Swanpaw and the others walked Batstar back into camp. She was on high alert for any TimberClan cat. Once she heard Nightpaw's call she felt her pelt flatten again.

Icepetal sat up, squinting as she focused her one good eyes on the nearing cats. She let out a deep sigh of relief to see them, and jumped down from her perch. "Nightpaw, go and greet them, make sure they're all alright." The elderly cat said as she entered the camp. "I'll go inform everyone else."
Nightpaw nodded, jumping down from the rock perch he'd been on and hurrying as best he could, still with a limp, towards his father and the others. He skidded to a halt, kicking up some snow and saying- a bit loudly, due to his pent up nervousness. "Your all alright! You'd been gone for hours!"

"It was a long ways away." Swanpaw said cooly, frustrated she had to go on the journey and do medicine cat tasks.
(Did they go to the Moon Cavern?)

( Nope, they went to the old place where TimberClan and PineClan used to talk to StarClan, in another cave, but it was nearer to TimberClan. Also hi Hawk! Do you want your cat to be part of the patrol that went with Batstar? cx )
"TimberClan met us halfway." Batstar added to her statement. "Sunstar wasn't certain he wanted to allow me to get nine lives."
"But... did get them, right dad?" Nightpaw asked, looking visibly angry.
"Yes. Their medicine cat spoke some sense to him." Batstar replied. He looked and sounded tired. "We where allowed passage, but it was still a long journey."
Icepetal meanwhile alerted camp of their return. "Everyone!" She called, her voice still very strong despite her age. "The patrol's returned safely!"

(Here ) Willowstem looked up at Icepetal. The warrior was sitting down near the warrior den with her tail twitching uneasily. She breathed a heavy sigh of relief. “Oh thank Starclan...” She said softly. Foxgaze felt his pelt prickle as news of the patrol’s return was called out. He wondered if Batstar was able to receive his nine lives without hindrance since he figured Timberclan wouldn’t make things easy. He lashed his tail impatiently. Dashstreak sat near the nursery letting Acornkit and Quailkit chase after his fast moving tail. He smiled but stopped to look over for the patrol, having to turn his head so his one good eye could see. Beepaw groomed her pelt. She paused and glanced towards the incoming patrol.

( Just a note, gonna rp after I assign mentors, gimme a minute. cx Also, for assigning mentors:
People who asked for an apprentice get priority. Then I judge by age/sub rank. Then I choose, so if you end up not getting an apprentice for your kitty sorry, you'll be on the list for next time. ^u^ )

Greylion enters the camp and looks around. He was happy to be back at camp where he could relax even if it was just for a time. Greylion notices his sister and nodded his head to her.

"Aw were you worried about me?" Greylion asked twitches his nose in amusement. He could understand why she was worried though. He wouldn't want to lose his sister. To many lives had been lost fighting Timberclan.

( Adding a quick new poll! Please vote! c:
It regards this idea, which is not official yet:
Cats usually have one mentor, but, for a few apprentices with two and over sub-ranks, sometimes they have multiple mentors. Sometimes, if needed, apprentices with more than one sub-rank, their double rank being "vigilant, hunter, or guard", will simply be trained by one mentor, usually a hunter or vigilant, as collectors and fishers are the only ranks really needing extra skills (those being swimming, hunting fish, and understanding herbs), and guards are essentially similar to vigilants but assigned to keep track of the camp grounds. It is mandatory that collectors and fishers train with collectors and fishers, however.
OR, the alternate version!
Due to the sub-ranks, mentoring is not always exact. It is preferred a hunter mentors and hunter, and so on, but sometimes if cats have more than one chosen profession (ex, an apprentice who is a hunter and collector), then there is a different way mentors are chosen. Firstly, if one of their sub-ranks is fisher or collector, they are mentored by a fisher, if fisher, or collector, if collector. This is because fishers and collectors still train to hunt and fight, even if it is not their focus, but fishing and collecting requires extra knowledge of swimming, fishing, and/or herbs. If training is not adequate due to mentors not being practiced well in hunting, and fighting, then other warriors can help occasionally. If one of their sub-ranks is hunter, vigilant, and guard, and not collector or fisher, they shall likely be trained by a vigilant or hunter, and sometimes a guard depending on the case. Vigilants have their best skills in tracking and fighting, but can still hunt, so they are very often mentors of double sub-ranked cats. Other warriors can also help if the mentor has problems training a skill they do not specialize in. Similar rules apply to the rarer case of three sub-ranks.
Tell me your thoughts! )

( ... The poll title. The typo on sometimes oh why. cx )
Batstar entered camp a second afterward Greylion, trying his best to look optimistic. He looked down at Nightpaw and Swanpaw, Nightpaw evidently awaiting his answer, too. "... I received a prophecy from the StarClan cats." He mewed in reply. He had already told his patrol, but this news was new to Nightpaw. "We... we need to prepare in these last three days, and StarClan says we are to travel towards the twoleg place by the mountains."
"Huh?" Nightpaw said, looking surprised. He looked at Swanpaw in confusion. "But..."

Swanpaw looked at her friend. "We've been told to follow the pines," she said, a bit anxious if she was wrong. This wasn't supposed to be her job.

