Blunt && Balanced && Sociable }

{ 17 - Octavia stands around 5’6, her skin tone being a nice caramel tan and her body can only be explained as athletic. Her shoulders are broad, her muscles tone and curves shallow, all reflecting her more active life style. Her jawline is soft, not too round and not too angular. Octavia's eyes are a rich dark chocolate brown and are framed by long dark lashes and a pair of fuchsia glasses. She has long dark mocha brown hair that reaches past the middle of her back in gentle waves with her bangs parted to the right slightly covering her eyes. Her outfits usually consist of bright colors and loose clothing, also she is known to always have variously colored bracelets decorating both of her wrist.}

{  Octavia is a clear-headed and brilliant young woman. She is friendly and cheerful, always being curious and not worrying much about things. She usually tries to raise the spirits of others, making her the mood maker of the group. She has problems reading the atmosphere in situations and just speaks out what comes to mind, sometimes making others surprised at her actions. However, Octavia can also be very stubborn and strong willed, causing the young woman to be quite confident in her abilities, to a fault and the only nice thing about that is that she bounces back quickly when things don't work her way. Also she has a little smirk that she pulls every once in awhile that shows her cool, laid back, and somewhat mischievous side. }

{ Mermaid. Octavia is a huge fan of animals, especially aquatic life so she keeps a small aquarium in her dorm with two axolotls her absolute favorite animal. }

Friendly && Cocky && Manipulative }



{ 18 - Tall and trim, Finn likes to take care of his physique to keep his 6'5" self in the best shape he can. He has a sculpted, heart shaped face, with a jawline so sharp you could cut your finger on it and a bright smile not short of being contagious. His skin is a bit darker due to the fact that he is Brazilian  and he likes his outdoor time more than he probably should. He has somewhat short, dark brown hair that he really doesn't do anything to in the way of styling it. Last but not least is his striking, blue-grey eyes that can melt your heart or cause the temperature to drop any room depending on his mood(not literally of course). }



{ Finnegan is a charming person who is pleasant in his interactions with others, open, friendly, communicative and understanding. He is cheerful and enthusiastic, he can nevertheless be quite impatient and is not immune to outbursts of anger when something doesn't go his way. Quick-witted, adaptable and skillful, Finnegan is endowed with considerable practical sense and an excellent memory. He has no intellectual problems and excels at oral and written expression, though he does tend to get a little tongue tied every so often just because he tends to get ahead of himself. He is conscious of his charm and knows just how to use it, and thanks to his incredible powers of persuasion, he usually manages to get his way. However, if he doesn't, he is not above lying through his teeth to get what he want. His cleverness and adaptability are very useful assets. A curious character, he is unfortunately inclined to dissipation as a result of his thirst for diversity and change. He is quite proud, however, and he can be a smooth-talker and perhaps even quite a braggart when he is feeling particularly full of himself... He is well-liked and appreciated for his friendly nature, and loves nothing more than being surrounded by friends with whom he can have a laugh and a jolly good time with. He tries to avoid playing 'big brother' when at school but he can't get around it all the time much to his own dislike.}

{ Valentine ‘Lenny’ Felix - - - Junior

Competitive && Free-Willed && Determined }

{ 16 - Standing at five feet, ten inches with a tall and skinny build with broad, muscular shoulders, Lenny looks like she was destined for life in the pool, as if she was destined to swim competitively. She has thick chestnut hair that falls slightly below her chin that she usually tucks behind her ears that helps show off her strong jaw. Lenny often looks incredibly stoic, as if she’s staring everyone down with her blue-hazel eyes, which isn’t true in most instances. She’s more than happy to give off a smile that makes her look incredibly happy. Having such wide shoulders, Lenny finds it slightly difficult to find most shirts comfortable to wear, so she likes to stick to tank tops during the summer, but during school she settles for sweaters and t-shirts that fit her loosely. When it comes to pants, Lenny is happy with shorts or jeans depending on the weather. }

{ Lenny is insanely competitive - she’s a decorated swimmer and a fairly intelligent girl, so she always strive to be the best. Growing up with three older brothers, everything was a competition against her and them, and she’s brought it into her teenage years at Lakeland. One of the main reasons she got accepted into the school was them wanting to beef up the swim team, and Lenny was able to help. Tying into this, Lenny is also a very determined girl; she will not stop until she is the best. She competes on the school’s year-round team and a competitive swim club in her hometown, only a few miles away. The girl is a very free-willed person who speaks without a filter. She comes out with some incredibly nice things and incredibly rude things, both of which Lenny doesn’t necessarily mean to say. Once someone gets passed that somewhat-flaw in her, they'll meet an incredibly sweet girl who’s a shoulder to cry on and laugh with.

{ Skylar Brennan - - - 11

Brilliant && Guarded && Cruel }

{ 16 - The Sea Queen is undoubtedly a beautiful girl. She stands at 5’8” tall and has a lean, athletic build that comes from years of softball and swimming competitively. She has long light auburn hair that looks almost like flame in the sunlight and bright, fierce sea blue eyes (some may even describe them as teal). }

{ Broken. If I could choose one word to describe this queen, that would be it. Skylar was raised up in a world of hurt and pain and confusion, and she has definitely been affected by it. Her father was abusive to both her and her mother when she was younger, until her mother finally had the courage to take Skylar and her younger brother and run away from that life. Shortly after that, her brother passed away of leukemia, leaving Skylar feeling alone and fearful, having been hurt badly by someone that she trusted-- but she hid the truth well. She put up a barrier between herself and the world, protecting her wounded heart from further hurt, all while painting a new mask for herself that is what everyone else sees of her; she became a guarded person, closed off from the world, and cruel, tearing apart the feelings of others in an effort to protect her own and playing the part of your stereotypical popular girl. She surrounded herself with the kind of people that she’d grown to hate-- the mermaids and mermen, her “royal court,” and pretended to like them, and flirted with and dated the kinds of boys who disgusted her the most. In fact, most of her reputation around the school is just that: an act, designed to push people away and protect herself from getting hurt. In fact, chances are, if you think you’re her friend, you’re probably mistaken-- she’s only ever had one real friend, and that’s her best friend, Allina Cross. In truth, all she’s really ever wanted was for someone to look at her, see right through her act, and love her for who she is inside. }
