At least the...robot? didn't seem bothered it, that was a relief. Eises rubbed the bottom of her chin a bit, trying to ease the dull pain. The redness in her cheeks refused to fade away even after several seconds of seeing the android, much to her dismay. She activated more of her ice magic to make the warmth go away, but despite acting like a mini air conditioner, the warmth still stayed. "R-Room?" The wolf looked around their surroundings, tilting her head slightly. She was still in the Lodge wasn't she? Smacking into the android didn't send her off to a whole room, did it? Nothing looked different from before the robot blinked in at least. It took Eises more time than she'd like to admit to realise this blinker probably hasn't been to the holiday version of the living room before. "This is just the lodge, n-not a room." Her ears flattened a bit, "Have you looked out the windows?" "Oh, you were in a bunker before coming here?" "This isn't a room?" 7S replied, confusion tinting her voice. What else would it be? The more stable parts of the house, the hallway and living room, certainly didn't look like this. She crossed her arms and placed a finger on her chin. If Eises' choice of the words 'This is just the lodge' were anything to go by, this seemed to have happened before. And as far as 7S knew, rooms didn't usually repeat themselves. The time where they were all turned into children and given fake memories came to mind. Not really knowing what to call it, she had labeled it as an 'anomaly' since it had been so different to the normal types of rooms. Perhaps this was one of those as well, this one being some kind of recurring event. "Windows?" The S type repeated, snapping out of her musing. Somehow, the windows had completely escaped her notice. "No, I haven't!" Her gaze found it's way to the nearest one, and she quickly moved over to it to get a better view. The small house, or lodge as it had been called, was surrounded by picturesque snowscape. Once again, 7S was overwhelmed with awe at the sight. Much like the interior, the outside of this place made her think that she might as well have stepped into an old world art piece. "Hmm?" The Android's head swung part of the way around at Eises' question. "Oh. In the literal sense, no. That's just the name our base is referred as. If anything, it's more of a space station."

"Nah, just the lodge." So Eises' guess was right, "The House sometimes turns the livin' room into this, dunno why though." She had to wonder when exactly the lodge decided to come back, maybe it was just at random. "It'll go back to normal eventually." Eises vastly preferred the lodge over the regular living room. It actually seemed like a comfortable space, and of course there was her bias of loving the cold and snow.
The wolf wondered if anything was different this time around. While the android gazed out the window, Eises decided to look around the decorated living room once more. If memory served correct, there should be a door here that led to the outside. "If it was the same as last time, we can even go outside. W-Wanna try it?" She looked back at the android.
"O-Oh." Her eyes then lit up, "Space station? Like- Like..." She pointed upwards, not sure how to describe...well, space. "That kinda space?"

(Mint reporting for RPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPING! I have, last I looked, Samuel and Maladict open. Or if anyone wants Kid, because it would be a good idea to RP him too.) (Late reply but I'll rp! I'll probably be using mini Arlo for now since her plots probably going to start moving in a couple days(?). I can't remember, has she met Kid yet?)

Elliot confidentially spoke with a firm hand extended outwards. The hand gesture was to assure the individual addressed would come closer, at the same time it was a silent taunt. "By the end of these festivities, I personally will see to the execution-" He trailed off, blinking a few times as his setting suddenly changed. He was no longer speaking with the other, but had returned to the bright neon warm setting which was the lodge. Just like that... He shifted his hand to rest along his leather belt. Despite being dressed for the festivities, he never seemed to leave without his leather belt, or a scarf. He shrugged, shaking his head while looking down. There wasn't much he could do at this point, so unfortunately that discussion would be for another time-or in this case, whenever this place decided to return him. He looked around now, seeing several others conversing, a few others looking around. It was strange, thinking about how things worked around here. Some people blinked in suddenly, whereas others are already present prior to others arriving. He shook his head once more pushing the concept aside, one he would rather much not deal with for the time being.

