Felli looked over, slightly surprised. She didn't expect to see anyone around here. Jumping from the tree she landed softly on the ground and smirked, taking a step towards Aurora "Oh yeah? I'd like to see you try." she snapped her fingers and the net was pulled tighter around the group of pokemon. Blair moved to her side, the pumpkaboo staying in the back to the keep the pokemon trapped in the net.

Felli looked at the small hole. Jack moved quickly to put it out "Gonna have to do better than that." she mused "Lampent use shadowball!" she gestured towards the torchic. The ghost pokemon gathered energy and shot the ball towards the trainer and pokemon."

Lampent moved in front of the attack, it's ability activating and absorbing the flames. "Nice! Now use flame burst!" Blair prepared to attack when suddenly a vine shot from the net, escaping from the small hole. It slammed into the Lampent and knocked it off balance, giving the trainer an opening to attack.

Scratch went through the ghost type pokemon as it crashed into a nearby tree, still off balance. The scratch went through and hit the net, opening a larger hole. (You could probably rp the pokemon you want escaping :3)

Aurora prepared herself to tell Sparkie to use another move, when she suddenly noticed something. Behind the Team Infinite trainers, a Cherubi snuck through the hole, the other Pokemon starting to follow. The grass-type hurried over to Aurora - It appeared that it wanted to fight on their side.

"Tsk, this is getting annoying." Felli huffed. She turned to the net and ordered Jack to keep the pokemon inside. Then she turned to Blair and said "One more pokemon doesn't matter, you still have the advantage. Use flame burst." Lampent seemed to nod and turned to the two. She shot out a burst of flames and it hit the ground near the trainer and her pokemon, flames splashing out in all directions.

The combined attack hit Blaire and she shook as energy was drained from her. Thankfully it wasn't a lot, but it was enough to stall her and give the other trainer an opening to attack the net again.

Lampent was hit by the attack and thrown onto the net, causing it to open. Pokemon fled in all directions and Felli scoffed. Of course that had to happen... She'd already caught another net full, but one net full wasn't going to cut it. Turning to the trainer she snapped "Jack we're getting out of here. Blair use flame burst and Jack you use bullet seed." the two pokemon followed orders, aiming attacks at the ground. The attacks caused smoke and dust to raise, giving her time to run.

Aurora tried to see through the smoke, attempting to pursue Felli. However, she simply couldn't follow, and had lost the Team Infinite member already. Aurora sighed, turning back, and scooping up Sparkie. She turned to Cherubi, smiling. "Well, I guess I have you on my side now, huh?"
(TS back to Aurora challenging the Gym?)

Akai shook the hand "He looks like a good pokemon. I'm sure he's very fond of you." he took a step back so the pokemon didn't think he was hurting his trainer and glanced back at his pokemon who were more interested in taking a nap. Chuckling he called them back to their pokeballs and said "We are almost to the next town, would you like to come with us? After that I think everyone could do with some healing."
The silence was broken apart by a crash as grunts started to riot. Some threw out their pokemon, some tore apart decorations and others guarded the best ways out. Lacy heard the sudden noise behind her and smirked, it had started. With them distracted she quickly ducked into an alleyway and looked over the gym. If there was no one guarding it she'd head straight in. If there was, she could work around it. There was no one in fact guarding the Gym! But it was locked tight to encourge people to participate in the festival since the Leader wasn't around. But lucky for Lacy, everyone was focused on the grunts in the clearing. Drake laughed as he threw an object about the size of a Pokeball into the clearing towards all the Pokemon, but instead of acting like a normal Pokeball it turned into a large net that covered a bunch of the Pokemon and electrified. A bunch of the other grunts threw their own nets. "Thanks for tiring them all out for us!" Drake jeered at all the trainers. Normally he'd be worried about facing so many trainers, even if they had the numbers with the grunts, but will all the Pokemon tired out after battling there was no way the could lose, it wasn't like the Champion was here or something. Orion(that's the name of the Nuzleaf right???) saw the net coming and in a quick moment of decision, shoved Helios, making it so the Quilava didn't get caught in the net. "Nuzz!" He cried out as the net shocked him. The Drapion was also caught in the net, grunting against the electric shock. It looked to April, hoping the trainer would help it. |

Lacy grinned and entered the gym. As she entered she noticed a back room, the door however was locked. No problem she could manage. Instead of calling out her pokemon and making a scene she knelt by the door and pulled out a lock pick. Given a few minutes she would have the door open.

(Hey Sparkly! Congrats on having ur character be the first to have a Gym Battle in the rp..... only took.... 109 pages.... whoops really gotta work on moving the rp along....) (I have Obediah open Midnight if you want to have a Leader and Commander interaction) Sam watched from the booths as a bunch of Pokemon were caught in nets and as trainers tried to free them without electrocuting themselves or the trapped Pokemon. They narrowed their eyes, sure they had been looking for information on Team Infinite but they hadn't expected to run into an entire coordinated attack from the villinous group at the beginning of their search. "Hunter!" They called to the Lushsong Gym Leader, hoping she would join them to fight off these grunts till Officer Jenny and back up could arrive. Taiyou"Hey boss," Drake spoke into his Radio. "Might wanna hurry up, I see a bunch of trainers calling the cops." There was a click and the door opened for Lacy. |

Lacy hummed, pleased with her own handiwork. The door opened into a hallway and she moved fast down it. There were a few doors, but as she opened them she noticed that none held what she needed. It wasn't until the last door she found it. This door was locked as well. After picking the lock she shoved open the door and looked in. The key! It was sitting on top of a box, most likely left there by someone who thought it would be safe behind two locked doors. She snatched the key and spoke into her headset "I have the package."

Blaze smiled at both Peter and Akai. "Yeah that would be great! I'd love to travel with you guys," he said, happy to travel with others for once. Mostly, him and Shadow were by themselves, but Blaze would always welcome good company. He glanced down at Shadow who stared at Akai. The Houndour hopped backwards when Peter moved down to his level and tried talking to him. He glared at girl, not wanting anything to do with her.
"Sorry about that," Blaze said looking over at Peter. "He's just stubborn and arrogant."

Chasin, who had seen her walk up, greeted her "I see you've come back. I look forwards to our battle." the gym battle field was large and covered it rocks. There were boulders and rock formations scattered among them. The uneven terrain would prove difficult for some.

(Hmmm also looking over the CHerubi form you made the Pokemon might be a little overpowered with the level but i'll allow it. ALso since Sparkie should have gained some experience it can learn Sand Attack if you wish and be about to learn Peck as well. Only if you want! If you want him to be a little weaker then that's cool! He won't be able to gain much experience against the rock gym anyways so i understand that as well!
Sorry making sure everything is all balanced... it's hard...
