(( Alright, I'll make it as good as I can. I'm still a bit tired from literally sleeping in until like 3 pm. xD I gotta stop staying up so late, school starts again for me in like five days. R.i.p. ))
Today had been a rather.. well... uneventful day. Of course, that was alright with Sans. He never liked too much drama in a single day, he'd much rather sit around doing nothing, or just tell some of his "famous" jokes to anyone around him. Especially Papyrus, it was always hilarious to see his reactions even though Papyrus always got a bit upset from the puns. He usually forgave him afterwards though, couldn't stay mad at him forever over a few lame jokes.
However, Papyrus wasn't at home right now to listen to his jokes. He had left only about a few minutes ago to go training with Undyne, though it wasn't exactly the kind of training you'd think. No, he wasn't training to fight, Undyne was really just teaching him to cook. She told Papyrus that it was a necessary skill, but really she was just trying to find ways to keep him from joining the Royal Guards. Those ranks were not for someone as sweet and innocent as Sans' brother.
With his brother gone the house was rather empty and quiet. The TV did have a few shows on, but all of them were related to MTT in some way, and to be honest those shows got repetitive and boring after a while. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to go outside and walk around Snowdin for a while, just so he at least did something today. After having turned the television off he got up and slipped his shoes on, then casually teleported in a flash of blue to the outskirts of town. Sans yawned and stretched for a moment, then began walking slowly along the small path through the snowy forest.

Evon knew very well that somebody had followed. He wasn't dumb enough to think that it had just been the wind when he heard the familiar noises of the gear they used. He wasn't going to do anything about it, though. Whoever had followed, they probably had good intentions for doing so. After all, it wasn't safe to go out into titan territory alone.
The soft glow of the moon above was cast out against the tall trees, making the leaves shine lightly against the darkness of the sky. The pretty sight made Evon wonder why things had to be so bad now. The recent accident was all too fresh in his mind, and everywhere he looked, he was reminded of what happened. It angered him greatly, but all he could do was break down with grief. He knew too well that soon, he was going to have to find a way to move on. He didn't know how to, though..

Chill had been in the vicinity when Sans teleported. She turned her head away from the large snowpile that she had been trying to make and sent him a small wave before signing 'Ice day today Sans?' She grinned a bit, making her large saber-like teeth all the more longer. Sans was one of the few monsters that didn't scare her out of her wits - though when she first met him she had covered behind Ice Wolf for a solid ten minutes because he had appeared out of nowhere. She was always somewhat prepared for his sudden arrival whenever he did decide to teleport to her, or anywhere near.
She had been sitting on Ice Wolf's hut most of the day, but at the wolf monster's break time, he had insisted that she go out and do something more productive then just sit around all day. It wasn't a jab, really, she knew that she was pretty useless. Too scared to join the royal guard, too sensitive to heat to go past Hotland and into the capital, so snowpile building and sitting around for days on end was all she really did.

He hadn't even noticed anyone at first, but quickly he realized he wasn't alone. He turned to see Chill, a monster who he knew at least a little bit about, but he honestly wanted to possibly become friends even. He knew most monsters in Snowdin Town, and most of them knew him as well. It was like he was famous, maybe he was, but he didn't mind. As long as he had no enemies to deal with he was okay with it.
Sans waved back to her, and then quickly decided to go over and greet her. He took a few steps over to Chill, and then observed the snowpile she was making. "haha, nice pun there.. but yeah, it's been an okay day i suppose." He shrugged. "that's a nice pile of snow. did it take very long to make? it's better than anything i could make with snow."

Chill laughed softly, before signing, 'Ice magic helps.' To prove her point, she touched the side of the snow pile and an icy spear-like thing grew out of it. She touched it again and it turned to snow before falling to the ground again, mixing with the already growing pile of useless snow. 'I think I need something to hold it up.' She mused, signing as she though so Sans could see that she still knew he was there.
She shrugged and turned to face him fully. 'How is Papyrus today?'

It angered him greatly, but all he could do was break down with grief. He knew too well that soon, he was going to have to find a way to move on. He didn't know how to, though.. Even though he very much enjoyed the calm atmosphere that the night offered, he couldn't help but to become bored with the silence. He had been sitting here for who knows how long, just to make sure Evon didn't get himself killed out here, and honestly it was driving him crazy. He sighed and used his gear as quietly as he could to climb down the tall tree and meet with Evon at the bottom.
"Look, I know you're probably out here to grieve and all, but.." Kin looked around cautiously for any signs of danger before speaking again, "Isn't it kinda dangerous to be out in titan territory when it's just the two of us? We could get overwhelmed by a large group of titans, and nobody would be around to save us. We're history if any titans find us." He also considered the though of possibly getting caught outside their designated area late at night by someone, especially the Sergeant. That wouldn't be very great for either of them.
"Look, all I'm saying is that we should probably head back before trouble finds us."

