Sunskip blinked as he entered the cave, pausing to allow his eyes to adjust to the difference in light. He had heard that this was the place, and from the number of kits running around, they were right. Tail swishing, he looked around for whoever might be in charge.

Sunskip turned and nodded cheerfully as the she-cat came over. "Hello, I'm Sunskip." He shifted his weight nervously at her question. "Well...my clan is very small you see, and we haven't had any kits born into the clan yet, so my leader wants to recruit some kits without families." Another tail flick. "So that's why I'm here. Do you have any recommendations?"

Sunskip looked more closely at the kit. He hadn't noticed the wings before, but they were impossible to miss now. The tom had never seen a cat with wings, but he had heard of them. "Where did he come from?"
