IC Hazel waved a little awkwardly in greeting. "Hi. Sorry to wake you, but you fell asleep, and I figured I should probably wake you up, it looked like an uncomfortable position, and frankly, sleeping in public isn't usually all that smart..." she trailed off, realizing that might have been rude. Ever since getting most of her memories back, but still being this...new her, Hazel had found herself being incredibly blunt and it came off wrong sometimes. "Anyways, I'm Hazel Winn," she introduced herself.

"Well school is never really fun, but you have to go through it. You already made it this far, you might as well finish instead of drop out." Loreto said to him as he moved to walk beside him.

IC :: "Oh, don't worry about it. I didn't even realize that I had fallen asleep out here- So much for coming here to get coffee," he said before muttering the last part sourly to himself. "Thank you anyways though. It was stupid of me to have fallen asleep here anyway, so, thanks for telling me before something bad happened. By the way, my name is Silas Evans, ma'am."

IC Winslow frowned again. "Why? We have jobs, I have enough of an education, and it's not all that great there. I don't see why I'd have to finish it. Did you even go to school? Because I'm pretty sure I would have seen you there, last year, or the year before. A lot of you first gen hybrids haven't gone to school, so don't you go about judging me," Winslow stated, sounding more than a little irritated about it. He had actually enjoyed the school-less life he had lately.
-
"Ah, I see. Well it's nice to meet you, Silas. If you don't mind me asking though, why did you fall asleep? Job overworking you?" Hazel guessed, folding her arms slighlty as she looked at him. It was just a guess, but it reminded her of Lukas. Of course she encouraged him to take breaks, he was the one that over worked himself...kind of like her own son-youngest of course. They both didn't seem to understand the health benefits of taking care of yourself. Shame.

OOC So I have a question, with this kid(s), when will it die? Right after it's born? Will they lose it before it's born? Or a little after, like things are kind of okay for a day or so, when problems happen and then it(they) die?
That leads on to my plan, what if they had more than one kid each time, but none make it this time, and only the one makes it the next? Maybe like, they have two this time, and idk how many next time, but only one that makes it from the other?
IC Amari shrugged, unsure if he could see it though. "...I'm kind of tired, after everything today. It was a bit draining. I'm not sure what time it is, but maybe we could just watch a movie or something?" She questioned, glancing back over at him for a second. She knew that she didn't want to be alone right now, as the whole processing thing was only coming in waves, one moment she knew, the other it was still processing and she would much rather have Mason there for that.
OOC:Hmm, maybe the first time they have two, and to maximise the pain one dies right after birth and the other about a day later? Poor things. Oh and maybe the second birth they have three? And the first two die during birth? IC: mason smiled again and nodded. "That sounds like a great idea to me, any movie you have in mind? Or at least any type of movie?" He asked as he put away what was left of the groceries. He could certainly understand how all this could be draining, that she would just wanna stay at the house and relax. It was such big news, and he was also still have such a hard time truly comprehending how massive this is. They were having kids. Kids! Oh boy.

IC :: "Yeah' I guess you could say that. Along with other things of course, but stress is there. I need to break my habit of staying up so late, but that wont be happening for some time now." Silas gave a heavy sigh after speaking. He sstill had a warm smile as he thought about it, but hey, all jobs sucked at points in time. "The sleep and stress go hand in hand I think. But I have no real-" he paused for a second to yawn, "way of telling that part specifically."

"Well I've never actually been to school, I was too old for it at the time." Loreto said to him as he looked around. "Sorry, I didn't mean to make you upset. I guess I shouldn't tell you what to do if I haven't even experienced it myself." he quickly apologized, he didn't particularly like when Winslow was made at him.

OOC Gotcha. Also, I was thinking that the first two could be a boy and a girl, with the girl being the one to last the day? (She could be named Daisy) then idk about the second, but I think we decided awhile back that the one that survived would be a boy, who you wanted to roleplay, right?
IC Amari shook her head. "No. Not really. Maybe some action movie, or something to make fun of, like Sharknado, or a documentary, anything really, I just, I'm not tired enough to sleep, but I don't feel up for moving," she explained, though it was a little hard to do so. She mostly just wanted Mason near her, and something on the tv to distract her from all of this new information. Then later, she would obviously have to call the SCC.
-
Hazel gave a nod of understanding. "I see. Well, here's just some advice from an old lady, but I think you should focus more on your own health, make sure to eat every meal, get a good amount of sleep, and find time during the day to do something relaxing," she told him. "Believe me, it makes a difference. Suddenly during the time when you are working, you'll be less stressed out, well rested, full, and have more energy to devote to work. I've tried to suggest this to a-" she paused for a brief moment. What was Lukas to her, exactly? No longer a worker, more than a friend, definitely not anything at all romantic-bleh. Almost, a familial bond? Though he was no child of hers. She only had three of those. "An associate of mine for ages, and he never listens."

