only if you delete me irl I'd rather not like all my hard work deleted again, Narrow. Same here! Took a great deal of effort to get my work back up. Celebrating the anniversary here is a cool idea.

Idk about you people but I would so be down for a WCF-hosted (overseen by the mods and Roswell if they aren't super busy) game of Forum Mafia to celebrate. Totally wanna see people salt and give up early on when they get evil roles!! (it would actually be fun tho. probably.) Yes please! I agree with this

so a few people are in the mafia, one person is the doctor, one person is the narrator/moderator and one person is the detective. the rest are innocents. there are two phases, night and day. everyone will close their eyes. The mafia members will look up and choose one person to murder. they will then cover their eyes and The doctor will pick someone to save. they will cover their eyes and the detective will pick one person to investigate. If they are a mafia member, the moderator will tell them either yes or no. Then everyone wakes up and the events of that night will unfold. If the doctor protected the person chosen to be killed, they don't die. The detective can do whatever they want with their given information. everyone will then vote on one person that they think is a mafia member. Whoever gets the most votes is killed. Then everyone goes back to sleep for another round. The game ends when all the mafia members are killed, or there are more mafia members than innocents.

Basically what Fire the Watcher of the vale said! That's pretty much how the real Mafia game works. In Forum Mafia, the biggest difference is that 1 day and 1 night lasts multiple days to give everyone a chance to speak and use their night action, otherwise they will be prodded for inactivity and eventually replaced. I'm not sure if this is a thing for all of the games but in ones I've seen and played, the mafia is usually given a separate chatroom to chat in (which is revealed at the end of the game so people can see how they strategized for the sake of future games) during the 'night phase'. So the mafia is always at an advantage at knowing who their allies are which can lead to the town killing the wrong people because they start the game having no idea who is who, but a lot of the times I've read mafia games where players are inactive in the mafia chat and have to be reprimanded by the mods because they don't like having to lie lol, so the town still usually wins because of that. Also, in Forum Mafia I've usually seen more roles than the traditional Mafia games (i.e. Roleblocker, Survivor, Bodyguard, Tracker), but it's always up to the Gamemaker what the role list is. :>

If we were to do a mafia thing, someone else would have to run it, because I've never heard of it
