Indeed they are! What were your opinions on the main characters?
It did, it really did. Nooooooooow it's just real life. Today I start a new class and I'm excited just to be immersed in literature and forget the rest.
How's the ironing going? I really want to finish my Will C. Morgen Project before my birthday, but that clearly isn't happening. So new goal is to finish it this year. Here's hoping I make that. Also my six other projects would be nice to finish.
What books have you found?
Eeeeeh. >.< You've heard how I've been. So far, day 5 hasn't thrown anything nasty at me. But I'm trying not to jinx it.

So funny story, I wrote up a reply to your reactions a while ago, then my computer crashed >.< Thanks so much, they were really fun to read. 14.5 My thinking was that Ivypaw's been training with Hawk for several months now, while iirc Tigerstar approached her a lot sooner than in canon. 15.0 Right first time! Just what is he doing indeed.... 15.5 Honestly, there is so much that I wanted Jay to do behind the scenes, but couldn't fit into Holly's or Ivy's pov. So a Jay side story definitely isn't out of the question! I had the same problem with Lion in canon tbh. But he does get some scenes in the newer chapters! I'll just say, you're picking up the right things about Sol c; 16.0 Tigerstar is acting interestingly, isn't he? It's a good job Dove's out sneaking around, otherwise she'd be very surprised to see Ivy "pop" out of her nest as well. 16.5 Ivypaw super doesn't like mysterious cats who have the power to kill her To be fair, Sol is pretty condescending at the best of times. MWAHAHAH ANOTHER CLIFFHANGER 17.0 What is Ivypaw going to think of the Dark Forest indeed... Although have you considered that the Dark Forest want her out of ThunderClan for that reason? Tbh Squirrel's mostly talking about the DF stuff. Poor Firestar indeed. Ahh I'm glad you like that! I felt like it was time to start making some connections at this point.

Honestly, it's been a while so I can't remember very clearly. I think Flamel was my favourite? I certainly liked his diary segments. Immersing in literature sound like a good plan. How was the class? Honestly I've had almost no time to iron - I've started doing image transcriptions which is taking up a lot of my time. Ooh, good luck with that! How much more do you have to go? The Librarian and Miss Garnet's Angel by Salley Vickers are both pretty good! They're a completely different genre (adult contemporary) from what I usually read but I enjoyed the change. And The Rest of Us Just Live Here by Patrick Ness and The Fountains of Silence by Ruta Septys. Yeeee. I'm not sure how much you want to discuss on a public thread, but I'm glad Day 5 seemed to be better <3

I'm not sure how much you want to discuss on a public thread, but I'm glad Day 5 seemed to be better <3 Flamel is my favorite, so that makes sense. And the diary segments are great. Honestly, it's gotten me to look up a lot of the historical characters. Saint Germain is really, really cool. It went well! I have another one tomorrow and then day two of one on the 11th. It's interesting and I hope people continue to like it. Image transcriptions? What's that? I have a couple chapters left of Fire at Will and then I have about 3/4 of the next book after to do. Then there's the second series, but that's a different can of worms. I did get some plotting done rather recently. Those sound like interesting titles, that's for sure. o.o It was just a lot of things on top of each other. It is certainly recent events, but also personal events, and then where both of those overlap ... and also random stressing things tossed in for fun. A friend sent me a gift on the fifth day though and it all seemed to get better from there.

I know having the teenagers tell the main story was important for the plot, but I just wanted more immortal alchemist pov. I had to look up St Germain again (you can tell how long it's been xD ) and agreed. He was very, very cool.
That's great! What literature are you studying?
I don't know how much you use tumblr, but people on there have a habit of posting twitter threads and other info as images. So image transcriptions means typing up the text from the images so the information is more accessible. Congrats on getting that far in! Is there still a hope of getting Fire At Will done by your old deadline? (Also, please tell me someone points a weapon at Will in that book...) Haha yeah, no need to think about the second series yet. Well done with the plotting!
And interesting books! Although all of them except The Rest Of Us Just Live Here have kind of bittersweet endings.
Ah yeah, that sucks when it's just one thing after another. Yay for your friend and I'm glad it's got better <3

Yay for your friend and I'm glad it's got better <3 XD Same! Give me history, y'all. I want to know about all the thoughts of this man. I looked him up just to see who he was and then started to die with laughter. History. American history. Ahhhh! Okay, I think I get what you mean. That's cool! Sounds like a tricky job. Nooooot unless I binge write from now til midnight, and I'm just not feeling that. (Oh yes. Yes they do. Several.) I love it more than the first, but thank goodness it isn't as many books. I need to work on the various fan fictions as well. Ouchy. I've been reading more happy books lately. So there's that. Yeah! I'm glad I have them.

