He is, despite his size, kind and selfless, yet maybe a little too selfless, since he is so devoted to those he loves he would disregard his own safety and well-being to help them.
After finishing the cats looks, personality, family, and names, we should maybe move onto backstories.

Sunstrike misses Doveleap, but he got over her and loves Dawnbranch a lot however, in StarClan, he will choose his former mate.

Sootpaw is a gray tabby with a lot of white spotting, blue eyes

Sootpaw is dark grey with lighter flecks and flaming, amber eyes like pits of raging flames. His claws are long and sharp and he is muscular and well-built, with strength ebbing from his very core.

Sootpaw sometimes has angry outbursts, often getting frustrated at the smallest and most mundane of things.

I mentioned Sootpaw's anger issues, but Sparkly expanded his personality.
However, despite having no mate, Skythorn is perfectly happy because he isn't interested in she-cats.
