Anastasiya Kuznetsov
a.k.a. Nightmare Queen
Anastasiya stands at a height of 5"6, her features sharp and defined. Her eyes are one of the most defining features of her face, the thick lashes that encase them not helping to tone down the vibrant color at all. The soft blue color of her iris mixed in with the golden tint around the pupil just makes it impossible to not stare. The hue stands out more thanks to her pale skin tone. When caught in her gaze, she's often the one who has to look away first seeing as how the other cannot look away. Her hair frames her face in gentle waves, the ebony color cascading down her back similar to a waterfall. She tends to run a hand through it whenever she's feeling anxious or if something upsets her. When she puts her hair up in a bun or ponytail, the back of her head is shaved in an undercut, a zig-zag pattern clearly shown. Her neck is usually adorn with a choker of sorts. Same with her hands, she decorates them with rings of many different design. Her nails are cut into the stiletto shape, meaning that they're sharp and cat-like, and she paints them black. Her right ear has an industrial piercing, the piercing itself mimicking a safety pin. Her left ear has a tragus, and both ears have four lobe piercings. Above her left collarbone is the saying avoir elle est l'avoir les étoiles which translates to: "To have her is to have the stars." The Roman numerals IX.XIX.MMXII are beside it. A small freckle is seen to the left of her soft pink lips, which is typically seen in a smirk or a frown of distaste. Anastasiya has a light Russian accent and it comes out in more force when she's upset. She tends to curse in her main language as well, often surprising those around her.

Anastasiya is often guarded and wary when it comes to strangers; she speaks to them when spoken to. Her responses tend to lean on the bitter side and are often laced with sarcasm. It isn't difficult to get her upset, and she usually has to stalk off and cool herself down before her ability is unleashed. She puts up a facade whenever one of her illusions brings her more pain than she can handle. She hides it with a grin and a sarcastic remark to change the conversation topic. Anastasiya hides her soft, gentle demeanor around strangers with a cynical and cold attitude. Her ability has made her awkward with skin to skin contact and she often flinches when someone touches her on accident or when she isn't paying much attention.

Anastasiya's ability deals with illusions, which are more commonly called nightmares by those around her. Upon touching someone's bare skin with her own, she gets a small glimpse of their worst fear. It plays in her head as if she was recalling a memory and it occurs in a blink of an eye. A downside of this is that she has to live through the fear before she can bring it to life. Remembering all these fears causes her to have a difficulty sleeping and often has to give herself medically induced rest. Of course her illusions are not real, but they are so strikingly lifelike that if someone was caught by surprise, it would be difficult to discern reality from fantasy. Anastasiya is beginning to be able to choose whether or not she wishes to see someone's fear, but her full concentration is needed and her energy is drained completely.

Illya Kuznetsov
a.k.a. the Viper
Ever since he was young, Illya's height is greater than those of his Elders. He stands at a staggering 6"5 and his attitude just adds on to his appearance. Speaking of appearances, Illya's is one of a "don't touch me" look and makes people wary whenever they are around him. His hair is silky to the touch and his bangs hang loosely over the right portion of his face. He prefers to part his hair this way, thus leaving the left side shorter than the other. It hangs down to about a small bit past his collarbone, not having it cut since he was sixteen. His eyes are a striking blue, contrasting against the dark color of his hair. There is some gold around the pupil and his eyes seem to interchange between colors in different lighting. They're similar to his sister's; another characteristic that reveals their family bond. His body is toned and muscular due to the training he continuously undergoes with her. When he grins, which is mainly caused because of him acting arrogant, the sharp canines of his teeth are always noticed, reflecting against a light source. His skin has lighter tone that is similar to Anastasiya's. He has a Russian accent as well and often injects Russian words into his English sentences. A small lip ring protrudes from his bottom lip, as well as three piercings can be found on his left ear.

Illya has an arrogant aura, well-known for doing whatever it takes to get what he wants. And if that involves mayhem or mischief, then that's even better. His face is often portrayed in a lazy grin, almost as if he knows something no one else does. He often pretends to be listening to a conversation when in reality, he's just not listening in general. In private, his tone is carefree and gentle with his sister, unlike the steely one he takes whenever he is around strangers. His stubborn streak is brought out quite often, and there is no room for any arguments, unless one desires to face his temper. He gets upset quite easily, even over the simplest of things. An issue with Illya is that he lets his emotions get the best of him, and it's just best to let him cool down and realize his mistakes so he can apologize (meekly, of course).

Illya's ability deals with poisons and toxins, his body a warehouse for deadly chemicals. Poisonous gas and poisonous liquids can be secreted from his body whenever he feels a strong emotion or when he decides to do it for his own amusement. Skin to skin contact has been a problem for him because at one point, he couldn't control it and would destroy everything he touched. It's way better now, but there are times when his mental state weakens and the toxins are no longer under his complete control. Illya is capable of infusing his poisons into mundane objects and people.

the twin's quick backstory:

Illya and Anastasiya were experiments that occurred in their Home of Russia. Their parents were too poor to take care of either them and decided that it was for the best to sell the children to the Russian government. In an underground facility in the frigid wasteland that was Russia, the twins underwent painful and rigorous experiments. It was there that the two were given their enhanced abilities and as time wore on, were able to strengthen their capabilities. When they were eighteen, the two of them managed to escape, leaving the destroyed facility in their wake. Ever since then, Anastasiya and Illya are known as the unleashed monsters of Russia. They had spent their time traveling around the world, causing mayhem and despair. They had grown rich over the years, their names become well-known. When they were both captured, one could imagine their rage. Having been locked up ever since they were young and had a taste of freedom, the fact that it was being taken away from them didn't settle well.