In fact, give me 500 years of diary entries, plus all the historical figures he encountered along the way! Now that's relatable xD Fair enough cx. So, depressing but interesting? It's not so much tricky as time consuming, although I found a pretty good image to text converter that speeds things up a little. Ah well. (Oh, excellent! ) Well, sounds like you're booked for quite a few birthdays yet... That's good! Any recommendations? <3

Yes! Exactly! I need that!
Yep, pretty much. It's a brief overview. I need more info. XD
Very fun. Very fun.
I'm reading a book called Emily Eternal. Not sure if it's happy, but it's good!

I looked up Emily Eternal and it looks really good!

Well, the actually course has started now, so I'm getting a bit more detail, which is nice. I just need to hold out for the professor to actually post the links to the quizzes which are due very soon, because they're broken. Errrrr.
It is so far! I also got A Shadow in RiverClan today and read it all an hour ago and boy do I have words!

That's good! And I hope the professor sorts out the links soon then. I don't know about you, but some of my lecturers adapted to going online a lot better than others.
Nice! Did you enjoy A Shadow in RiverClan? You might have to tell me what happens for fic reasons, if that's alright. I finally started reading Holly Black's newest trilogy! I had the first book on hold for about 2 months :/

Sorted it all out today, actually! Yeah, this is very true, heh. The class is still fun so far! The professor is still really nice. Ooooooooooooooooh yes. The whole thing is chalked full of fic relevant things. I PMed to start discussing. Which new trilogy? o.o

That's good to hear! And I'm glad you're enjoying the class Learnt anything interesting so far? Nice! I haven't got hold of the book yet but I'm excited to hear your ideas. The folk of the air series. The first book had a three-month waiting list at my library but it was very much worth it.

XD I've learned that I need my accommodations list to get a bit of extra time on the quiz. But as for facts, boy is there a ton of political drama. A couple of presidential elections nearly started civil wars. And the fact that your mortal enemy could become your vice president was a fairly fatal flaw to the structure of the country in the beginning. Hopefully I can relay them in a timely manner once my emotions cool down a bit. I've heard that name! But not much about it yet! Tell me more?

That sounds fun xD That is dramatic. Hmm, I imagine that must make it pretty difficult to get anything done. I'll look forward to it So basically, the main character Jude is human but was raised as a fairy aristocrat. And the first book's about how she tries to get power and influence in the fairy world. The plot twists are really neat as well. I haven't read enough of book 2 to tell you what that's about.

I'm glad you like Holly and Leafpool - it's more than a little bittersweet to think of the dynamic they could've had if things had been different. Of course! Bittersweet is the perfect way to describe it. You've done an excellent job of keeping true to their character and portraying their emotions. Every time I see Holly and Crow/Leaf interacting my heartstrings are a little achy because that was something I (and I'm sure so many fans) would have LOVED to see. I anticipate your next chapters!

Apparently binge watching the new season of Umbrella Academy. Uhhhh. Otherwise I'm hoping to get some homework pre-done. Hopefully. I need to make up my mind whether I want to read Dracula or Frankenstein first.
Oh? Tell me about Cal!

Umbrella Academy sounds like an excellent plan! I've heard a lot of good thing about that show. Good luck with the homework - fwiw, frankenstein's a lot heavier emotionally. But that sounds like a fun class.
The main character from iron trial? or I might be making things up xD

Ahhh don't worry xD Wouldn't be surprised if there was two Cal's by the end of the series, the number of plot twists that series has.

This one is a bit moreso. I finished it an hour or so ago and of course another cliffhanger.
Haven't technically started it yet. I ended up getting the wrong audiobook.
Faaaair point. What sort of characters are in the story you're reading?
