Sebastian Frost - "Get away from me!" Sebastian woke up in a cold sweat, eyes wide at the sight at a handful of doctors staring down at him. The boy immediately tried to sit up, but that didn't exactly go as planned, collapsing back onto the bed. Glancing at his arm, he realized he had been restrained with tight chains as well as a bunch of wires and tubes. Sebastian was in panic mode, as he couldn't stand the feeling of not being able to move. It terrified him practically to the verge of tears, because one he wasn't able to do anything, and two because he knew something bad was gonna happen.
"Let me out!" The panicked boy shouted at them, thrashing around on the bed. He had no idea what they did to him while he was out, or what they were about to do, so this freaked him out and caused him to act jumpy.
After further examination of the room, or at least what he was able to see, he could tell that they were back at the room with the tools, and he was now on the other bed. Which meant Faith was probably across from him, having stuff done on her too. But he couldn't think straight at the moment, as he was too frightened to do anything besides struggle to escape.
After what felt like forever, but was actually just a few minutes, Seb laid there, frozen in shock. The doctors were starting to move around again, writing a bunch of stuff on their clipboards.
"Preparing to label Subject 935." A man's voice spoke before walking away.
A minute later, the man came back with something that was glowing slightly, probably because of heat. Without hesitation, they pressed it against the back of his arm, holding it there for a long, painful second. The criminal was screaming at this point, for the pain was too much to handle. It was a really hot branding iron, after all. For someone used to the blistering cold, even this was something he couldn't handle. Slowly glancing at his arm, he saw two things. One was the number they mentioned, 935. And next to it was the word Ice. His brows furrowed in anger as it occurred to him that they just branded him, labelling him like some sort of cattle. Sebastian was beyond angry at this point, and the fact that he couldn't do anything just made it worse. He was forced to ball his anger up, but he swore he would pay them back for that later.
Sebastian was continuing to breathe heavily after all that screaming, and still not calmed down. How could he? They had been running tests on him this entire time, putting who knows what into him, and extracting his blood as well.
For someone that always spoke, he was dead quiet after all of that. What was the use of talking if they weren't going to answer his questions? And besides that his throat was burning after screaming bloody murder for a lengthy period of time. He didn't even call out to Faith, despite thinking about her this entire time. He couldn't forgive himself for passing out, even if he wasn't able to help it. He knew he was a failure, and he felt like he wasn't able to face or talk to her unless she spoke first. Again, he took the burden upon himself, thinking all of this was his fault.
{So fun fact, if you convert the alphabet into numbers, like ex A is 1 and B is 2 and so on, 935 would stand for Ice. That's how I came up with his subject name haha.}
{Also sorry for not replying! I was at a sleepover yesterday and part of today.}
{Yes yes yes! Once they're done being tested on and thrown in the cell with more elementals like you said, we could each introduce/RP one more character, and they could all eventually create a master plan to escape.}

