Ino could feel the effects quite quickly. "Who are you, why are you helping..."
Meanwhile inside, the kid was having a blast exploding the place.

Summer decided the kid was the bad guy, and managed to teleport behind him. She summoned a GB Prototype, and it gave a warning sound before blasting.
"...Because it's the right thing to do." Angelica said to Ino before snapping to change her clothes into the gold boots and white dress before rushing inside.

With the warning sound the kid quickly jumped about half a foot into the air, snapped his fingers, and created an explosion under his feet, sending him flying upwards and Summer off-balance slightly, so she'd miss this attack. Safe, just for now.
But the shinobi had set himself. Kunai and Shuriken flew out in a storm, and this explosion-wielding kid twisted and turned midair, barely missing the many, but taking plenty of cuts, causing blood to spill from him.
Ino jumped to her feet. She was healed now, and chased after Angelica. "H-hey! Don't go in there! He's a madman!"

Summer fell and didn't get up. Being only 9 took it's toll.
Silver literally flashed by, running into the building. Shadow followed, merely a black blur.

Angelica didn't wait for Ino's consent before running in to the building, wings fluttering anxiously. "SUMMER!" he yelled when she burst in, running over to her sister's crumpled body. She murmured some words, and she started chanting them louder. "Ze wordt beschadigd maar ze zal genezen." she was chanting, eyes closed.

When it failed, Angelica stood up, snapping to her right to summon her bow. Silver nodded at the newcomer. "Let's do this." he said. "Very well, friend." Angelica replied.

"Spoil the fun? I-" Suddenly the kid looks surprised, then grunts in dismay and holds up his hand, pulling out a cellphone.
Ino dashes into the museum at that moment. "I'm here! How can I help!?" She took a couple quick glances.

Angelica managed to ht the kid with her wing with the force of the propulsion. Silver, meanwhile, was trying to hit the kid with some water bullets.

Both hit, with the wing knocking him over and the bullets splattering his chest. The child's eyes widened and he plummeted backwards- he'd gotten cocky, and paid for it. "ouch..." he mumbled, holding his chest.
His phone skirted away, still open. Ino picked it up, and wrote down the number.
