"I sort of lost the dirt to a temporal hole in space," Myrnin was saying as he blinked in. To complete chaos. Unaware to him, he'd turned bright green upon arrival. But to him he was just watching as things alternatingly broke or burst into flames or what have you. "Oh. Can I go back home now?" he asked no one in particular. The tiles were cool. It was just loud. He pressed his hands to his ears and tried to look around and see what was going on.

"WILL YOU ALL HECKING STOP SETTING THINGS ON FIRE!" Myrnin said, trying to be heard over whatever was going on. He'd thought things were under control with the fire a second ago, but no. He ran the other way, which had the added effect of producing fog, a shower of goulashes, three bowls of carrots, and a small kingfisher to appear. In that order. "I buuuuuuuuuuurn easily," he hissed, trying to get out of the way.

The pirate cringed as noise exploded in the room immediately after entry, closing one eye in discomfort as it slowly began to fade. Familiar with a busy life, Hook didn’t seem terribly dazed by the wild display before him - if not disappointed it couldn’t be a crew he had power over. He trailed after Shade a few paces, carefully treading on already triggered tiles, and scoffed at her words. “I’ve already got a trick for that,” he chuckled, removing his flask from within his jacket. He handed it to her before drinking himself, perhaps to be gentlemanly, perhaps because he was distracted by the flames that just spawned near him as he jerked backwards.

Kelsier narrowed his eyes, wishing he could burn the opposite of tin. It was so loud. He managed to read Nico’s lips at least. He said he was fine. Did Kelsier believe him? Probably not, considering he’d said the said thing when he’s nearly bled to death. Kelsier turned, his eyes widening as not one, not two, but three bursts of flames erupted. That wasn’t good. That was so very not good. “Hey!” The edge of his mistcloak was smoldering suddenly and he had to stomp it out. “Oh do you?” He shouted back at Myrnin. “Will you get over here then? There’s a corner you can hide in.” He looked back at Nico. Better to go to him then the other way around. He gritted his teeth and started across to tiles, all of which began to throw anything from coffee bubbles at him. He didn’t stop until he made it to Nico, then crouched, looking him over. “Anything broken?”

Lila swore under her breath as the creature deflected her attack, and furthermore as it set the room on fire. Well, fighting this thing was going to be harder than it looked. She walked over towards the wall, trying to avoid the approaching flames. Maybe she could get a better aim at the creature if she went around the other side of the room. Just then, she stepped on a tile, which promptly caused a puff of smoke to fly up in her face. She coughed, stepping out of the smoke. This time, her boots gained wheels and she found herself sliding around the floor. "F[oops]," she swore, much louder than before.

Mabel climbed out of the mountain of donuts and moved away from the fire, cautious not to step on anymore tiles. "Can this place spawn water?" she asked to nobody in particular.

Shade took it gratefully, taking a bit more than a sip before returning it to him. "Thank you... Better make it last," she said with a bit of a wheeze, raising her eyebrows and squinting at the force of action she was in proximity to. An absolute onslaught of bullshittery. "Perhaps we should also fine a corner... or a bathtub," she suggested loudly, ducking to avoid more of whatever the hell was flying over her head. The bees weren't so bad. Most were probably sleeping or gone with the flames, and there was a stench of slime burning somewhere... Gods be good that the smell of burning hair wouldn't join in.

"I can't exactly do that thanks," said Myrnin, darting in another direction. At least no new fires had sprung up, but there were plenty of sparks. He darted away from Kelsier at least. (Three bats, a giant (2 foot high) egg that at once cracked, and twenty ants were the results.)

Fire was also bad for parasites - as it roared up around Asami, her tendrils flailed harder, spiking and recoiling in response to the shock of the rapid temperature change. One of them swung around, still bladed from deflecting Lila's knife, and made contact with another metal surface, hard enough to send sparks up the tendril, which recoiled again, and then began to move in a different pattern, now instinctively trying to free itself from the sudden weight stuck on the end of the blade. It swung wildly around the room, slamming whatever was stuck to it into the walls, roof, and then floor, dragging it across several tiles before swinging into the air again, but not before whatever the stuck *thing* was activated two more tiles, which summoned a pile of Ikea furniture pieces, which promptly caught fire, and an enormous quantity of melted chocolate.