The bloodcurdling scream Sebastian had let out caused Faith's eyes to shoot open, searching the room in a frantic fashion, looking at, well, whatever she could. Whatever she could see were doctors, looming over her and wearing scrubs, masks, and hairnets, all prodding at something on her body. She was far too numb to really know what they were doing (although that probably meant the anesthesia was high-quality), and it took her a few moments to realize that they were prodding at her open chest, the wound over her heart open. There was blood on the fabric they were using to cover her body, and she couldn't help but squirm as one of the doctors pushed a metallic tool into her.
"Stop it!" She cried out, eyebrows furrowed and her cheeks flushed, letting out a yelp when she felt something pinch into the space in between her inner elbow. "Get off of me! Stop!"
She wouldn't stop demanding for them to stop, but even she knew her efforts were futile. Her arms and legs were tightly strapped down with tough leather, rendering any movement she would try to make useless. The pain didn't stop there, however. In the open wound, they had managed to take some object, something that looked foreign to her, and managed to place it in some space they had managed to create. What it was for, she had no idea, but all she could assume was that they had some ill intent. It always was. It was never good.
At that, they had begun to stitch her open wound shut, wiping the blood from her pale skin almost roughly, causing the girl to wince.
"Oh, as soon as you let me go, I swear I will drown you! All of you!"
Whatever she said didn't matter. Like she learned earlier, these employees were trained to ignore the criminals that came in and out of the operation rooms, so much so that whatever came out of her mouth were just faded out, indistinguishable noises. Not that there was much noise in the room besides their yelling and demanding.
From the corner of her eyes, she caught some glowing object, a man holding onto it with what looked like prongs. It looked hot, smelled burnt, and looked like it'd hurt one heII of a lot. And, well, she was right: the man pressed the steaming object into her skin, right on her bare side, underneath the gun wound she had obtained not too long ago. At the feeling of burning hot metal on her bare skin, she let out a shriek, almost the same as Sebastian had just moments before. She was cussing, cursing, screaming insults, thrashing as best she could, and before she knew it, the object was off of her. The pain only really seemed to begin to settle in even further, as it always did.
Now, the once blemish-free area was labelled with "Subject 11- 0-21." She had moved her head to look at it, fear and terror on her face, before she looked up at one of the surgeons who had begun to cut any extra material used to stitch her wound up. Her gaze was full of hatred in its purest form, and if she wasn't tied down, she knew that she would not hesitate to kill them all.
The group of surgeons had begun to move away, only one remaining to move over to the IV stand, where he took a syringe and began to inject something into the liquid. Maybe it was morphine, or maybe more anesthesia. Within seconds, she already knew what it was, whatever it was called; she felt drowsy, sleepy, and numb, and then she went unconscious.
(hehe thats smart... i did h2o? so h is 11, 2 is just 2, and 21 is o. : 3 its np! :-0 i might be a little busy tomorrow but... otherwise ill probably be up at night or soemthin that sounds perfect, then! nwn )

{Before I reply, are they both going to wake up in a larger cell with the new people with powers? If so, we should make new forms for the new people. I'm not sure if I should make one or two more people. I'll do whatever you're more comfortable with.}
{No worries, I understand! And ahhhhh I can't wait to see them both together!!!!!!!!!!! C: Oh! I get it now. I can't really draw so I'm kinda just stuck in the middle haha.}

if you want them to, yes! we don't have to make super ~ fancy ~ forms tho bc i dont.. rly wanna and i much rather develop them lmao so ;w; yeah, like the ones we made at the beginning to seb and fae i might just take up another character? but too many on my part and ill get overwhelmed
maybe they can like, wake up in that bigger cell, and the new characters we have can just recently also have woken up from that test/experiment thing and are also branded and then they try to break out?
either way. i was planning on giving faith the ability to boil her water (so like a slight manipulation over fire too) if that works rip

{Oh yeah I meant the ones we did before just so we can get an idea of our characters before we actually start. If you prefer to describe through RP, then go ahead by all means!!!!!! I'm not a fan of forms myself, but it helps me so yeah lol. Alright, I'll make one more character too then. ;3}
{Quick question, are you gonna make a boy or girl? I'll do the opposite so we can even the genders out. I don't care which gender I do. The form is below, mostly so I can reference it lol.}
{Name | Gender | Age | Power | Extra info (If any)}
{Alsoooo I forgot we were going to enhance their powers, so I'll go off of that first. Then we can timeskip to the larger cell, then they can break out! But we can drag out everything so we actually have stuff to RP haha.}

{ Chance Quinn | male | 27 | pyrokinesis | Has preference for other males in the romantic sense. He's a little on the quiet side, observant more than anything, unlike for what he controls. However, in battle, he is fearless and will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. When he isn't, he's the more level-headed person in the group. He's often wearing a black shirt and some jeans, as well as a bomber jacket on top, where he keeps all sorts of things, from gum, to sunglasses, to guns, to bandages. He enjoys being prepared. }

