"I'm good to head back," Peter nodded as she picked up her bag and slung it over her shoulder. She looked to Blaze, glad he was more confident and ready to battle today.

Blaze nodded in thanks toward Peter, hoping his battle ended like hers. In a victory. His attention turned to Akai, when he asked if they were ready to head back to the gym for his challenge. "Yeah, I'm ready," Blaze said with a confident smile.

Akai nodded. He walked with the group out of the Pokemon Center and back towards the gym "Did you figure anything out while watching Peter?" Akai asked glancing back towards the other trainer curiously. He wondered what his plan was to take on the gym leader. Since Treecko seemed to be working with him now Akai bet they would be fine.
"Makes sense." Cecil replied. He ate his food slowly, it wasn't in his nature to eat something quickly for fear of making a mess. His pokemon had finished off their meals and were lazing around looking pretty tired.

Blaze walked next to Akai toward the gym, a smile upon his face. "I seen a few things that may help, but its only if Chasin didn't notice them himself as well." Although he didn't want to say anything just yet, as he wanted to surprise his friends with a possible few moves that may shock Chasin as well.

Akai let it go at that and followed Blaze into the gym. Chasin was talking with the ref when they entered and he turned to them "Welcome back, are you ready for another battle?" he looked to Blaze when he greeted them. The ref nodded their greeting and walked into the battle field to get ready for another battle.

Blaze smiled up at Chasin, a confident look on his face as he mental prepared himself. "Yes, I'm ready for the rematch if you pokemon are also up to it," he said with a smile. He looked down at both of his pokeballs, hoping Treecko's cooperation would give him an edge in battle.

"Then let's get started!" Chasin led them into the fixed battle field and back to the side he had been battling on before. The ref was standing on their stand and Akai and the other trainers were directed back into the stands. "The battle between Gym Leader Chasin and Challenger Blaze is about to begin. Again, only the challenger is allowed to switch pokemon and you are both allowed two pokemon each. Begin!" Chasin pulled out a pokeball and tossed it into the air. In a flash of red appeared Aron. He was switching up his order this time around.

(I've spent like the last 2 hours just trying to get as many candies as I can bc I want to catch up to Pumpkin Pie :/ She has like 18300..... I'm never gonna catch up.....)
Peter followed the group to the gym and sat with Akai in the stands. She released her Pokemon from their Pokeballs so they could all cheer on Blaze in his battle like he had in hers. "You got this!" She called out to the battling trainer as Chasin threw out Aron.

Sorry, when I was going to reply today I realized how close it was toward 3 PM and had to leave almost immediately for work!)
Blaze nodded to the ref, an acknowledgement that he understood the rules of the gym battle. As Chasin brought out Aron, Blaze smiled as he picked up one of his pokeballs from his pocket. "You've got this buddy, not let's prove to them how strong we are!" Blaze yelled. "Go Shadow!"
Shadow appeared out of the pokeball, with a loud growl toward the Aron across from him. He gave a toothy smirk toward him as he realized that Blaze figured out the type match-up that he wanted. Although Aron was a rock type, he was also a steel type, which was a huge disadvantage against a fire-type like himself.

"Let's start with mud slap." Aron nodded and ran towards Shadow and lashed out with a small wave of mud. Shadow may be able to hurt Aron with fire, but Aron could dish out just as much damage as he could. Chasin knew that Blaze would have a plan for this battle after losing to him the last time they had fought.

Claudia had lagged quite a bit behind the group stopping to grab some coffee having missed her chance for a drink with the rest to catch up on notes instead. As Claude talked to the coffee girl and was distracted Q reached into her pocked swiping her notebook. carefully tucking it inside her bone helmet and out of site of Claudia. By the time Claudia got to the gym both Blaze and Chasin had their pokemon out and were just starting the first attacks. Claudia reached for her notebook to start to record the fight only to look around with horror as she realized it had been misplaced. Claude was just about to go look for it when she saw the mudslap going towards shadow "You can do it Blaze" She cried out figuring she could look for her notebook latter

Shadow growled at the wave of mud coming at him, but Blaze had been prepared for this tactic. "Jump up and dodge it!" Blaze yelled. "Then use Smog to fill up the area around Aron."
Quickly, Shadow leaned back on his haunches before launching himself into the air and throwing out a smog to fill around Aron. Although this wasn't his main strategy when it came to the ground type moves, he had to adapt to the circumstances.

As smog surrounded Aron, causing her some damage Chasin called her to jump back. The move forced her to jump back and away from the thickest part of the cloud. Good timing, Chasin thought to himself, Blaze had a good handle on dealing with pokemon who had the upper hand in typing. "Quickly use rock tomb." he ordered and Aron twisted, throwing a few boulders in Shadows direction.

Hey I have a question for you all.
The Forum rules changes so some curse words are now allowed like shit, damn, hell, ass and stuff (no f words tho) should I change the rules to allow these words into the rp? Or do you all like rping without cursing? I personally don't mind eitherway.

I don't mind! I think swearing would definitely fit some characters, but if people are uncomfortable with swearing then I'm fine with that as well.)

okay cool, I'll just say that mild cursing is allowed but nothing over the top or directed at any other character. Like cursing because a move didn't work or something is fine but no calling other characters mean names.... unless they are part of Team Infinite