IC "Yeah," Winslow agreed tartly, looking away. He stayed like that, tense, annoyed, huffy, for a good minute or so, before sighing, looking back to Loreto. "...Sorry, it's just-I don't have very good memories from school to begin with, and this small few weeks where we haven't had that, it's been nice. Freeing, I guess," he explained with a small shrug. "Just...school and I don't mix. First there was that homecoming disaster, then the parents thing, then...Saturn, and now, I just really don't like it."

Loreto put his hands in his pockets and stayed quiet as he let Winslow calm down. "That's understandable." he responded with a nod. "I'm sorry again, I didn't know about all that. I'll try not to bring it up again."

IC Winslow did appreciate it, even if he hadn't dared go into deeper detail. His parents hadn't been involved in the school, but that was where he had been when hearing about their death. The worst part was that he hadn't been given a chance to grief while there. Then of course homecoming had been terrible. It was hard to beat feles wolves invading the school, with people dying, others injured, and you almost dying, with your brother needing to constantly protect you. Which, had also been how Saturn had died. Protecting him, at the school, much later, after the homecoming incident, even after their parents past, and that was what had really gotten to him.
He looked down, folding his arms, though not in a standoffish way, but much more of an insecure type of way as his eyes determinedly stared at the ground. "It's alright, you didn't-don't know, and I probably shouldn't have snapped," he explained, coughing out the apology slightly unsure. Winslow would rather not talk about it at all, but it was quickly occurring to him that that might not be an option.

OOC:Yeah that sounds good! Whether it's a boy or give that survives I'll let you chose, but yeah I think I was going to rp them. But I do like the idea of Daisy being the one that dies within a day.IC: "Hmm, I think we have a few action movies somewhere under the TV. Maybe 16 Blocks? Jack Reacher?" He suggested. Maybe though Jack Reacher would be best. The first one of course. Padding over, he reached out his hand, offering it to her. He'd get her comfortable while he got the movie ready. He was thankful that the couch swung up a bit like a bed, cause that would be a lot more comfortable then just the chair alone.

OOC Morning!
Hmm, well we've got time, so we can wait to choose that.
IC Amari looked at the offered hand, taking it with a slight smile as she got up, which she could have done on her own and for awhile she was most definitely going to try and prove that at every turn. However, for now, she was fine to get up with the help of Mason. "Jack Reacher sounds good," she agreed once she was standing, though Amari really wasn't picky and would have been fine watching anything.

OOC: Morning!
Okay, that makes sense!
IC: Mason smiled, glad she didn't have a go at him. He knew she could get up, he really just wanted to be polite. Slowly he led her over to the couch. "You get yourself comfortable, I'll get the movie up," he said, reluctantly letting go of her hand and going over to the TV.

IC Amari moved to the couch and sat down, looking around for a second as she got more comfortable in the seat, eyes zeroing in on the truffles that she had left behind. Amari glanced back at Mason for a moment, then to the truffles, then she just got up and reached for the truffles again, and once she had them, she moved back to the couch. There, she did something by herself. It was a small victory, but it was still a victory.

OOC: Heyo Smoreo!
IC: Mason meanwhile hadn't noticed Amari get the truffles herself as he was focused on the TV. It only took him about two or so minutes to actually get the movie on, and he started it, before turning to go to Amari again. He sat down right next to her, putting his arm around her shoulders and smiling. When he was younger and on the streets, he really didn't see this coming in his life. Sitting down in his own apartment, watching TV with his pregnant wife. He nearly laughed thinking about it.

OOC Hey Cloudy!
IC When Amari was younger, she hadn't thought she would live to be this old anyways, so a husband and children on the way definitely hadn't crossed her mind, even after escaping Lenard, she still hadn't thought of herself like this, given her previous life style. Though Amari was honestly, very happy with how everything had turned out. She moved to be a little closer to Mason, eyes trained on the movie that had been put on as she rested her head on him. This really was just about perfect.

OOC: Hey, feeling any better I hope?
*Morgan Freeman's voice appears* Perfect it was, and perfect they thought it would be...Oh how wrong they were...
Also sorry this is short!
IC: Mason smiled as she scooted closer to him and leaned on him. He squeezed her slightly and leaned his head on hers, rubbing her shoulder gently. He let out a small breath of air. He thought this was simply perfect too. He felt so lucky, more then he had ever been in his life by far.

IC Winslow smiled slighlty, looking back to Loreto. "Yeah, that's right, we might as well enjoy it. Though I'm not really much of a picnic fan," he confessed, determined to get in a better mood after that. Which really hadn't been fun, and he still didn't know what was taking Cliff so long, but Loreto was making an effort, so should he, plus the nature walk was rather fun.
As for Cliff...well after grabbing the picnic basket and blanket, he had taken to the air and started to fly to the area that they would be having this picnic, which admittedly, would lead to him getting there sooner, it was perfect. Sometimes it's wings were nothing but a hindrance, something he truly could do without, but other times...well, other times, they were just perfect.
