Juniperheart looked over at Bluekit. She didn't want the kit to see her denmate dead and cold. She wrapped her tail around her kit. Grief was hitting her hard. 'Maybe this is Starclan saying I should never had kits.' She thought sadly. 'at least not with a loner.'

When Juniperheart heard Jasperpaw, she hissed and got up from her nest. "How dare you?" She screamed. She unsheathed her claws and raked them down her face. Grief gripped her heart and now, so did anger. "How dare you say she was weak! How dare you say it's better this way!" Her fur stood on end as she glared at the she-cat. "You stupid kittypet. You're no clanmate of mine if you're glad my kit is dead!"

Juniperheart spat at her. Anger glittered in her eyes. She was an anger queen, one of the most dangerous things one could be up against. She hissed at Jasperpaw, tail lashing. "Keep this up and I'll make sure you never get your warrior name." She threatened. "Just like Leafkit will never get hers." She lunged at the she-cat, raking her claws down her flank and left ear. "No one calls my kits weak!" She yowled. To her, saying the kits should die was almost a threat. And she couldn't risk any harm to the only kit she had left. "You'll wish you never have been born." She hissed as she stepped back, ready for her to attack. "I better never see you get near my kit Jasperpaw."

[ [~Ghost Writer~] ohh okay stay safe!!! and haha, of course ] Ryeheart looked at her and smiled. "Why don't you and I both get some rest?" He said gently, signaling towards their nests with a tilt of his head. "We've both worked hard today." "Oh." Slatewhisper meowed, wrapping his tail around his front paws and watching her walk away. "Well, what am I supposed to do? Wait around for no good reason?" he grumbled. Stormpaw thanked him and relief flooded over her as she collapsed in her nest. She instantly closed her eyes and began to drift to sleep. Dewfeather stopped and looked back. She thought for a moment, the clan can watch her kits easily. They have always done it for Queens when they need to get out. "Do you want to go for a hunt?" She asked him in a soft voice. She wondered what he would say. Most likely he would refuse. |

"Stop it you two"! yowled Rosewing " Jasperpaw Leafkit was an innocent kit and her death was a terrible thing we care for all cats in Grassclan not just strong cats" She hissed . " Juniperheart what Jasperpaw said was terrible but you can't hurt her because of it". Juniperheart glared at Jasperpaw, still angry. She stomped back to her nest and licked a mewling Owlkit. She stared blankly at her dead kit, not knowing what to do. She didn't want to part with her by she knew she couldn't hold on to the corpse either. She stared at it, unable to figure out what to do. |

(Ok. I'm not ditching Flintstrike, but is it okay I not make her a warrior (for now) and she is a rogue and she has heard about the Clans, but always avoids them by hiding out... somewhere? Maybe she is hunting (close to the GrassClan border) and while she is chasing some prey, she trips on a rock or something and she sprains her paw? Maybe your new character (or someone else) then finds her or something? By the way, as a rogue, her name would be "Flint". Thoughts?)

Rosewing put her tail on Juniperheart's shoulder " I know how you feel I lost my son when he was very small it's just so unfair to lose a kit it's one of the worst feelings in the world" she whispered a few tears coming to her eyes as she remembered Featherkit. Juniperheart rested her head on the she-cat's shoulder, letting out a mournful wail. The tough she-cat sank into Rosewing's fur. "Why did Starclan have to take my kit?" She cried out. "Why?" |

It was completely unaware that a she-cat (Flint) behind it was behind it, about to pounce and make short work of it... |

(Also, is it possible that somewhere down the line, a she-cat falls for Flint/Flintstrike (or vice versa), as in develops a crush on her (or vice versa)? I'm a sucker for romance. And yes, Flintstrike only likes she-cats, just making that clear. haha x3) |