Arlo appeared, sitting on the floor by the door, looking half asleep. She blinked a few times as she looked around. "What's- oh," she stopped when she realized she was back in the House. "It's like two in the morning," she muttered as she pushed up the sleeve of her hoodie to look at her watch- currently frozen. With a sigh, the girl let her sleeve fall down again and turned to look out the window. They'd been about to go outside when she'd blinked out earlier.

Elliot took a moment to roll his shoulders, afterwards he took a few steps in no particular direction in the room. He was a bit frustrated, but being here provided an opportunity to relax a little, before returning to the events tasking place. Looking around, he stared at the neon lights once again. After staring at the bright lights he looked around in no particular direction, then he slowed hearing Arlo trail off in the distance. He turned his head to Arlo, who seemed to be somewhat out of it. He tilted his head slightly wondering if he's overthinking it. On the otherhand he was already approaching, "You, alright?" He softly asked her.

Winter Lodge -- Kid/Kaito -- Auransky --cato phoenix Nightwisher(I checked and it turns out I don't think he has. ^^ So this will be interesting. And please jump in, Night!) At least this time it hadn't been too long since his last blink. Kid appeared in the house, a pair of sunglasses perched on his nose and looking over them with a bit of a raised set of eyebrows. He honestly didn't understand ... Then he paused and looked around, figuring out where he was. "My first lodge happened midway through Summer," he murmured. "Back for the old tradition, I see." He closed the book he was holding, adjusting the collar of his long sleeve shirt (yes, he was wearing it in the heat. No, he wasn't actually going to answer questions as to why) and stood up from the couch he'd blinked in on. He heard a set of voices from near the door, but there were things in his way. So, carefully, he picked his way around furniture. He almost froze when he saw Arlo. Elliot was completely unfamiliar, but that wasn't so unusual these days. The House liked tossing him at new people, even when all he wanted to do was see the old ones. Still, it seemed like he'd had his wish granted, in some form or another. "Arlo?" he asked. It seemed so unlikely. Maybe it was family? A younger sister? An older sister, but starting in the House early? A daughter? There were dozens of options. But, he thought, casting a hesitant look at Elliot. The House seems to be preserving the past like this. Shilo ... she was supposed to be dead too, wasn't she? But she was here as well. What are you up to, House? Why are you putting the friends-but-not-friends back into our lives like this?

She pointed upwards, not sure how to describe...well, space. " That kinda space?" And so 7S' guess had been right as well, this 'lodge' was a reoccurring anomaly. It was a good thing she'd managed to get sent here in time to see it. "Sure!" She hummed, giving Eises a nod and starting to search the room for a door, spotting one near the tree. "Over there." She tilted her head in the door's direction, before beginning to walk over to it herself. For the first time, she was going to be able to enjoy a real winter. Since the earth was tidally locked back home, snow was almost unheard of in the part of the world YoRHa were usually deployed to. "Yup. That space!" Just before she had passed the half-human, 7S stopped a few feet away from her. One of the Android's holographic terminals appeared off to the side and she input a few commands on it. Judging from her reaction, she figured the other woman might enjoy this. "See?" Sprouting from thin air, a small holographic recreation of the Bunker now floated in front of Eises.

"Hmm?" Arlo turned away from the window again when she heard someone say her name. She didn't recognize the blinker who'd spoke, but he'd obviously recognized her. Another person who'd known the "other" Arlo... For the millionth time she found herself tempted to ask what had happened to that other Arlo, and for the millionth time she told herself to wait. She wasn't quite sure if she was ready to know. Not to mention the fact that she didn't even know who the other blinker was. "Hello," the eleven year old replied finally, snapping out of her thoughts. "Yes, I am Arlo." She paused, tilting her head slightly as she looked at him, the odd light flickering momentarily in her eyes- both of which were bright green and unscarred. "I'm sorry, I don't remember you."

