Stonestreak gave a small nod of acknowledgement to Larkwing. "Where are your special hunting grounds?" The she-cat asked, trying to continue the conversation. "Would we know of them?"

At the mention of Schrodinger Stonestreak perked up. "Schrodinger? Who is that?" She asked, smiling. "What do you mean by players?" The she-cat knew well what he meant, but was trying to get information out of him. Aware she was wearing the wristband the shecat slyly put one paw in front of the other, hiding it.

Heavystrike glanced at his surroundings, one can never be too cautious to keep themselves safe. The shadow on the coals is still sound asleep. Puffs of smoke come from its muzzle. Farther down the burrow, the tunnels slant upwards. The exit, maybe. |

Larkwing wrapped her tail neatly around her paws.
She could see what Stonestreak was doing, she couldn't afford to let this ruse go.

@brambleisback Bramblewish pads into the tunnel. It is dark, but she can easily find her way through. The tunnel slopes down without any forks in the path. Everything is good so far... but why are there suddenly tiny trails of running water under her paws? Bramblewish looks down and gasps. What are those trails of water? Inspecting her paws, she looked. |

"I agree, it is bad. We've been having trouble the entire time." She meowed woefully. "Its just not right, but theres no one who can help us." She threw in a dramatic sigh and looked at Nix with sad eyes.

Water is streaming down the tunnel. But why...? Bramblewish's Ponder is tested...Ponder skill score revealed! Bramblewish: Ponder 1 Of course! The tides! The water on the rocky shore was lower a few minutes ago, but the water level must rise over time. That's why the salt water is getting into the tunnel's entrance! |

"You.. you will? Thank you so much!" She smiled at the canine. Looking back at Larkwing she meowed softly. "Don't follow, it could be a trap. I want at least for you to have a chance to make it through." Stonestreak carefully jumped off the fence and walked a small bit closer to Nix.

𝕊𝕙𝕒𝕕𝕠𝕨 LarkAs the two reach the end, the tunnel opens up into the other side of the flames. Fire crackles around the two, but two statues are sitting right in front of them. The first glows with a yellow light. This is the statue Allie made. The second glows with a blue light. This is part of Emigo's offer. His words ring in Heavystrike's head: "be prepared for the consequences."

Stonestreak jumped back, shocked by the attack. She was glad that only she had come down instead of both her and Larkwing. In that moment an idea came to light. "Larkwing, the door!" She could distract Nix and let Larkwing make a run for it. "Nix I thought you were helping me!" She meowed, letting shock wash all over her face. Perhaps she could guilt trip him?

Bramblewish's Agility is tested...Thanks to her quick thinking, Bramblewish dashes almost faster than the water can come in. She manages to get out before the tunnel is flooded. |

It opens its jaws wide and lunges. Stonestreak's Jump is tested...Jump score revealed! Stonestreak: Jump 1 Despite her sudden memory of her evasive skills, Nix bites her leg. She pulls away, but not without damage. --- Larkwing rushes into the twoleg nest. After a moment of searching, she finds the statue.
