This doesn't mean I'd backstab you... but I'd much rather save my dog than someone I've never seen before.

Such a vibrant reaction is kind of baffling to me, especially considering their age... until I looked at their page. They're uh, an interesting person to say the least.
(I mean, was it necessary for them to put a section talking about how wrong gay marriage is and how they disagree with 'that lifestyle' on their deviantart profile. I know that's not what your post was about but man, was that self-introduction thing a real doozy.)

just reading through half of their bio i have declared that they're like 4 and a bad person
so i commented that i would uch rather save my dog who has been a life long friend to me rather than a stranger who could be a huge racist or against lgbt folk

It's an old and very invalid argument. "don't hate on me for making bad decisions, it's god leading me not myself!!!" but I thought god gave us free will? So what's this about? God doesn't control you. Also believe it or not I have nothing against christians, but this... eugh. This isn't the type of person I want to meet. |

Tbh the topic at hand would be situational to me. I'd pick my dog over certain people any day, though I'd probably choose a child over my pet any day. If I know the human is trashy then yes, I will go for my dog first. Otherwise it would probably depend on my first impulse. Complete stranger, I may go for them or the dog, wouldn't know 100% unless that situation happened.
