it finally registered to him as the human motion for agreement. "They call me Farlow," he introduced himself, taking Lance's hand in a firm shake. --- Pip grunted and coughed when he elbowed her in the gut, and she very nearly lost hold of the briefcase as well. She quickly secured her hold and allowed herself to grow, giving her enough strength to swing both the suitcase and Shadow around. "You want it so badly? You can have it!" she shouted, flinging him and the suitcase towards Skye. Hopefully it would buy her enough time, as she continued her growth until they were mouse-sized compared to her. It was a good thing there weren't many people around here. "You wanna a fight so bad? You can have one! I don't like it when people, or foxes take my things!" --- (Man... I am so tempted to have Ollie go out and play 'the fool'. [there's so many reasons -not based on reason- that he would.] ;w; If that interferes with plots, I have another idea. (:3)
Ollie fell through the garbage bag as soon as he entered the forgotten realm. "Not smart," he muttered, before pushing himself to a standing position. He hopped lightly from one foot to the other. The wound from earlier was gone, but he knew it was only a temporary perk of the forgotten realm. As soon as he returned, it would be back with a burning vengeance. He glanced back at the shade and the soft glowing of memories within her. Trying to reason with her had been dangerous and reckless, but the fact that she had chosen to let him go, made him wonder. He turned to leave and took only a few steps away when Orion's voice broke out. It felt like a cold mist had enveloped him, chilling him to his bones. Ollie turned slowly, feeling almost mechanical as he did so. There he was. The man who killed Holly, as suggested by Enix and affirmed by the shade he now knew as Shadow. He clenched his fists and took a step back, indecision flashing across his face. Fear and anger swirled within in a conflictive mix of feelings. He took another step back, and gritted his teeth when he heard Shadow's shriek of pain. He couldn't take it!
Ollie reappeared into the remembered realm, not wasting any time to attack Orion's mind with a wave of chaos and confusion. "I'm right here, Orion!" Ollie called out, his voice cold and hard, a rare tone for him. He stood near to the alley wall, his flesh arm held out towards Orion.

Shadow struggled, forcing herself up slightly, hearing Ollie, and wincing at the scratches she had received.
Orion smirked, turning, though he felt a wave of confusion for a moment, he quickly recovered and laughed mirthlessly, “Indeed, you are.” He commented, before quirking a brow, “But I can’t help but wonder if your here to protect this pitiful creature,” he threw a glare at his shade, who cowered slightly, “Or if it’s to settle old scores. Might I remind you, while I stole her power, Holly died to protect you. I simply took her ability to come back to life, but you are responsible for her dying.” He commented, though it wasn’t Ollie’s fault at all.

Ollie glared at Orion, even as pain flickered in his gaze at the man's words. His metal arm held onto the alley wall beside him. A fine mist had begun to fall, spotting his cloak and forming miniature droplets on his metal arm where the cloak had torn away. "That doesn't excuse what you did!" he growled out, his voice echoing into the cool, misty dusk air.
(Ah. If the mist is too much I could take it away. There's no reason I should be able to control weather here, I just thought it was a cool effect. ^^ I realize this post is kind of short and might be hard to respond to. Please tell me if you want me to add more. :3)

(No no, I’ve been busy that’s all.
The mist is a great touch :3.)
“I simply took away her powers before she made a fool out of all of you-“ Orion started, ready to come forward, but Shadow lunged Ollie then, blocking him off.
“You seriously think she cared?” Shadow snapped, swinging her leg at him, jumping at the same time to kick him back. The darkness that wisped from her hair bounced with her movements, and her dark eyes were full of scorn. Though it seemed this was out of her own right, not Orion’s bidding. “You defend her actions, but you saw her memories, you know what she did and you still forgive her! She hated you because you weren’t what she wanted you to be, and you were alright with that.” She seethed, glaring down at him, before grabbing a necklace and taking it off, undoing part of the chain and spinning the weighted chain, the ball end wiping through the air, creating a black burr. A weapon disguised as a jewel. The mist settled around her form, but regardless she remained intact, behind her Orion smirked, his arms crossed.

