I'm just scared about how much they'll probably cut from the movies, because they definitely aren't going to make six movies for the first series

Waht in the world is 14A? 14A is a rating used in Europe and Canada. Films with this rating are suitable for people 14 years of age or older and may contain violence, course language, or sexually suggestive scenes. Those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in order to view the film in a movie theatre.

I'm in the between zone for a movie. There is a lot of bloody parts like Tigerstar's death and the mauling of Brightheart. But I would love to see the characters come to life.

I’ve gotta be honest with you guys, most parents don’t care a noodle about what their kids watch or do. I once took a stroll in the park and found a two year old playing an FPS in their stroller, so I’m sure that a pg-13 movie about warring cats isn’t gonna stop them.

I actually don't think the movie will actually come out guys :/ after finding out about how much money Alibaba Pictures just lost I just don't think it will be possible.

Alibaba pictures just lost $165 Million by the start of 2018 which has put the warriors movie into development hell, it will take some time before they actually start working on it or do anything with it.

if its PG-13 the parents should be smart and not let their kids watch it, or just go to a review website. I don't think the production company wants to focus on the book audience, but rather those who do not know about warriors or didn't think they would enjoy reading it, they want to show the best parts of warriors and take out the worst parts to draw in new fans. True, but look where that got the Assassins Creed. The fans of the games are most likely the only ones who got half the content and were not lost wondering what the blazes was going on. I knew, but I didn't like the movie overall... but that is just me. I love the Warriors series and I think it is awesome that they are making a movie for it. However, I have seen disappointing adaptations of wonderful book series.

I agree. They really shouldn't be making a movie. I feel like at this point, they've already rambled on enough and need to stop continuing the series. Making a warrior cat movie - I don't know about that. Sure,it would be cool, but I don't understand how you would keep it PG-13. I feel like it would all just be a big flop.

harry potter fans are the same age as warriors fans would you say? I remember tons of people reading harry potter in 4th grade. And most of the movies were pg 13. I don't think most reasonable parents care about pg 13. also just because there's fighting doesn't mean there has to do a ton of blood everywhere. You can show violence without much gore and it doesn't really take anything away. The The Owls of Ga'Hoole movie was rated PG and it had lots of violence

Also can we please stop bringing up Guardians of Ga'rbage

I get the feeling they're not going to make it at all. Warriors is a very hard book to translate into a movie just because of the options: make it true to the books and get something gorey and not suitable for kids, who are gonna watch it, and dramatically reduce the number of people wanting to see it, OR make it suitable for kids, which will probably get tons of views but won't be remotely true to the books or what the older fans are looking for. Most major plot points wouldn't translate into a kid's movie, such as Redtail's death, unless they handled it very carefully. In for-kids-Warriors, the deaths couldn't possibly be any more graphic than Mufasa's in TLK.

Well, they have screenwriters now. So one step closer to making the movie. Also the article said "based on a series of young-adult books and targeted at children and the YA crowd."

That part made me so happy because it means they must be taking it seriously and not shoving it under the typical "Talking Animal Animation Age Ghetto" ouo

nvm just read about it now. I am kinda disappointed by the screenwriters that they had chosen to be honest, but i'm still happy that they released at least some news about the movie, i think the trailer may come later this year which is also hype!
