Looking around at the gathering of people Jeremy decided now would be a good time to boast about his Pokémon. He walked over to a random person and tapped them on the shoulder. They happened to be Sam. “I bet my Pokémon are stronger than yours.” Jeremy said.

(Sorry! A friend came over and I got roped into playing cards!)
Sam glanced around the wide meadow that made up the center of Lushsong Town. There were lights set up and booths all around where vendors were selling items and berries that could attract pokemon. They turned when someone tapped them on the shoulder and blinked at Jeremy. "Wow you must be really strong then," Sam couldn't help but smile at the boy's statement as they looked him up and down. He seemed a little old to be fresh and new so it was likely he was one of the stronger trainers.

How many badges do you have?” He said putting his arm out to let his Staraptor land on it. He looked around at the stands considering buying something for his Staraptor. |

"Here why don't I show you how many," Sam bit back a smirk as they pulled out their Badge Case and opened it for Jeremy to see. Jeremy looked over the 8 badges disappointed that he had been bested before he realized that there was a 9th badge. Upon realization he took a step back clearly shaken by this. “Y-Your the champion!” Jeremy exclaimed quietly as if not to alert anyone. “But shouldn’t you be back with the Elite 4?” After a quick second of his babbling he recovered. “So wait, are you looking for something. It wouldn’t make sense to be all the way back here if you were not. I can help if need be!” As Jeremy took a step back Staraptor cooed in annoyance as it shook Jeremy’s arm which Staraptor was perching on. It then flew up and around Jeremy hoping to send a signal to him that it wanted a battle. (I thought you had said Sam or the champion so I thought Sam was a trainer like Peter so I was surprised for a second too.) |

"There's something going on that needed my attention," Sam shrugged the question away, they didn't want the whole region to know they were travelling as it might see for some unwanted attention. "Any challengers will have to wait a little bit before they can have their battle with me." They glanced around the festival. "But I did want to know if you've noticed any... unsavory characters about? They go by Team Infinite I think?" They asked Jeremy, curious as to how much most trainers knew about the rising threat in the Shuri region.

While you check the booths I’ll check dark spots to see if any of my ‘friends’ decided to ‘hang out’.” Staraptor having gotten the memo flew up and looked around for, as Sam put it, the unsavory characters. “Is there anyone in particular I should be looking for?” (So I really hope that a Team Infinity guy decides to battle.) |

"Just be careful," Sam warned. "I don't want to draw attention and snooping around might alert them, I'm just trying to find out more about them and their goals, you know?" They sympathized with Jeremy with his lost Dragonair. "I'm not looking for any fights today okay?"

“Got it.” Jeremy said. “Snooping around the booths is easy. It will be looking in the hiding spots that will be hard. Do you have a basic idea of their goals?” He asked while looking around for anyone suspicious. “If we find them what should we do if they want to battle?”

Hello)
Hunter walked around the booths that were set up for the festival, everyone was working hard to make sure everything was perfect for the occasion. Unsually Hunter was busy with the gym and other things to a break, the festival allowed her the chance to relax a little, after short conversation with a local she felt a small hand on her shoulder it was her phantump. "Phan!" The little stump Pokemon pointed to a booth that was selling pastries, smiling the two of them headed over to the booth.

April and Ace were checking out the booths at the festival. The Leafeon was yipping happily as he nibbled on a sweet looking berry. April smiled, she had heard about the festival from a passerby and was curious to find out what it was about. And from the looks of it, lots of people seemed to know about the festival taking place. The trainer watched other people pass with their Pokemon by their sides.

Jeremy’s Staraptor landed on his arm again. “Let’s go get you some berries buddy.” He said as they looked for some berries they would both like. Jeremy’s mind couldn’t get off the fact that team infinity might be around. He wasn’t sure what they did but knew they were bad news so he stayed on the alert.

Sam watched Jeremy for a moment before heading towards the Lushsong Gym. They wanted to talk to Hunter and see if she had had any issues with Team Infinite lately. "Excuse me," They murmmered as they slipped past April and her Leafeon, offering a smile as they passed by. In their effort to keep a low profile they were dressed down and was wearing a soft grey sweatshirt and a pair of jeans. The only thing that stood out was their expensive messenger bag, it was sleek black and has a gold stripe on it.

"Hey!" April huffed as someone pushed past her, she stepped out of the way though; eyeing the figure curiously. Ace watched Sam slip past them and head towards the gym, he tilted his head. Perhaps going for a gym battle? But why now? April looked across the clearing and saw a boy and a Staraptor. A strong looking Pokemon. The girl rolled her eyes and turned back, noticing the strange person head closer towards Lushsong gym.