Nico shook his head firmly. "Just bruised," he confirmed, eying the flames nervously. Maybe... he focused on his powers, cold spreading out over the room, frost beginning to form on some of the tiles. Which did next to nothing to put out the fires and only served to make the room unpleasantly cold. Oops. He forced himself to his feet, wincing at the pain it took to move, then looked around. "Would you all stop stepping on the gods dammed tiles?" he shouted, frowning at them all. Which would have been a lot more effective had he not needed to immediately dodge the small flock of birds Asami's tile had summoned, stepping on the tile right next to him and releasing a small container of gasoline - thankfully not yet very close to the fire.

As everyone retreated in various directions, it seemed that no one was being immediately scorched by the flames, which was good- Nope. Nope. Asami- octopus monster- thing- was certainly having a very rough time, and was dangerously close to the fire. Enjolras ducked as a bird flew over him, stepping on a bright red tile. A canister of the same cover with a nozzle appeared in his hands, and he almost dropped it. It was heavy. Experimentally, he pulled the lever. White foam sprayed out of the nozzle, hitting Nico. "Auh, sorry about that!" He said over the sounds of chaos.

Mabel turned to Enj as his tile summoned a fire extinguisher. "That's a fire extinguisher!" she exclaimed, happy that they were less likely (if only a little) to be burnt to a crisp.

Kelsier nodded, looking up as the chill spread through the room, Maybe..? Nope. “It was worth a shot.” He said, shaking his head. Then he looked up sharply as Nico stepped in a tile, almost expecting another burst of flames. Thankfully, it was just a random container of something. Water? He almost threw it at the fire, but then the smell hit him and he wrinkled his nose at it. Not water, “I-“ Then something hit Nico in the chest and he stiffened, not understanding what it was or what it had done.

Lila slid around on her new wheeled shoes, swearing all the while. In the process, she activated a bunch of tiles - the first caused a pile of broken glass to appear, the second creating a sound like a boom of thunder, the third soap. As if the wheels weren't bad enough, the soap made it even more slippery, and she found herself sliding towards Enjolras, Mabel, Kelsier, and Nico. This was certainly not how she wanted things to go.

Since apparently nothing was going to happen if he stayed still ... Myrnin stayed still. If there weren't fires, he would have had an excuse to move. It would have been fun. Right now not so much. If he was out of the way of fires, he'd stay put.

Nico shrugged at Kelsier's response, glancing at the still-burning tiles. "Didn't work," he commented grimly, looking between Kelsier and the flames. His eyes widened when he noticed what Enjolras was holding, but he didn't get a chance to comment on it before the foam hit him in the chest, forcing him back a few steps, more out of surprise than the pressure of the spray. Two tiles - a screen rolling down from the ceiling as though a movie was about to be played (complete with the overwhelmingly loud T-H-X you hear in theaters), and one incredibly pathetic firework. "Oh," he mumbled, trying to wipe some of the foam off his black shirt. Hopefully there would still be enough to put out the fire.

Hook took the flask back with a lifted eyebrow and a smirk. He eyed her back for a moment while he took a drink of his own, glancing mischievously to the side as he tucked to the side. Without answering her, he gave a soft push on Shade’s back, forcing her forward onto one of the undisturbed tiles. He immediately took a few cautionary steps backwards, laughing to himself as he awaited whatever misfortune he’d just sent his girlfriend into. Before he could get much joy from it, however, a harsh clash against his hook made him jump, then yelp as it seized his arm forward in an upward motion. He hovered above the tiles for only a few seconds, struggling to pull his weight up with one arm so he could detach himself from whatever he got caught on. Unsuccessful, he was consequently flung the opposite direction, and then opposite of that. He slammed hard into the tiles on his side, drug a few more feet before being released. The first tile he hit exploded with large lamp, which was knocked over and rolled into the flames. The tile he remained on, however, had confetti explode from the ceiling, drifting down as he lay panting, then finished with a small spurt of whip cream that fell onto his chest, followed by a small cherry on top.