"Because I don't kill anyone that I'm not told to."Boris answered simply."Were I told to kill you I would've.But since my payer only requested the death of Steve I only killed Steve." "You know most hired killers like to cover their tracks not leave them wide open for anyone to follow" Masaki said "Then again haven't met one that had the power of ice at their disposal. Now are we going to fight or talk all day?" ( Protractor , want me to bring up the last couple posts we did? :3) --- (Ah. I can understand that. It's been taking me longer to get replies up too. ^^ Aw thanks!) Ollie took in a breath and braced himself, expecting Orion to approach. To his surprise, Shadow was the one to race forwards for an attack. He blocked her kick with his metal arm, but without a solid stance, he stumbled backwards, his cloak swirling. His leg burned, but Ollie subdued his sensitivity so he could better conceal the wound from his movements. A flash of annoyance flickered within him. A part of him wondered why he had come back at all. Shadow was a wild thing that attacked whenever the conversation had anything to do with Holly, and his chances against Orion were slim at best. If he could touch him, he could inflict real damage, but Orion might also take his abilities before he could do much of anything. It would be a conflicting force of will. He took a few extra steps back before stopping, his gaze flicking between Shadow, and Orion behind her. All fear and uncertainty disappeared from his expression, replaced by a calmly aware, thoughtful look. His hazel gaze stopped on Shadow. "Yes. I did and I am. That timeline is gone. If she chose to leave it behind, why should I cling to it? I learnt that some things are more important than personal differences." His gaze flicked back to Orion. He didn't know why he was so drawn towards Shadow. Other than choosing to let him go, all she'd really done for him was attack him. She had already pulled out a disguised weapon. Sure, she looked like Holly, but he felt it was something more, something underneath. He just had to hope Orion saw this as a failed revenge mission rather than a 'rescue'- if you could even call it that. If not... Well, then he'd have to try that.

Shadow smirked, before swinging out the weighted ball chain at him, hoping to make a clean hit, she was fast and swift, not too much unlike Holly, but characteristically different. Perhaps more intelligent, not as brash. Every move Shadow made was impulsive but thought out. She didn’t use powers needlessly, she had control, at least...to a degree. Underneath, however, she was unstable.
“Yeah, yeah, you like to forgive and forget, right Ollie?” She mocked, before tipping her head, “Like you forgot who you were?” Something cruel flickered into her gaze, and she laughed sourly, though something even more demeaning hid in her gaze, “Like you forgot Anne?” She commented, “You changed Ollie, you’re not the same. Neither am I, but you can’t stand that.”

(Sorry for the wait. ^^ My mind's been wandering around more with some big changes and all.) Ray nodded in agreement. It was then he caught sight of the full extent of his state of cleanliness. He looked down at himself. "Aw man. I can't go to my grandparents like this." He lifted his arms and gave them a shake, as if that would make them clean. It didn't. "Hey, do you know where I can find a shower? And perhaps some new clothes?" To the north, there were dark clouds in the distance, and they were still growing. --- Whisper was waiting for him upon his return. Ringo greeted her with a curt nod. Whisper glanced behind him, most likely noticing the absence of snake. "It didn't go well, I presume?" Whisper began. Ringo didn't answer. "I told you to gather more details before pulling something like this." "We had plenty of details," Ringo replied coldly. "But not enough, right?" Ringo didn't answer. They approached a rather burly looking man who was seated in a throne-like chair. "What is the news?" The man asked. "Snake is dead," Ringo informed, taking up a position of respect. "A true shame. Snake was a decent ally," the man mused. "Was it the friend of the girl- Jerome, who killed him?" "There was two of them. It was one we haven't seen before who killed him. I believe Jerome called him... Ray," Ringo explained, forming an image of the man he saw. "Hm... I see. Ray... I will need someone to look into him. I owe him a special visit." The man stroked his beard. "And what of the girl?" "The girl is in our hands. I have one of the others watching over her now," Whisper replied, stepping forward. "Good. Good... Our plan may proceed." "No I do not."Jerome replied solemnly."There are only two places I can think of.One's not safe and the other one probably won't let me in." "Ah, that's too bad," Ray sighed, looking up. "But at least, maybe this storm can do something about that. There's nothing like a little good old fashoined rain to rinse you off." A breeze picked up and the sky above was beginning to turn grey. "Looks like it's going to be a wild one," he mused, peering at the dark clouds due north. (Chaos: I'll respond to you in a bit. I have to go out and eat some grub. ^^)

