(Basically all the trainers that are starting out are getting their starters and everyone is just kinda stuck in the lab. Even tho Noble said it's cool to skip all of that and head out. I have a tainer who has her starter and a badge under belt. Shes not there. I have been waiting for peepes to leave the lab

Kalahni nudged her brother in a silent way of saying 'stop being weird.' Keleki cleared his throat and straightened, by this point both had realized how claustrophobic it had gotten in these tight corners. They both tip toed past the conglomeration of people, Kalahni grabbed onto Akai's elbow to pull him with. Her Rowlet shuffled from side to side on her shoulder, ruffling his feathers.

Akai was still glaring daggers at the trainer but let himself be pulled along. Once they were outside he took a breath of fresh air. It really was crowded in there. His Rowlet seemed more comfortable out here as well.

Kalahni likewise sighed when they broke out as well. She shook out her head, long onyx hair fraying out befor settling again. "Well," she looked down at her Pokedex. "guess it's on to route 1?"
"WOOHOO!!!" Keleki uproared, throwing his fists in the air ecstasically. "I CANT WAIT TO CATCH MY FIRST POKÉMON OH MY GAWWWD!" He squeaked, looking more like the girl in this scenario as he bounced a couple paces ahead of the rest. Kalahni rolled her eyes and fell back. She shot a glance at Akai and fumbled into a conversarion. "So how'd you get that shiny ball anyway?" She smiled at the Rowlet, as her own settled back on top of her head.

Akai considered her words "Guess the fates decided I should get a fantastic pokemon to fit my fantastic self." he grinned and patted the Rowlet on the head proudly "All of my pokemon are wonderful. They must be drawn to me." he nodded, agreeing with himself. He was thankful to have them. They were a start to a new team. Out with the old and in with the new. If he was being honest, he was lucky to have them. But saying that wouldn't fit his character.

"Someone's full of themselves," She teased, nudging him slightly so he diverged from his straight path. Kalahni chuckled, considering for a moment if the Pokemon that were drawn to people actually mirrored their trainer's personality.
She supposed that would make her a little daft too. She shook the thought away with a laugh, then playfully quipped back at him; "I think Rowlet just wanted to make you look cool, isn't that right buddy? He could use it." She couldn't help but laugh,
though she hoped he didn't find her too rude.

The Rowlet cooed in agreement, pecking Akais cheek. It wasn't enough to hurt of course, Akai was still his trainer after all. Akai waved away the Rowlet "You can try, but I don't need any help being cool. Having you is just a plus." he turned his attention to Kalahni and grinned "Rowlet may be cool, but i'm much more so." Akai was often told he acted too young for his age. This was an example of those times. But being grim all the time like they expected was never fun. Being himself was better.

"Mr. Coolio." She rolled her eyes, impersonating a 'hip' voice when she spoke. "And what makes you so cool?"
She challenged, giving him a side long glance as they leisurely began making their out of town and towards the outskirts where their first route lie. The tall grass rustled from side to side, alight with life.

Starly all of a sudden excited flew off of John's shoulder and started to bother Keleki and his torchic clearly wanting attention. Sighing John just shook his head at his Starly's behavior. |

"Oh I know I know. But still, she needs to learn about other types. Look ay me. I have only one pure fire type on my team. The others are dual types. They help cover things. Fire is pretty weak too. Like ice." She walked over to where Fancy was floating waiting for pokepuffs to be handed out. She got enough for all her pokemon and then fed one to hunter and then Fancy smiling. "You're right, of course," Laurel conceded. "Having a team of all different types is far more interesting. Life would be far interesting without Chandelure and Houndoom's quirks, right?" Laurel grabbed a pokepuff, feeding it to Holly. The mawile greedily gobbled it down, little crumbs falling all over Laurel's arms and shirt. Smiling, she reached down into her small waist pouch, pulling out the other pokeball she was carrying. "Clover, you want any?" Laurel asked, handing a pokepuff to the diminutive Whimsicott, one of the newest additions to her team. |

Germain was in a corner of the room, fiddling with the new pokedex he had received. Audra perched on his shoulder, gazing at the device with the same interest he showed. Koray, however, was anything but interested. Tugging on Germain's leg, the little Chimchar demanded attention. Sighing, Germain broke his study just long enough to notice the plethora of trainers leaving the room. Wonder where everyone's going, he thought, picking up Koray in his arms.
