Owl, may I suggest switching the 'Clan' part in the herb form with 'Location'? I don't think that specific plants would be indigenous to clans, but rather the type of environment they are in.

I listed the other two on my page though because the medicine cats should know every herb even if they can't use it in my roleplay, because they might have a character in yours.

Usage : Used for infections and also can be mixed with other leaves such as oak or white cedar to help make vomit.
Description: A long rippled green leaf with white stems.
Location: Found growing near streams , Can grow under large trees if enough shade and water provided.

Description : A mossy kind of like material. It is a dark lush green.
Quantity : 4-7
Usage : For neck cramps//headaches can be put in den to help soothe. Also gives good smell.
Location : Can grow wherever moss can.
Name : Blackroot
Charecter it goes with : Poppyshade
Description: A large somewhat rotten root. It is almost fully black but will usaully have some green on it.
Quantity : 3-5
Usage : For deep infections. Can be made into a remedy with other herbs and put into wound. This should not be used too often and never left on healthy paws.
Location : Grows at trees and bushes.
Name : Duckyarrow
Charecter it goes with : Heatherwish
Description : A small leaf that is a weird red. This is an exotic and new herb found near Mountians
Quantity : 2-6
Usage : Not all usages have been found yet but is seen to help stomachs and can be mixed with yarrow to make catd throw up.
Location : Near Mountians mainly but unknown if it can be planted anywhere else.

( I noted this earlier, but I thought it would be interesting if an insult for ThornClan would be cactus-brain since they can both be prickly and can both go long times without food/water. One for LeafClan could be flower-paws, as though to say they can't fight and it fits in with the leaf/flower theme, and one for FernClan could be lizard-brain since they are like chameleons (it would also be insulting their smartness, as to bring about rage  ). Featherbrain is perfect for the other two, since it relates to the wings! )

The meeting place is the Moonledge, the highest cliff in HawkClan territory, though it is quite some distance from the camp I'd imagine, so there are no problems there.
Idk what the gathering place is though.