Kid's scarred hand rested on the wall and every muscle in his body went twang at the force in which he stopped. Of course. Of course he knew it wasn't Arlo. Oh, she was Arlo. An Arlo. But not the Arlo he knew. Just like Matteo was not who he was a clone of, this wasn't the Arlo he had become friends with in the House. She lacked what made her that Arlo. He swallowed, composing himself, and then nodded. "Yeah," he agreed, finding his voice was lower than he liked. "Yeah, I know." He recognized the light in her eyes - not the light which made her Arlo, but that of the magic which seemed to flow through her as well as blood did. "Nice ... nice to meet you. I'm called Kaito or Kid, depending on what you'd like." How did he deal with this? Shinichi and Conan were one and the same. The same memories and the same person, but just variations in age. This Arlo might as well have been from another world. And he didn't know what to think about that just yet.
(I'm yawning up a storm here, so I'm heading for bed. @.@ )

Seeing the women a few steps ahead react, he stopped a distance to give her space. She herd him? Not that it mattered, but then another voice from further behind him called out the name, Arlo. He turned his head silently towards the newcomer, a rather well dressed gentlemen-it almost looked like something he would be allowed to wear in festivities. Nonetheless, he returned his attention to the young girl, Arlo, she addressed herself in third person. An odd greeting, but the mention of is but isn't, did bring questions to mind. He decided to keep his distance between the two. The eleven year old clearly didn't know the man in white, but the gentlmen clearly did or claim to have known the young girl. His attention did slightly return towards Kid, who was casting him a hesitant look. Typical... He wanted to shrug in annoyance, but instead kept a stiff front. This wasn't a war zone, but the fact that someone outside of his own existance cast him a hesitant look, just proved an argument he was in several hours prior. He regardless listened to the thief introduce himself to the young girl. Hearing the young man knowledge that this girl may not be the same individual, would have disheartened some of his generals, had they been present to listen in. Then they would proceed to call me out when my back is turned for not acting like I give a damn. He turned his attention anywhere that wasn't between the two having such a odd reunion. Thankfully, no matter how many times he looked at the decorations they would continue to interest him. Is it that the lights are mesmerizing, or that somewhere deep down he wished this could have been his reality?

Arlo watched him carefully, comparing his reaction to the other blinkers she'd met. It seemed that he was another friend from the past-future? It must have been strange, seeing someone that you knew, yet didn't know at the same time. "It's nice to meet you too," she replied finally, her gaze drifting to the window again and to the snowy landscape beyond. The island she had just blinked from was cold, but it wasn't as snowy as it was outside the lodge. Had the other Arlo been to that island as well? Did it matter? There wasn't really anything she could do about it, but she wished that her first blink had really been a few weeks ago. It probably bothered the blinkers who'd known her- the other her- almost as much as it bothered Arlo herself. "I'm sorry," she said again. thought she wasn't really sure what she was sorry for. She wait for a few moments, then spoke again, trying to shift the topic to something a little more positive. "The House sure looks different, has it done this before?"

Winter Lodge -- Kid -- Dia, Arlo
"No need to apologize," admitted Kid. He finally looked to Elliot, since he hadn't really addressed the other blinker. "Hello. And ou are ...? Please excuse my rudeness; I didn't ask." While he asked that, he too took the chance to look around the content of the room. To him, the lodge always seemed just a bit different each time it was here. The outside as well. Or maybe it was just his memory shifting this as he wanted it to. The tree still wasn't decorated and with a few steps he was looking at the boxes placed underneath it. He remembered ... Matteo and Deemo decorating the tree so many years ago - 5 by his assumption. And then there had been the last Winter Lodge he had been at, which had ... what? He thought it might have been decorated when he started blinking into it, but he couldn't remember. "It's done this several times," he said to Arlo. "Though it runs a bit on its own time, really. Holidays pass here and there. It seems to run on the mainstream ones, since I've never seen it do any which come from, say, another world. Maybe the House favors Earth for the same reason." The boxes under the tree were plain. He opened one, revealing ornaments. "Figured," he said to himself. He looked back at Elliot and Arlo. "Did you want to help?"

She jogged past 7S over to the door and quickly opened it, her face lighting up like a child in a candy store. The wolf gathered some of the snow on the ground onto her arms and placed her face into it. She looked over to the holographic screen that the android summoned. It reminded her a lot of Evina's phone, it was able to summon holographic screens somehow too. Only, Eises didn't see any sort of cellphone. "How are you doing that?" Was it some robot power? "What else can you show with that?" She asked excitedly.

