(Sorry grim if you see this and get mad, but this place pretty much died.) [I'm honestly thinking that I am haha And I'll check it out! Later, though. Almost passed out from heatstroke today and still aren't feeling too great. And yes, this place is dead. Shame, I had high hopes for the characters I put in here..] |

( Cool cool ^^ Since it seems the Clan is running a little bit slow rn, I'll just have a bit of timeskip to later in the day where Grim and Sagewhisper still haven't gotten back and the search party can go out, if that's fine with everyone?? )
As the sun set further and further and just began to dip under the horizon in the far distance, the overpowering heat of the flames began to die down and the stale stench of old ash finally began to settle. The flames ravaged throughout the thicket of the forest and left behind only charred and sick-looking thin trunks of trees that used to be fulled with high branches and layers of leaves. More then half of the forest was gone and now barren of all the life that filled it only that morning; even the camp was burned to the ground and only left half's of dens and the tall rocks where their leader called meetings. The current outlook for the Clan wasn't looking positive.
The more the sun disappeared into the sky the more jittery Adderfall got. He tried to sleep soon after arriving to the riverside a few hours ago, but his thoughts were filled with the reality of the situation. The camp was gone, the territory was almost all destroyed in the flames and with it the prey that the clan relied on, and finally Rage Clans leader and only fully trained Medicine Cat were still missing. Luckily, Adderfall's clanmates besides the two were all able to make it to the river, but the question of what to do now was still unanswered.
Standing up from by the edge of the river and streaking out his front legs, Adderfall shook the stiff feeling in his joints from laying for so long and stalked over to Darkstalker who was sitting with some of the other cats. "It's been far to long." Adderfall stated plainly before sitting down next to the other tom. "I fear the worst for them at this point, but a search party should still go out. The party can also see how far the damages range."

Runningshadow nodded, standing up." Yeah, we will. We have to go find Sagewhisper.", he said." Ravennight knows some of the remedies, but not everything, and that would mean we'd be without a medicine cat.", he said. |

Adderfall nodded his head in agreement with Darkstalkers plan before continuing his thoughts before the toms began to leave. "Come back before tomorrows dawn and don't far to away from each other; we can't have more cats missing right now." Adderfall wrapped his tail over his paws and turned to eye towards the charred remains of the forest that was once called home. "If you don't return by two sunrises.. I'm leading the Clan away from this wasteland..." Adderfall looked back towards Darkstalker with a glean of mischief in his eyes and cocked his head to the side. "So it's not best to get lost."
Scorchstep stood up next to Runningshadow on wobbly legs and nervously stepped from one front paw to the other at Adderfall's claim. "W-we'll made sure to come back." Scrochstep nodded rapidly as if instead of two days, Addefall said only one hour. "W-we'll find them too! You can trust us!" The tom shouted with a worried look on his face and looked towards Darkstalker to lead the way through the once thick forest.

Scorchstep followed closely behind Darkstalkers, letting his eyes sweep across the barren environment around the three toms. As they walked further from the riverside, it was clear that nothing escaped from the fires grasp and that the only thing left was nothing, but ash and char. The ground at the toms paws was blacked as it was seared and any plants or leaves that the fell from the trees was now only piles of ash that blew away in the slight breeze. The sun was fully set underneath the horizon when the three arrived to the camp - or at least, what was left of it. Still lit embers danced in the wind and passed by the party as a defeated feeling rested against their shoulders. The entrance to the center of camp had completely disappeared in the flames and the entire camp was now open to walk through and was not longer hidden in the thicket of the forest.
"Oh man.." Sorchstep muttered and stepped past Darkstalker towards the destroyed camp; searching for any sign of the two missing cats and walking to stand by where the warriors den once was. "What are we gonna do..?" The tom questioned to himself with a clear tremor in his words.
