(Is it alright if Soot is part hagfish and lyrebird? Slime from hagfish, and voice from lyrebird XD. And would it be okay for him to have a snake friend who is mixed only a little bit with human to make it smarter and so it talks. The snake I was thinking would have paralyzing and unclotting venom. If that's too much, the snake could just have one of the two.)

(Sam: Alright, he might not show it at first, but yes. Taki probably went off, gathering, storing, and building things while Freesha healed. I think he has a bunch of traps set up against wild animals and unwanted visitors by now. XD Busy man he is. Likes his food and to collect things.)

(Honestly, I've never shipped a pair so much. He's very nice, it seems, even if he doesn't mean it. Your character is so perfect, Light ^^ )
Fareeha sat in the chair at the table. Her attention was on the little piece of wood in front of her. While Taki was out, she'd gotten bored, and had started trying to carve something with one hand. Not necesarily the best idea, but it was worse to leave her bored.
Her other arm felt nearly one hundred percent, but Taki had told her to wait a little longer- so wait she did.

The door suddenly swung open, and Taki came in with a bunch of things in his arms. He immediately set to sorting out them in the different piles he had. By now, the house was bigger and a little more complex. Dusting his hands off on his pants with light pats, he stood up straight, and walked towards Freesha with his hands behind his back. "Not much luck?" he inquired in that gravelly voice of his.