"ice magic, huh? neat." Sans watched carefully as she demonstrated what she meant. He'd probably never even try to learn ice magic in his life though, it didn't seem very useful to him with the kind of magic he already had. He'd probably be too lazy to even want to learn anyway, as learning magic can take quite a while. It wasn't just a simple element that you could master in a single day.
"oh, papyrus?" He closed one eye and yawned a bit, showing he was still a bit tired. "he's fine. he's training with undyne right now, so i decided to take a walk outside for a bit. it gets a bit boring at home when there's no one to tell jokes and puns to."

Chill didn't know what 'training with Undyne' really meant, nor did she think that she really wanted to. She gave Sans a bit of an odd look, but continued with her snow ... thing. 'You?' Chill seemed skeptical as she signed, 'Walk? Who would believe me if I told them I saw Sans the Skeleton going for a walk?' She laughed lightly, 'Don't you use those shortcut things?' Chill didn't really know what they were, nor did she know that it was actually teleportation but she had heard him talking to Grillby once about it, his 'shortcuts'. for your reference, here is chill's colours.

(( Thank you. c: ))
Sans' grin widened a bit from that comment. Yeah, she was right. Would anyone believe it if someone told them that he went outside for a walk? Probably not, but yet again he wouldn't care. "yeah, i guess you could say it's just a thing i do once in a while, when i have nothing to do." He kept his eyes on the snowpile as he answered her question about the "shortcuts."
"well.. they're not exactly shortcuts. it's just more like teleportation. actually, it's exactly like teleportation." He shrugged again. "i just like to use the term "shortcuts." "

Chill tilted her head, 'Neat.' She signed before grinning, noticing his interest in her snowpile. She dug a pawful of snow out of it, before dropping it on his head.

He nodded and sat down on the ground, since there wasn't really anywhere else to sit. The ground was alright though since the snow was soft. "yeah, it is pretty neat i guess. it sure is useful for getting to places quick." He closed his eyes, about to just fall asleep right where he was sitting, until cold snow landed on his head. He opened his eyes back and looked up at Chill.
"is this going to turn into some kind of snow war?" Sans picked up a handful of snow and shaped it into a ball. "i mean, i'll probably loose since i'm too chill right now to try." He laughed quietly at his own pun, which was kind of terrible. But he was known for that, so it was forgivable.

Chill let out a huff of laughter, covering her mouth. 'Very puny-N-Y Sans.' Chill signed with a smile still on her muzzle. A snowball formed in her hand and she tossed it at him again. 'Its only a war if you want it to be.'

The snow kind of just smacked into his face, but it didn't faze him that much. His grin widened and he stood up from the ground, holding the snowball he made in his hand. "okay then, let's do this." However, it was obvious that Sans wasn't even trying. He lifted his hand with the snowball into the air and then swung it forward, but it barely made it through the air before it landed onto the ground in front of Chill.
He just shrugged as some sort of an apology. "told ya i'd probably loose."

(I recently got a new laptop and its keyboard layout is way different than my other one. While I'm on it please forgive any mistakes.)
Chill gave him a look before laughing again quietly. 'Nice try.' She responed with a wave of her hands. 'How is sentry duty?'

(( It's fine. c: ))
Sentry duty? Now that he thought about it, there hadn't been much happening. No humans ever came by, so all he did was just sleep whenever he was outside at one of his "sentries." Papyrus didn't really appreciate him sleeping on the job, but hey, could you blame him? Boredom would put anyone to sleep, especially someone like Sans. He was even starting to wonder if it was worth it, since he hasn't even seen one for a long while.
Might as well give her an answer as to not leave the question hanging. "well, nothing has happened so far. Just the same everyday. how have you been recently?"

"I can't do much, really." She responded, "Ice Wolf doesn't really let me help with the ice and I can't really leave Snowdin..." She shrugged, "it's okay though, I'm used to it." She ran her paw along the gash on her snowpile, using her magic to put the snow back.
(ahhh i feel so terrible that I'm struggling with this.)

(( Nooo it's fine. ))
"well, i mean, maybe i could visit you more often?" Sans didn't seem to mind the idea. He'd gladly do so if it made her feel better. He knew how boredom felt, and it wasn't fun at all. "i mean, if you don't mind that is. if you have a problem with it then i'll leave you alone."

Chill flustered a bit, tugging at her ear. 'Only if you don't mind.' She signed in response, giving him a big smile, 'I don't mind at all, you're fun to talk too.'

(( Sorry for taking so long to respond. ))
The short skeleton smiled, glad to hear her response. Looks like they might become really great friends after all. "well then, i don't mind all. i'll visit you as much as i can, since y'know.. my brother tends to ask me to watch for humans quite frequently."