Mabel breathed out a sigh of relief as Enjolras used the fire extinguisher on the flames. Her relief was short-lived, however, as an overwhelming loud T-H-X sound suddenly played, causing her to jump onto another tile in surprise. While no new fire was started, it seemed to make the fire that was already present glow ever hotter and brighter. Oh no, she thought.

"WILL YOU ALL GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!" Myrnin called. In Shade's voice, because she had more authority than him. Was it wrong to mimic his friend's voice? Yes. Was he doing so anyway? Also yes. He was done, okay. He just wanted people to calm down! (And stop setting the place on fire.)

"Sorry," Mabel said quietly, looking away from Myrnin. Why hadn't that tile spawned something nice, like more glitter?

Kelsier stared at the foam on Nico’s shirt warily, wondering whether it was dangerous. Nico didn’t seem to think so, which was a good sign. He was good at keeping up with chaos, and even he was having a hard time keeping up with this room. It had to be one of the most chaotic things he had ever experienced. And that was saying something. “Right.” He said, turning to look at the flames. Smoke was about to be a problem, he realized, this being a room with no widows or way out. They should probably do something about that. His eyes caught on Myrnin again. Apparently vampires were flammable. Bad thing to be right now. He hated being helpless. Stupid House. Well.... He actually didn’t know what to do next. Time to start breaking walls or something.

Shade yelped lightly as hooked nudged her forward and she stumbled, slipping on a bit of slime and falling to her hands and knees which triggered not one, but three new tiles. One spawned a fully loaded picnic table under her, complete with cakes and chicken and sandwiches and all various condiments. But wood.... Well, hopefully the fire would be put out soon. And hopefully people would be too distracted by that to see that Shade was now very much rolling in cotton candy, a product of the second tile. The third seemed almost too eager as it spat forward an absolute rave of colorful flashing lights and blaring remix sounds, only to be cut off by the ever so popular song by Rick Astley himself, leaving her head spinning. Shame that as she turned to confront her boyfriend, all she saw was him getting whisked away by the flailing tentacles she'd been trying to avoid all this time and god, should she even laugh??? For as disorienting as this was though, nothing topped it like hearing her own voice yelling at her. F[oops!].

Asami, for her part, seemed to finally be growing tired, or perhaps slightly poisoned by the soap. Her momements had slowed somewhat from the frantic crashing and slamming of before, and now her efforts to free herself of the glitter seemed more halfhearted, as her tendrils dragged themselves unhappily along the floor and over the car wash bristles, now coated with soap and several other substances as well.

Once she'd finally managed to stop sliding, Lila sat up and looked around. The room was just as chaotic as before. The fire was still raging, and now there were odd blue things on the walls. She wasn't sure what they were, but they didn't look like good news. There was also music playing in the background. She attempted to stand again, this time finally succeeding. She managed to balance on the strange wheeled shoes and she wasn't sliding around anymore (at least not yet). "Let's put out this damn fire," she spoke. The words were directed mostly at Enjolras, but they applied to the others too.

Hook remained on his back, blissfully unaware of what was going on around him as he kept his eyes on the ceiling. His left arm ached terribly, as did the rest of his body, and his head was throbbing. “[oops] you,” he repeated quietly to the house and he tried to catch his breath, smearing off the whip cream with an exhausted wipe of his hand. He closed his eyes briefly as Shade yelled something out, though the ringing in his head and blasting unfamiliar music and noises drowned her out. He was distantly aware the flames were likely growing closer, though the pirate only lifted his head slightly to enable himself to take another drink from his flask.
