Summer -- Summer is a short girl, only standing at a height of 5'2", with a slight, slender build. She is rather pale-skinned, and has shoulder-length black hair with bright crimson dyed tips, along with silver-gray eyes. She's a bit on the shy side, and tends to hide behind her bangs or hood quite a lot, though she's also really sweet and kind towards her group. She doesn't approve of fighting at all and will definitely try to stop arguments before they start. 15 | Salted Squid

Name --Xander Xander stands about 6 feet tall and is fairly thin, but he is beginning to bulk up and gain muscle as he ages. He has black hair that he keeps slightly long. He is a rather quiet guy, but will speak his mind when necessary. His strong opinion was actually part of what cause him to live on the streets. He has dark green eyes. 15 | Iceheart014
Name --Ella Ella is a small, thin six year old. Having been abandoned by her aunt after her parents untimely death, she was forced to try to care for herself as best she could. When she joined the newcomers, she was much thinner than she is now. She has also developed a sassy and outgoing attitude. Ella has curly brown hair and bright blue eyes. 6 | Iceheart014

(Here are the starter one of my characters, I'll do Adda's in a sec. (also sorry this is a bit rushed.)
Cinder sat the edge of the group, back against a tree. They were just inside the western edge of the park, where they had slept the night before, but he hadn't yet figured out if it was a good place to make their home for awhile. It bordered the bad side of the city, and even though he hadn't seen many people walk past the park, he knew what went on around it. Better than our last home, though. The park itself seemed relatively empty, save for a few birds, but Cinder was still hesitant to venture deeper inside. Though he knew the northern side of the park, where most trails didn't even lead, would be the best place to go to be hidden, it was quite a hike from the streets. Anything could happen out there, and no one would know. It always returned to the same decision - keep the group hidden or safe. Turning his attention to the others as he absently picked bark from a stick, he debated how well they could truly handle themselves if something were to happen. But they follow me to keep them hidden, not safe. They all know they'll never safe. Tossing the stick away, he dusted his hands on his jeans as he compiled a plan. He decided it would be best to wait until dusk, when hopefully no one would be at the park, then take the trails up to where they ended. As long as everyone's on board with it.

Adda sat on her sleeping bag with her legs tucked under her. It had been a cold night, and though it was warming up as the sun rose, she was reluctant to leave her bed. Hugging her pillow in her lap, she stifled a yawn and looked across the clearing. They didn't have many supplies at the moment, but her only concern about that was food. She hadn't had a good meal in at least a year, but still somehow managed to grow to almost her sister's height. "Is there anything for breakfast?" She called to no one in particular, hoping one of the older kids would respond.

Ella was sitting off by herself, but still in a position that she could see Cinder. While she didn't mind, and sometimes even preferred, being by herself. She always kept Cinder in sight if she could, though if she had to she would settle for someone else. She wasn't consciously aware of the reason, but it stemmed from her abandonment. She was dragging a stick through the dirt, drawing a picture. She had become great at entertaining herself. After all, she was still young.
Xander had been awake for a while. He was always awake early. Once he had woken, he had climbed into a sturdy tree. That's where he sat perched now. His back was against the trunk of the tree and he had one leg propped onto the branch. The other was dangling over the side. It was a low branch, so he wasn't much higher than the rest of the group. He heard Adda's question and furrowed his brow. He hadn't thought about food yet that morning. "Not that I know of." He called back.

Hanoashi sat quietly, waiting for Cinder's decision to be announced. Being one of the older of the group, she knew it would he her duty to help him out with any orders he gave, though she preferred to be a follower than a leader. Her attention settled on Ella, curious as to what the younger girl was drawing. "It'd be good if we could find some creature comforts," she whispered, almost to herself. Especially Ella, she's too young for this kind of life, she added silently, worried about her the most. Rising up, she came over to the girl and viewed her work. "May I ask what you are drawing?" she half whispered, thinking that talking with her a bit might calm her own nerves.

Ella looked up at Hanoashi as she joined her. At the girl's question, she dropped her gaze back to her work. She seemed to be pondering the question for a moment. " It's us." She finally replied, pointing to each person in the picture and identifying them as Cinder, Hanoashi, Summer, and herself. Ella was oblivious to the attachment that she obviously had to the rest of the group. Even though their immensely unsafe living conditions made that almost unhealthy.

Hanoashi smiled at her answer. "That's very kind of you," she remarked politely, slightly moved that of all the things she could have drawn that Ella chose them as her subject. Still, I think that we could be doing better for her. For all of us. Cinder's doing his best, but if we don't find a safe place soon... she didn't go on with her thought process, unwilling to ponder all the things which could go wrong. She could vaguely remember the comfort of a warm bed and a loving family, before they abandoned the red headed girl. That's where girls like Ella need to be, not us.

Being out here is better than being in there. Jullian told himself, shivering as he hoisted a dark red and black backpack over his shoulders. It was chilly out, to him at least, and all he had on was a plain, long-sleeved black shirt and some clearly old jeans. He'd been walking all night, trying to get away from the place he called "home" for the past 17 years of his life, although a home would be stretching it. More like a place that he could stay that prevented him from bad weather, and even that was a stretch. The runaway glanced around at the park he found himself in, letting out a soft sigh of relief when he saw an empty park bench. He practically jumped at the sight of it, padding over and sitting down, wincing at the pain in his side, ignoring the gash that was causing it. He'd patch himself up later, but now he just wanted to rest, and then figure out what he was exactly going to do. There was no way he was going back to That Place, even if he wanted to he just burned that bridge. Jillian let out an aggravated groan, just realizing what he exactly did. (I just threw a starter up )

Ella couldn't help but smile at the praise. After a moment longer of drawing, she dropped the stick into the dirt. She looked up at the other girl with bright eyes. "What are we going to do today?" She asked. Ever since she had found the group, they had done something exciting each day. Well, exciting to a six year old. The events often consisted of finding food or shelter, but Ella found these tasks exciting, and often tiring.

"I don't know yet, we're waiting for Cinder to decide," She replied, casting a glance at the oldest boy in the group. "I'm suspecting he'll want one of us to scout the area first and see what food and shelter options we have here, but that's just my guess. Either way what he wants me to do I'm ready," she added, growing curious as to what today's plans where.