Ollie backed up when Shadow approached with the ball and chain. His back bumped against something hard behind him. Dead end. A chill made it's way through his spine, and not just because of his damp clothing. What was it about him continually being attacked at dead end alleyways? Last time had definitely not been pretty. A clank of chains and the spiked ball came hurtling towards him, but once again, he vanished before it could strike. In the forgotten realm, the ball passed right through him, and he shivered at the thought of what it might have done.
He reappeared behind Shadow, making sure he was out of reach while he tried to keep mental tabs on Orion. "I never said anything about forg-!" but Shadow was already continuing on, her words like a knife to his soul. His mental outreach dropped and his face reflected sorrow. He was quiet a moment, then in a quiet voice, he spoke, "Again and again... I am unable to save those that I love." His own words seemed to be the blood pouring from the cut in his soul. "I am no longer Forgotten, and I have no right to be called a hero. But I am who I am." To her last sentence, he began haltingly, "I-" but he stopped, remembering that Orion was nearby. He took in a breath and vanished/prepared to vanish.
---
Ray shrugged and waved a dismissive hand. "You know weather. It starts and stops whenever it likes." The wind began to pick up. An old newspaper slapped onto Ray's face. With a sigh, he pulled it off and tossed it to the side. "On the other hand, this might become a pain." Like that snake tooth he was never able to keep. Or was it a human tooth? Ray frowned sourly. Better not to think about it. "Where are you headed now?" he called to Jerome. The roar of the wind in the trees made it difficult to hear. A normal guy would most likely make a beeline for shelter until the storm passed, but from what he could tell, Jerome wasn't a 'normal' guy. Fat raindrops began to fall around them.

(It’s not a spiked ball, by the way, it’s just a ball on a chain, their commonly called a weighted chain and are variants of nunchucks, but longer chains and one weighted end.)
Shadow huffed, he once again dissapeared, and she felt her mounting agitatedness swell. But she halted, truly halted at the last words.
”But I am who I am”
Her body was frozen, like she was struck for real. And she softly repeated the words, “I am who I am,” she croaked, almost smiling this time, though her eyes welled with tears, a soft, hollow laugh escaping her, “I wish I could be too,” she muttered, low enough, just low enough to hear.
Orion growled, annoyed at his creature’s insolence, and launched himself at Ollie, however Shadow blocked his attack, growling at him and placing both hands up to avoid the blunt end of Orion’s sword, her fingers curled around the sheath, and both struggled for a moment.
“Siding with the enemy,” he remarked, gaining the upper hand and slashing the shade, the affected area of her body blurring as the knife passed through, her eyes screwed shut as she used her intangibility to save herself the pain, but the attack could still hit Ollie since it bypassed her.

(Ah. I read black burr at one point and just thought- spikes! I realize now that it could be a sound effect or a blur. XD) --- Ollie paused, awestruck by the glimpse of something more within Shadow. At her tears. At her words. A harmful intent and a flash in the corner of his eye, made him spin around and prepare to vanish. But before anything could happen, Shadow intervened. "Shadow..." he murmured in shock, using the name he'd heard Orion call her. He shouldn't have hesitated. The sword was suddenly free, flashing through Shadow and forming a long gash across his chest. Ollie gasped and backed up a few steps, futilely grasping the wall. His pain block fell away. He tried regathering his focus.
(I have two main ideas of what could happen. XD) (Ollie's going to have a lot of scars over the years. :3)

