After a long time mistypaw woke up and saw acornpaw hovering over her. Why can't I be dead? this is going to be so embarrassing! I just spilled out my feelings for him and he probably doesn't even feel the same way! Mistypaw told herself, closing her eyes again pretending she was still passed out.

Mistypaw leaned closed to acornpaw. "She is... I thought you would like her because she has a better chance at becoming a warrior than I do. plus my mom had trouble keeping us while she was pregnant! I may even be barren but I know for sure my sister is not so why did you chose me, acornpaw?" Mistypaw thought for a long moment. I may even be a medicine cat for starclans sake! Why did he choose me?

Mistypaw blushed. "Me too. and also I'm back on apprentice duties in 2 days! Also we are becoming warriors in a moon! Isn't that great?! Acorn-" Her sentence was cut off by the leader, Greystar.
"Hello kits. Your mentor needs you acornpaw and she said it was 'urgent'" Greystar told acornpaw with and unsettling tone.
Why is greystar so creepy now that his mate died? Its so weird... Thought mistypaw as she watched greystar exit the medicine cat den.

Why shouldn't he know? He's Mistypaw's best friend! "Well I would think you would know, being her friend and all." Greystar grunted. "Oh well, Tell Moonpaw you three including Mistypaw will become warriors in 2 moons, please." Greystar ordered Acornpaw as he walked away.

Acornpaw tilted his head in surprise. Ever since Graystar had lost his mate he hadn't been the same. Shrugging, the young tom turned back to Mistypaw. "Hey!" He meowed, purring happily. "We are to be warriors in two moons!"