Sebastian Frost - "Get away from me!" Sebastian had also been knocked out by something the doctors added into his body, and for once the boy was quiet and still, much to the happiness of the doctors who stood over him.
While Sebastian was out cold, they were doing things with his body, like poking and prodding at everything. The doctors were trying to experiment on him and see what he was capable of among other stuff, but Seb wasn't able to defend himself this time. Eventually they tried adding a bunch of chemical stuff, but that didn't seem to mix well with his body. Something ended up going horribly wrong, and it almost lead to his death.
The monitors which were now hooked up to him were going haywire, before slowing back down to its normal speed a few long seconds later. The doctors seemed a bit confused as they hovered over him, but they weren't able to figure out what happened.
-
A bit later, Seb's eyes shot open and he sat up, breathing heavily in a panic as he glanced down at himself to make sure he was ok. Also, he had no idea where he was, so that didn't help. When he saw the numbers on his arm where the doctors branded him, his memories came flooding back to him and he sighed softly before glancing back up. But something about him felt new and strange. He could almost describe it as feeling more powerful than he did before, but he actually quite liked it.
The ice bender looked around the unfamiliar room, but something was obviously different this time. There were other people. The boy had a really confused look on his face as he glanced at the few new people who weren't yet awake, head tilted slightly as he had never seen them before. He couldn't figure out why he was there, or why they decided to throw him in a cell with others.
Seb quickly scanned the room before his gaze landed on Faith, who wasn't too far from where he was on his bed. At least there was one familiar face, since Sebastian somewhat disliked new people. The ice wielder sat there as he waited for everyone else to wake up, not wanting to be alone. He couldn't shake the thought that there was something different about him though. Something even he didn't know.
{I really hope this makes sense lol, I'm just really tired and I'm gonna go to bed. I'll make my character tomorrow.}

When she woke up, Faith found herself laying on a white-sheet bed, near where Sebastian had been asleep before. She didn't try to look around or investigate the odd room and the strange feeling the girl had, the first thing that had come to her mind were a series of questions: where was Sebastian? Was he okay? Was he alive? Of course, to her relief, they were answered quickly when her frosty eyes settled on the boy, who was laying on a bed across from hers.
She opened her mouth to try to call out his name, but nothing really came out, it was as if she was so parched and dehydrated that not even her body would function correctly. That could also be due to all the screaming she had done over the course of a few hours, which felt like forever -- it was really only nighttime. Midnight, the latest.
Regardless of her injured state, Faith pushed herself off of the bed, hospital gown still on from before, her clothes folded neatly at the corner of her bed. She was making her way over to the only familiar person in the room as the other people squirmed and shifted, still fast asleep, but that didn't stop her. She wanted to see Sebastian. Being around strangers didn't make her comfortable, either; what if they had ill intentions? What if they were planning on killing them? What if the authorities wanted to force them to fight for survival? What if, worst case scenario, they were forced to take out the others to prove their strengths?
Maybe that was just her anxiety kicking in, for she didn't really see her powers as all that useful, but she did her best to push the thoughts aside.
Now, Faith found herself by Sebastian's bed, moving to pull herself beside him, obviously struggling. Her hand lightly touched his cold cheek, her hand, for once, feeling pretty warm, even if she obviously looked malnourished.
"H-hey," she managed to croak out, giving a small smile, "a-are you doing okay? I... I woke up a few minutes ago, do you know what happened? Who these other people are?"
Her eyes then fell on the branding on his arm, and she was instantly reminded of how the doctors were continuously injecting foreign substances into their already fragile bodies, and to top it off, placing hot, steaming iron onto their skin. Hers was on her side, and she remembered it clearly: Subject 11 - 0 - 21. The girl wasn't sure of the meaning behind it, but having some numbers on her skin were the least of her worries right now.
From the corner of her eye, she could see one of the figures shift to prop themselves up with their elbow, his eyes fixed on Faith and Sebastian, squinting slightly to catch a closer look. Then, he seemed to just grunt and lay back down, and Faith stiffened uncomfortably. Hopefully, with just one look, she had not made an enemy. Hopefully he was friendly. Right now, the one thing she did not want was another enemy to worry over -- she already had the authorities, and she had to look after herself and Sebastian. Whoever these people were, Faith hoped that she wouldn't have to fend for them, too.
"You're okay, right? I hardly remember what happened earlier... I remember them branding us, but... But I also vaguely remember screaming bloody murder at them," she was trying to start a conversation with him, trying to loosen the awkward silence, and hoping to get him to relax a little. She could tell from how tense he was. "I promised to drown them, so that's what I'll do, right? The Faith Wolfe never breaks promises."
At that, the girl grinned slightly, but even she knew her powers were limited. Not like this, she would be lucky to have enough energy to push out a stream of water at will.
( yeh same here, my head is throbbing x___x sick and headache. fml anyway, goodnight! )
