"Congrats on your gym badge!" Skip grinned at the three of them. He glanced back at his companions and pointed to Klover and Quinn. "They also beat the Lushsong Gym too!" A giant leaf smacked him in the back of the head and he glanced down at his Bayleaf for a moment before remembering his manners. "Oh! I'm Skip by the way! Sorry I tend to get really excited about Pokemon and forget to introduce myself." He smiled sheepishly and rubbed the back of his head. "This is Clove, my partner!" He introduced the Bayleaf.

Klover stood up and with a wide smirk said," yeah lets get going." Angel then covered her mouth to stop her chuckling at all the trainers.

(lol yeah I'm just an old nerd.... But it's cool! In one of my old clans one of my best friends was in middle school so really age doesn't matter here lol. And congrats on about to starting college! Do you know what major you are thinking of going for?)

"It's nice to meet you," Aurora replied, smiling. "I'm Aurora, and this is Sparkie and Cherubi." She gestured to the Pokemon behind her. Sparkie stepped a little closer to Aurora, somewhat nervous about being around a lot of strangers. On the opposite, Cherubi dashed forwards towards Skip, greeting both him and Clove with a loud squeal. Aurora giggled, motioning for Cherubi to come back towards her. "Sorry. She's a bit... Hyper, let's say."

Clove seemed happy to greet the other grass-type Pokemon. "It's okay!" Skip grinned. "My Pokemon are a bit hyper as well! It's good for making friends isn't it?" He glanced back at his other companions. "Hey since you just beat the Lushsong gym does that mean you are heading for CloudyHeights for your third gym badge too?" He suddenly asked as he turned his attention back to her.

"Nice! That's where me and my friends are going!" Skip indicated the group of other trainers. "Since Team Infinite is getting bolder and more dangerous it's safer to travel in a group yeah? If it's okay with you and them you can come with us if you want! It's more fun to have friends travelling with you anyways!"

"Yeah apparently they attacked the Fall Festival last night.... right here," Skip glanced around the town. It was still a bit of a mess but most of it had been cleaned up by now. "I guess you'll have to fight with Klover and Quinn on who gets to be champion then because they are doing the challenge too," He laughed as he lead the way back over to the group of trainers. "Hey guys, this is Aurora! She just beat the gym here and is heading to CloudyHeights as well! I was thinking maybe she could join us since we are all heading the same way!" He introduced her to the others.

Klover looked at Aurora and waved back at while saying," hello there Aurora it is always fun to have a new fried join are ranks." Angel mean while just giggled at Cherubi for she found its hyperness to be somewhat funny.

Actually, I'm not really that old. I've been able to drink for almost a year now, but I refuse to because a friend of mine was killed by a drunk driver. When I first started on the original forums, I was in middle school. So I've been around for quite some time now)

Quinn smiled and waved by way of greeting. "Hey Aurora, I'm Quinn! This is Helios," she introduced herself and her Quilava again, hoping this would be the last time for the day. "And Team Infinite is a nasty crew, we don't want to get caught alone by those guys, it might not end well." She almost shuddered at the thoughts of yesterday's ruined Fall festival. "But we should be fine together. Glad I've got some competition on the journey. I'm happy for the company too."

(not much Spark! Aurora met up with the group in Lushsong and is joining them and Blaze is talking to Claudia about his Treeko)
"Okay lets go then!" Skip cheered and walked with the rest of the group out of the small village and into the dense forest. Quickly the sounds from the civilization behind them dulled till all that could be heard was the sound of Pokemon deep in the forest and of the trainers footsteps on the dry, dead leaves that littered the forest floor. Skip took out his Pokephone and turned on the travlling guide app and read about the forest.
"So it says here that we should all stay on the route and not stray too far from it," He said as he scanned the webpage. "As Psychic, Dark and Ghost type Pokemon are known to lead unknowing trainers into the forest where they are never seen again....." He frowned and glanced around at the trees, despite the sun being high in the sky the canopy blocked out a lot of the sunlight, making the forest dark and forboding. "Okay.... well that's creepy." He closed his phone and put it back in his pocket. "Stay on the path... got it." He glanced at the others to see how they were reacting to the forest.

Oh, thanks! And I saw that we were talking about majors and I thought I'd mention that I'm a Forensic Science major.)
Cecil had already gotten distracted by the plant life and had wandered a few steps away from the rest of the group. Willow stood beside him, watching the trees and bushes around them while Cecil picked some herbs and looked over them carefully. He obviously had not heard the advice to 'stay on the path'.

Quinn had chose to walk next to Skip, seeing as he had the map and all. Helios stuck close to his trainer, as he usually did. โI think we should be fine,โ she was mostly sure they would be fine. Her tone conveyed this. โJust donโt follow random Pokรฉmon into the forest, seems easy enough.โ Quinn gripped the straps of her backpack tightly as she glanced warily into the forest, the trees grew tightly together and a lot of light had been filtered and blocked by the dense boughs.

Cecil, realizing they were walking ahead, bagged the herbs and hurried after them. Willow jumped onto his bag, then to his shoulder. "What's that about following a pokemon into the woods?" he asked, tilting his head a bit. After hearing the explanation he paled a bit and decided that maybe he should stay with the group.

(Okay. Anyone else wanna add a Pokemon to their team within the woods? Remember there are a lot of fighting, psychic and ghost types in the woods along with normal Pokemon you would find in a forest like grass, bug, flying, normal and poison types! Just let me know and I'll see what I can whip up for ya'll. I know Blood wants a Leavanny so we'll be getting to that one real soon)

(Also fun fact. My gf has a Mimikyu in her car that sits on the dashboard and just.... turns on it's own. Like we'll look away and look back and it will be facing a different direction than a few moments before. It's a friend... I hope)

I'm really tempted to get a creepy one, but Cecil is kinda a wimp and I think he'd avoid that kind. So a sweet one!) I LOVE ghost types so much I can't help but get them. They are easily some of the pokemon with the most interesting backgrounds and horror is one of my favorite genres.)

(lol and Akai already has a creepy Ghost type with his Banette lol)
(How about since Cecil keeps falling behind due to his herb obsession he's the only one who kinda notices something following them? And when they make camp that night he meets Mimikyu?)

(Shuppet was one of my first Pokemon Cards so I'm quite fond of the evo line myself. I really like Aegislash tho so that's probably my fav ghost type.)
