Tell your friends they need to clean up after themselves.
I've been cleaning up after my friend this entire week and I am D O N E She has like, 0 respect for me and my belongings it feels. No respect for my sister either because she'll take out their WET laundry so she can do her OWN clothes. Like?? Are you serious? She's a close friend and I want to be there for her but I am sick of cleaning up after a person who is very much well enough to do that on her own.
I respect her house and belongings when I'm at her house and I do clean up after myself because that's what people SHOULD DO when they're at someone else's house, right?

I'd just tell it to their face but in a humorous jokingly 'nah but seriously' kind of way but it depends what type of friendship you have?? like my friend group are the type to insult eachother in a show of that friendship and we're fairly straightforward with eachother anyway so it wouldn't be much of a deal
I'm not sure, perhaps politely inform her that she's doing it and if she could stop? Because she's most likely oblivious of it and doesn't think she's doing anything wrong. If it's annoying you that much, you have right to ask her to clean up after herself since you're the one benefitting negatively from it. There's no harm in simply telling her that it's getting on your nerves, when it obviously is, especially as a friend. And if she cares she'll try stop.
But I hope it works out for you! I could understand the pain, I certainly wouldn't be able to stand it.

I'd tell her straight up, firmly but still respectfully. tell her what's wrong and offer solutions on how to fix it, then how much it would mean to you if she could fix said things.

First be polite about it.
Next be a little more stern about it.
Third, you get revenge.

I tried getting revenge once by leaving a can of coke in her room. I came back 3 weeks later and it was still there.