"Through twolegplace?" Nightpaw asked with wide eyes. It certainly sounded like an adventure, but he looked towards his siblings across the camp, who had all emerged now from the disheveled apprentice's den, and where looking over in anticipation. What if they get hurt?
Batstar looked towards Foxgaze, his expression serious. "I know it will be hard for many of you." He answered calmly, although he did look shaken, and looking towards Icepetal he sighed, thinking of how hard it'd be for her. "However, StarClan believes we should. I saw a vision of the new lands, it was... beautiful. A safe place far from TimberClan. As it is they want us gone in three days."
Tallsteps, Finchwing and Lilactail sat close together by the nursery, all three exchanging glances. Tallsteps looked towards Cherrypounce nervously as she spoke, however she said in her usual serious and collected tone. "It could be dangerous for our kits, we have to be careful..."
Cirruspaw sat near Beepaw, looking a bit confused. Being mostly deaf, he couldn't truly make out when they where saying. He was well used to this as he was born with way, but today it was annoying not understanding the commotion around him. He looked to Beepaw questioningly. "What... are they saying?" He asked in his usual slow way. He rarely talked, but he felt he should perhaps have someone closer to him tell him, and maybe he could hear a bit better or just read their facial expressions and lips.

Fawnstep's ears perked as she heard of the twolegplace. "Really? We're going over there?" she felt mixed emotions about returning there. She hadn't been by twolegs since her father died, but deep in her heart she missed the familiarity.
Sootfire had yet to say a word, his gaze burning as he listened intently to what all the cats had to say.

Greylion licked her cheek then looked towards Batstar. He takes a small step forward. "I support this decision. We need to start over and get far away from Timberclan." He wanted things to go back to the way it used to be.

Stormchaser lay next to Cloudburst, the brother and sister were attentively licking the scratches they had received from some of Sunstar’s rogue recruits.
“Anywhere without Timberclan is paradise if you ask me” Cloudburst murmured as he brushed a paw over one ear. “Honestly, wherever we end up it can’t be much worse than here” the white and ginger tom stated with a flick of his tail. He was feeling eager to leave after hearing about the promise of a safe and beautiful new land. Although he loved their current home, he longed for a life far away from fighting and conflict.
Stormchaser nodded to her brother before looking up. “I hope Starclan stays with us on this journey” the grey she-cat meowed solemnly. Although she was saddened by the prospect of leaving the only home she had ever known, she also wanted what was best for the clan.

( Sorry for not really being on today! I can hopefully be active tomorrow though. cx
Double mentors have been chosen on the poll! As I'll count neutral towards them and it got 2 votes besides. cx That in mind I'll be assigning mentors! )
"I'm not sure how long it will take." Batstar replied honestly to his warriors. "But, reaching the twoleg place will take about a day or a half's travel. We may take a day or two to travel the entire length of the denplace... After that is the mountains, but we've never ventured that far South, so I cannot say. I doubt it will be less than a week, however, so we need to be well prepared for it."
Tallsteps nodded, although she still looked doubtful. "I suppose anything is better, without TimberClan." She commented firmly. She looked back to her three remaining kits, who where still sleeping in he den, although Kestrelkit was beginning to open her eyes drowsily.
Cirruspaw nodded, finally hearing the news, the white tom sat up a bit straighter, looking a bit shocked himself. However, he nodded again, seeming more assured. It really shouldn't be such a surprise; TimberClan wanted everything, and PineClan wasn't about to disband, and, even less likely, join TimberClan. Fluffing his fur he shivered and sunk his claws into the snow and dirt beneath him, as he recalled to mind all the past battles and felt the winter breeze pass him by.
Finchwing stepped away from his mate and friend, giving them a nervous, but reassuring smile as he padded closer to Greylion. "I agree... It... it's the best hope we have." He tried to look confident but had to steady himself as he felt a tremble go through him. Was it cold, or fear? He hated fighting, yet being forced to leave their home... It seems cruel, but a place... without TimberClan!
Icepetal looked around the camp, looking exhausted. The elderly cat had held up well, despite the loss of many of her friends, and family, in this war, but lately she fully felt beaten. Hearing they'd be leaving hurt, even if she could see it was right. She had never lived anywhere else; but she wouldn't have it any other way, if her clan could be saved. Normally, however, she would have spoken up, but she stayed nearby the returned patrol and Nightpaw, simply nodding to what Batstar said solemnly.
Wolfeyes had been on the patrol with Batstar, and still had a look of fire in her eyes after facing the opposing patrol. It had took everything she had to not jump at Sunstar and aim for his neck, and she still felt that anger. Her tail lashed to and fro as she listened to the proceedings. She hadn't spoken since Batstar had told the patrol what StarClan had said earlier- and then, she had only hissed a defiant? "What?!"- and it was mainly because it was a blow to her pride to be kicked out. She saw the logic, so she kept quiet, and as she took in the sight of her injured clanmates before her it only made it worse.

(Hello) Leaffeather sat outside of camp and scanned the area. She saw Batstar enter camp and darted in after him. She listened carefully to what he said then glared at ground. She stepped closer to him and opened her jaws to speak. "Wait. We are leaving? I'm all for ditching Timberclan, but? Past the mountains! We haven't ever traveled that far before...." She muttered. She didn't like the thought of leaving her home. But, if it ment safety from Timberclan..
(Edited this all cause I am a very confused person. )
