Jasperpaw felt her ears heat up she began to stutter" I .. um er" . she burst in to embarrassed laughter . "I like you the way you are okay" she whispered. Dustpaw had a stupid grin on his face. "That makes two of us." He mewed. "And I think being mate is a wonderful idea." Hearing the apprentices talk about becoming mate suddenly made Cloverstar feel empty. She looked over at Amberfeather and her heart started to beat faster. She looked away, slightly embarrassed. |

Amberfeather followed the group back to camp. I am very proud of the apprentices but... The tom glanced over at Cloverstar, a twinkle in his eye. I wish we had more time to ourselves. Even though he didn't speak the words out loud, he felt embarrassment creeping over him. Ears burning, he avoided anycats gaze and kept his focus straight ahead.
Wavepaw purred at Mountainpaw's enthusiasm. I wish I was that excited for training!
Hawkthorn pondered for a moment, thinking of new moves she hadn't shown her apprentice yet. The she-cat felt as if she taught the eager Mountainpaw every single fighting move known to StarClan. "Well... have I ever shown you how to get under a cat to reach their belly?" It was a complicated move but Hawkthorn was sure her apprentice was up to it. Is Wavepaw up to it? Well we'll see I guess.

[ good morning! ] Willowthorn watched closely as the two toms chatted happily. She wanted to join in but she was too shy to do so. Stalking up to the two cats, she waved her tail in greeting and smiled. Fallenlight noticed the she-cat get closer, and wove his tail in return. "Hi there Willowthorn, how's your day been?" (Maybe they run into some trouble? Maybe into Elk?)) Skystorm hid in the tall grasses. He knew he had to find something to mask his and Spiderheart's scent. He signaled the tom once he found some wild mushrooms. Spiderheart nodded and started to roll in them, wrinkling his nose at the musty smell. He hated mushrooms and hated that he had to do this. But it was so he could watch his apprentice train. "I hope Songpaw realizes what I do for her." He muttered. "Shhh." Skystorm hissed. Spiderheart glared at him but stayed quiet. The tom was right, he needed to be silent. After Spiderheart was done, Skystorm dropped and rolled in them as well. He hoped the apprentices wouldn't be able to tell that the scent was following them. He signaled his clanmate with the flick of his tail and crouched down, scenting the air for Songpaw and Thornpaw. They started to follow the cats, watching them with eager eyes. Dustpaw hung his head, staring at the ground. He looked up at Sweeteyes with a sad and disappointed look on his face. His tail drooped and dragged on the ground as he took a step. Afterwards, he shot Jasperpaw an amused look. (Sure) The two apprentices had calmed down considerably since beginning the hunt. Songpaw lifted her nose in the air scenting for anything. She thought she smelt mushrooms, but before she could think about it the scent of rabbit caught her attention. "There's a rabbit near by, about a foxlength or two that way." She whispered in her brother's ear and gestured with her tail." Thornpaw nodded. "I'll chase it straight to you, you're fast than I am." The two split up and Songpaw quietly worked her way around the rabbit, thankful there was no wind today. "Perfect." Sweeteyes purred, before looking extremely angry and irritated. It wasn't long until the trio got back to camp. (Also sorry for not being on yesterday.) |

Skystorm whispered quietly to his clanmate after seeing how well the Apprentices were doing. "Let's leave them to their own advices. We can do a bit of hunting on our own." Spiderheart nodded but kept his eyes on Songpaw. The two slowly turned away and made their way through the grass.
A few heartbeats after the toms left, Elk made his way closer to the Apprentices. The scent of rabbit made his mouth water. He waited a bit more, making sure they were alone and rushed out of the grasses, pouncing on the rabbit. He quickly bit the neck and looked up at the 'paws' with a smirk.

(Cool thanks I should let you know though I'm going to a wedding this weekend so I'm going to be really poofy for the next three or four days)
"Hey that was ours." Thornpaw stood up, bristling angrily. 'Wait you're a rouge! Get off our territory!" The young tom hissed unsheathing his claws. Songpaw was frozen in place, terrified.

"Your territory?" He scoffed. "Kit, I was here before you were born. This is mine just as much as it is yours." He bit into the rabbit. "Your clanmate was a lot more friendly. I'm a little hurt at your harsh tone." He said, looking sad. "You wouldn't want a cat to starve would you? You wouldn't drive a cat out of the place he was born right? That's just cruel"

Juniperheart had started to get use to the fact that Leafkit was gone and there wasn't anything she could do. Owlkit batted her tail playfully and purred. His eyes were nearly open and about ready to be outside the den. But only right outside the den Juniperheart thought. She didn't want her only kit to wander off and get hurt. At the sound of Rosewing's pawsteps, Owlkit mewled with delight. He ran over to her outside the den, nearly tripping the whole way there.
"Hey! Get back here!" Juniperheart yowled. She got up and followed him. She bumped into Rosewing, not paying attention to what was in front of her. She was too busy looking at Owlkit. "I'm so sorry." She mewed.
(I'm pretending he isn't as young as he is)