Orion smirked, stalking up on Ollie like he was prey, his eyes black with white pupils, dark, dangerous, and he reached forward, intent on taking Ollie’s power.
That is, before he ended up with a knife in his shoulder, the creature behind him snarled darkly, and staggered back. Her eyes were furious, and Orion staggered slightly, pulling the knife out, dissipating the shadow made knife back into tendrils of darkness, before his own eyes glowed with a soft white color.
Shadow’s own eyes became a pure white, her defensive form, falling way to blankness, though her face held it’s anger. Though, it was a quick movement, one moment she was standing, floating, controlled like a puppet. And the next her body was contorted like said puppet, a knife in her own shoulder and her eyes returning to normal, a cry of pain escaping her before her body vanished to shadow.
Orion turned then, “Now, no interruptions. Just you and I, Ollie.”

Ollie was backing up when Orion approached, his flesh arm holding his chest wound. When Shadow attacked Orion again, he switched arms and unleashed a mind attack upon Orion. Distracted by pain, the attack wasn't as effective and proved unable to stop him. "No!" He yelled out when Shadow cried in pain, vanishing the next moment. "What did you do to her?" he growled, continuing step backwards until his back bumped against that cursed dead end. Just great. It was now or never, attack or flee.

“You’re so protective of something you know so little about,” Orion smirked, seemingly barely effected, “I made Shadow, she wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for me, therefor, she owes me everything. I gave her the choice to follow me, and gave her no reason to disobey me, but she still did. She got what she deserved, I’m sure she’s learned her lesson.” He sounded like he was talking about some child instead of a deadly, monstrous creature. “I’m much more concerned about you, you seem so..aggressive.” A fake pout rolled of his lips, a crooked and dark grin under it.

Ollie glared at Orion, hating all that he stood for. A part of him wanted to attack him right there and then, while he was alone and wounded, but the risk was too great. What if Shadow's painful rescue attempt was in vain? What chance would the others have if he too, lost his powers? Then again, he might never get another chance like this ever again. A frontal attack would be too easily predicted, and he didn't have the time to wait until Orion dropped his guard. That time had already passed, and he had been too slow to react. "Did she really have a choice? You're just trying to control her, just as you try to control everything around you for your own sick amusement." Before Orion could reach him, he vanished into the forgotten realm.

"Just to get cleaned off, for now," Ray replied, glancing down at himself. Some of the mess was starting to trickle down with the incoming rain. --- (It's all good. Life takes first priority. ^^)
"Ah, so you're warriors," Farlow noted with a spark of interest in his eye. - (Her age changes as she uses her power.) (Current state: early thirties)
Pip watched the tiny Shadow do his routine with fascination and amusement, almost on the verge of giggling. When he came up to her size in some giant metal robot, her amusement was subdued, but her eyes still shone slightly. "Nah. But you guys have lotsa cool toys. I don't see why you need some silleh old buildin'"

Orion glared as Ollie said the words, though he only shook his head with soft laughter, “No, but this pitiful world had no right to exist. Humans are hunters, isn’t it only fair for them to be the hunted?” The question fell to a soft echo, and soon Ollie was once again gone, leaving the young male to turn.
“Nix,” he commented, spotting a shift in the shadows, and the next moment the tall shade appeared, in her right hand she held Shadow’s wrist, who materialized with her. Though, she let Shadow go, throwing the other shade towards Orion.
Shadow averted her gaze, crossing her arms, and Orion rolled his eyes, turning away, “You trust him, understandable, Holly was very close to Ollie,” he commented, “Fitting, you reflect her, you are her.”
She bit her lip, face twisting in anger, “No, I’m not.” She growled.
He held up a hand, silencing her, a sympathetic look on his face, “But he’s no what you think he is, Shadow, he’s hurt many people. He’ll do anything to bring Holly back, even killing all of us to do so.” She seemed spooked, eyes wide, but he shook his head, “And he won’t hesitate to manipulate your thoughts, shall I show you, Shadow?”
She followed him, eyes wide, confused and curious, as Orion placed his hand on her shoulder, and a vision entered her eyes. Behind them, a shade with light grey hair and blind eyes stood, arms crossed, watching Nix, Shadow and Orion boredly.
one by one I’m introducing those who have been...shaded?)
