Hickoryfoot's tail flicked once, and she set the leaf down as she started to help dig as well. "I'm sure that you would have, if you'd gotten the chance," said Hickoryfoot, feeling like she was saying just the wrong sort of things. She didn't know what to say, and that was the problem. So she kept her head down, hoping that if Cloverstar needed to say anything, she would. "Awww," said Elmheart with mock disappointment. "My perfect plan is ruined." He bent his head and chuckled, before gesturing to the rabbit. "Eat it then, since you wanted it so much." "Thank you Hickoryfoot." Cloverstar mewed with a small, thankful smile. Batflight flicked Elmheart's ear and chuckled. "You furball. I wanted to eat it together." She rolled her eyes and purred, digging into the rabbit (This is the longest time I role-played by the prey pile lol) "You're welcome," said Hickoryfoot, even though she wasn't sure if she wanted to be thanked. The hole she was digging was about the right size now and she stood back, tail wrapping around her forepaws. (Same. xD ) Elmheart started to eat as well, licking his mouth every now and again because it was pretty good. After he felt like he'd had enough he sat back, grinning. "Ohhh, but I'm not nearly fuzzy enough to be called a furball." It had taken him this long to think up a comeback. |

(Well, foxdung [since I can't actually curse] my landlord just messed everything up... thanks to my roommate being a mousebrain I only have two weeks to leave my apartment and be living somewhere else.)

(Well, foxdung [since I can't actually curse] my landlord just messed everything up... thanks to my roommate being a mousebrain I only have two weeks to leave my apartment and be living somewhere else.) Seedripple, the medicine cat in Juniperclan that's rped by me, is right by the border. She could have heard the commotion and Hawkthorn and her could meet at the border page. Max hasn't returned yet so there isn't a medicine cat available)) Cloverstar's expression softened as Amberfeather explained what happened. "You didn't intrude. In fact, I don't think I should have been the one to help bury Leafkit in the first place. Ryeheart told me I shouldn't stress myself out too much and well, this is stressful." She let out a nervous laugh. "I think I'll let Hickoryfoot take it from here. How about we go on that walk I promised you?" [ alright that would be cool getting the juniperclan med cat involved. ] "That would be great!" Amberfeather purred, his mood instantly rising. He took one last look over to the river. "I'm sure the kit will be named a warrior in StarClan." The warrior bowed his head and sighed. "It's always sad when kits are lost. But I'm sure he's having fun with his StarClan friends already!" Amberfeather meowed, trying to make both himself and Cloverstar feel better. I am terrible at this. He sighed to himself, shaking his head. Maybe one day I'll be funny!(I'll post it at the border page then!) "Do you think so?" Cloverstar asked, looking longingly at the stars. "At least I know that my mother is looking after Leafkit. It's just terrible that Juniperheart lost her kit so early. I hope I never have to lose a kit in my lifetime." She whispered. "I hope I lose my last life before that happens." She looked up at Amberfeather, her green eyes soft but serious. "Although I expect that I'll never have kits of my own because I have no mate. But watching my clan grow will be enough I suppose." She turned her gaze back to the stars and sighed. "Let's go farther down the river. I watched to stargaze but I overheard the new mates in the clan saying they were going to the best place to do that and I rather not disturb them." Cloverstar looked at him in the eyes again and her heartbeat began to beat faster like before. 'Why is this happening again? I'm only talking to my clanmate and yet.." she shook her head and continued to walk. "Let's go slowpoke!" She mewed, her playful nature seemed to be back. |

" Windseeker died just after I joined the clan so I didn't know him very long but he was great" mewed Jasperflame softly. She gazed up at the petals falling from Moss tree and clawed her way up the trunk in to it's branch's . " I'm glad I can climb well so now I will never fall" she purred. ( Little dose she know she will fall) Dustbreeze climbed up after her but more carefully. "I'm still always afraid to climb. Trees are for Juniperclan cats." He chuckled nervously. A few petals landed on his nose and one on his missing eye, making him sneeze. After he finally gotten to a sturdy branch, he dug his claws in so he wouldn't fall. "Do you think things have gotten too quiet around here?" He asked. "Everything has seemed so calm. I can't help but think something wrong is going to happen.." He stared out into the distance. "I can't explain it but something feels wrong." (I wouldn't say that that Dustbreeze has a sixth sense, but he usually he can just feel like something is going to happen. I think I might make him go into the Dark Meadow when Flowerkit is training but Lark makes sure he stays quiet, making him act jumpy and make Jasperflame a bit suspicious.) |

Jasperflame nudged Dustbreeze and pointed her fluffy tail at a star " my mom always called that one Polaris she said it's the brightest star . my mom said that their is whole other planet's in the sky with their own moons". she whispered . " that the world is so big and that you could never count every star in the sky". "Really?" Dustbreeze looked up at the sky in awe and tried to take in everything she was saying. "Do you think besides Starclan, there could be other clans up there?" |

Dustbreeze wrapped his tail around her as if to hold her tightly. "And to think the toughest she-cat in the clan is such a romantic." He purred and laid his head on her shoulder, letting her scent comfort him. "I'm getting tired and we still need to guard the camp tonight.." he whispered. He felt the cool air brush against his short, sleek, pelt and shivered. He buried himself into Jasperflame's thick fur and purred. "You're everything im not. I think we'll make a great team." His eyelids started to droop as he got sleepier.

Why is Dustbreeze the she-cat in this relationship? XD I don't know why, but I prefer it like this. He's actually a lot weaker than her, he just doesn't like to admit it))

She licked the top of his head and began to purr softly . " We should get going she said quietly we can make a nest together in the warriors den. " "A nap before staying up all night would be good." He agreed. He started the climb down the cherry blossom tree, careful not to fall, and waited for his mate to climb down as well. While waiting, he started to claw moss off of the tree and looked around for feathers to line their nest with. |