Riley blinked into the lodge, his eyebrows knitting together. This place again. He had thought this a dream, apparently he was wrong. He took in the decorated building. A holiday of some kind maybe? That would be...interesting, he wasn't used to celebrating anything. The worst thing about the building, however, was that it was cold. Maybe not very cold, but compared to Riley's home, it was definitely cold. He pulled his light gray, almost off white, jacket around him tighter and tired to find someone that he could talk to about this place. He hoped it was someone he knew, which meant that girl from before. Of course, that didn't happen.
"Hello," Riley greeted the small group, a bit hesitant to approach. "My name is Riley." He dipped his head in greeting. His tone was formal, it had to be as he took in the sight of the group in front of him. He wasn't sure who these people were, and if they were anything like the people in his world, he wasn't about to get on their bad side for just greeting them in correctly. He kept his head low, not making eye contact.

Winter lodge - Arlo, Kid, Eli Eliot was keeping away from the conversation not too far from him. It was two people perhaps trying to catch up, but it didn't seem to be going the way the young man expected. Yet the girl apologizing after the two had been looking for a point in time to catch up, was the highlight of the conversation. Which wasn't bad, but also none of his business to be listening in on the first place. He had zoned out a tad bit, thinking of other things as he silently stood there. It was only when he was addressed, did he twitch then turn his head in the direction of the voice. Kid was addressing him, something about helping. He overlooked the box of decorations under the tree, so with an expression of confusement, he raised a brow. "Help with what?" He softly asked.

Shilo figured she was alone, so she was walking around, kind of dancing a little bit. Her heels were clacking against the wood floor, though lightly. "Red is the rose, that is yonder garden grows." She sang, her voice sweet, but young and not quite developed. Nonetheless, she was on pitch. "And fair is the lily of the valley." She continued, looking around. "Clear is the water, that flows from the Boyne. But my love is fair than any." Just as she finished the chorus, Shilo's caught someone from the corner of her eyes. She turned and saw a young boy, about her age, but probably a bit older, reading a book. He looked up and Shilo tilted her head to the side, studying him. "Hello." She greeted. "Are you new?"

Combeferre was awestruck hearing the little girl sing. He didn't want to interrupt her, but he didn't think she'd noticed him. His first thought was that she seemed like the faeries in the books he had read about Irish mythology. The kind where if you were nice to them they would be nice to you, but they would also try to take your name. He wasn't sure whether he believed those were real or not. There had been no proof to the contrary, but there had been no definitive proof that they existed either. He didn't really think this girl was one, he was just interested in her, and he liked hearing her sing. When she finished and noticed him, he stood up and gave her a polite round of applause. "Hello!" he returned, lifting a hand in greeting. He looked around. The place, for an instant, felt intensely familiar, but the feeling disappeared after a moment and he shrugged it off. "I've never been here before," he shrugged, looking the girl over. She seemed to be speaking French, but her accent was definitely American. The House translator didn't get rid of accents when it translated.

The girl's cheeks went pink when the boy applauded. She hadn't realized he had heard her singing. Her eyes lit up when she heard the boy's accent though. "Oh! You're French! Bonjour!" And there went the accent, as she actually switched to speaking French. Even at a young age, her accents were spot on. "Well then welcome! This is the Paradox House, though it doesn't normally look like this. Apparently this is what it looks like when it's Christmas time." She explained. "But, it's weird, because it's not Christmas time for me. But time is irrelevant here, so I guess it doesn't matter." Shilo wasn't used to being around people her own age, so she was a little nervous. And apparently young Shilo got a little bit ramble-y when she was nervous. "Um, anyway... The Paradox House is a place where anyone can come from any world." She explained further, trying to do the initiation correctly. "We don't know why, or how it works. But when you're here, time in your world stops. So, you don't have to worry about anyone worrying about you." She smiled when she finished, happy with herself.
