Seth gives her a small smile. He continued to load things on the boat and make sure everything was in place.

"When do we set sail?" Farsyrys asked, clutching on the sides of the ship. She needed to get out of here as soon as possible, she didn't want Idrys to come drag her back.
Idrys stalked across the throne room and scowled at a servant. "Where is the princess?" He almost growled, his violet eyes menacing.

The servant flinches. "I don't know."
"In thirty minutes or so." The man said rubbing his beard. There was still some things he needed to take care of before we got going.

"It would please me if we could leave this land sooner," Farsyrys commented holding her head high as she surveyed the busy ships. "I'd rather you.....hurry things up a little bit, hm?" She had momentarily forgotten that she was, in fact, not a princess at the moment, but a handmaiden called Frances.
"Find her!" Idrys roared at the servant, "Or I'll have your head chopped off and fed to the pigs."

(I added them )
The man narrowed his eyes at her. Just who did this girl think she was? "We will go once I have taken care of things." He growled before walking off to talk to a sailor.

"Did-" Farsyrys stopped herself. She was a mere servant right now, she remembered. Sighing, she sat down and patted Naela on what she assumed was her head, under her skirts. "Seth," Farsyrys waved him over.

Anywhere for my characters to jump in? I guess Daeryssa and Athen could have an audience with the king, while Branda would be in the North with the rest of the Starks? I'm fine with Branda being the daughter of the lord, if Tayou's okay with that }

Seth walked over to her. "Yes?" He asked. "Are you planning on returning to King's Landing after?" Farsyrys asked quickly, pulling her hood back over her head in an attempt to hide her face a little.

Daeryssa Sand & Prince Athen Martell had been on the road for a very long time now. Despite the fact that they had been given the best, most noble horses Dorne had too offer, the journey was far and dreary. Luckily, the two of them were good at passing the time. They would tell embarassing stories of their friends back home, and fantasize about what the royal family would be like. In the evenings they would settle in the closest inn, and Daeryssa would entertain the guests with strange songs from her homeland. Finding a place to stay for the night wasn't very difficult for them, with Athen's status and both of their contagious good moods. Neither were lacking in looks, either. However, they had to admit to themselves that it was good to have reached their destination. Never had they thought they would be so happy to arrive in King's Landing.
While they made their way up to the castle, a strange silence fell over the two usually so talkative friends. Despite all their fun on their journey there, they weren't there for giggles with the king after all. Both were nervous, each for their own reason. Daeryssa's mind was on her goal alone - to be legitimized, while Athen's was more scattered. He struggled to keep his head held high, as thoughts of marriage matches and his mother's expectations made him fidget with the reins in his hands. However, they both pushed their worries aside as they reached the main gate. After offering his companion a quick reassuring smile, Athen turned to the guard with a confident expression. "We seek an audience with the king."

King Idrys Targaryen was frustrated, yet again, by the disappearance of Princess Farsyrys Targaryen. He had been notified beforehand of the Martell's visit, but not of their intention. Shifting in the Iron Throne, he set himself as King Idrys Targaryen the first: cruel, heartless, and cold.
"May I ask for who requests to be in the presence of His Grace Idyrs of House Targaryen, First of His Name, King of the Andals and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, and Protector of the Realm?" the guard asks politely, still standing in a stiff manner.

Lucanus nodded before making his way toward the tavern, Magnus followed him by his heel. Lucanus felt a little frustrated having to stop what he was doing to see if Tobias was okay.

Athen arched an eyebow, not impressed by all the king's pointless titles. However, he refrained from commenting, wanting to appear as polite as he could. "Athen of house Nymeros Martell, crown prince of Dorne and heir apparent to Sunspear, son of the Princess regnant Lewana of Dorne, the lady of Sunspear and head of House Nymeros Martell." He recited his own unneccessarily long title casually, before looking over at his companion. In Dorne she would have introduced herself on her own, but Athen had the feeling her words would hold little weight in the ears of a Targaryen guard. "This is Daeryssa Sand, known as Daeryssa of Summer, daughter of the Lady Mellaria of House Yronwood and her paramour, Bhallal Zhoqa, a trusted advisor of House Martell." He made sure to put emphasis on his last words, to underline that she was with him, and any act against her would be an act against the princess regnant. Nodding reluctantly, the guard opened the door and startet reciting their titles to the cold king whom Daeryssa and Athen now were facing.

"Martells," Idrys grunted without any emotion as his hand idly stroked Vidarus. His attention turned to the newcomers of the court. "Athen Martell," he almost drawled, "what brings you here?" Idrys' face remained calm and quite cold. His free hand drummed against the hand rest of his throne. Vidarus hissed at the intruders as Idyrys asked for their purpose.

As soon as Daeryssa saw the king's icy expression, she knew he wouldn't be making life easy for them. Something about his voice sent shivers down her spine, though she would not afraid and kept her head held high. She stepped forward with swagger in her steps, trying to seem assertive. Idrys' question was for Athen, but it regarded her, so she intended to answer. "Your Majesty, if I may?" She curtsied elegantly before him, looking up at him through long, black lashes. "I'm here on behalf on my lady mother, Mellaria of Yronwood. She asks - with the blessing of Princess Lewana Martell - if His Grace would be so kind as to legitimize her only child, who was born outside of marriage, so she may inherit the title of Lady of Yronwood and Warden of the Stone Way when the time comes."

Feeling her shoulders droop, Dyana looked up at the Captain and asked softly, "May I ask you something, Captain?" Not waiting for a reply she said, "Do you like me? I simply ask because my little cousin Ensley often tells me I'm too much, and tend to be slightly overbearing. I must know how to get these men to like me, and respect me of course." I'm back!! }}

"I like ya." Thee captain placed his large hand on your shoulder. "You are a beautiful and strong woman. Not many men know how to handle that. Gaining their respect is something that will take some time. Some like to banter, others like to spar and others like to drink. To win over the men of house Baratheon you need to be strong and unmoving. They have come to learn what happens if they disobey me or Lord Calvin." The men nods their heads and a few shudder in fear.

Studying the man, she smiled gently after deciding he was telling the truth. "Thank you, Captain. Now I must ask where I should find Lord Baratheon at a time like this, I must thank him again for his generosity towards myself and eventually my little cousin." In truth, Dyana wanted to ask him if he would show her around his land, perhaps meet the locals and learn of his allies in battle.
