Name: Renoem Symbol: ℷ Animal: Tiger shark Age: 20 Gender: male Role: finder Appearance: Renoem is relatively tall standing at 6'1. He isn't exactly a buff and ripped guy, but isn't what you would compare to a stick figure either. In fact, he has a more of a slender figure. His skin is of a really pale color, which causes him to get sunburns pretty often. As for tattoos, Renoem has the ring going around his left arm that represents his role in the tribe and the name tattoo only, both colored green, that pops out because of his very light skin. He has short and sleek black hair that contrasts with his big eyes, which are probably his most noticeable feature. His eyes are very bright and they somehow never look tired, even when he is at his worst, his eyes always seem to be smiling. They consist of different tones of green and hazel depending on the lighting and time of day, making them appear almost hypnotic. He is one of those people whom you would look at and don't even bother paying close attention to the nose. It is very hard to even remember traces of his nose. Personality: The guy is a very social person, he really enjoys the company of others and loves meeting and making new friends. Because of that, Renoem tends to feel very lonely pretty easily. He always needs to be next to someone and absolutely hates being alone. He also likes making jokes and using sarcasm, which can be taken too far sometimes, making him look rude. He doesn't tend to get along that well with elders because they are "too grumpy and complain about everything" according to him and prefers to hangout with people of his age group or younger. He also loves to swim and be surrounded by water in general, mainly because of his spirit animal, he says it makes him feel free of worries and very relaxed, almost as if it were a type of meditation. Skills/Weaknesses: His light weight and spirit animal (shark) make of Renoem a great swimmer and he loves being in water. As a finder, he likes to search for useful items in water since there aren't many tribemates who are fond of water. His slender figure also makes him very quick on his feet and very agile. Due to the same reason, he is not a physical strength person and can barely fight off a skunk by himself. He is also not the best thinker and doesn't appeal to logic very often, getting himself into harmful situations without realising.

(happy birthday catpants! And at robinspot- for the most part Renoem looks good, except his animal can't be a tiger shark because the tribe is nowhere near the sea and thus doesn't know what a shark of any kind is, and even if they did, tiger sharks are found in warm waters. So he would have to be a fresh-water aquatic animal that would be found in somewhere like Alaska or Canada. Sorry)

Kekem laughed. "Asa-kel is a god to living things- animals and people. Thus, she guides us, though she does not control us. Jek-durr, as a counterpart to the All-Mother, affects our minds similarly, though of course in bad ways. Whether they have control over the rest of nature, I can't say. I doubt Jek-durr does, he cannot have that much strength or we would be far worse off. And Asa-kel... if she made things too easy for us, we wouldn't have to face hardship and make choices between good and evil. We wouldn't be able to have the thoughts and make the choices that she created us to make." Kekem stopped, then let out a short laugh at himself and shrugged. "But, I am no shaman, so make of my sermon what you will. 'Tis just the musings of an old man, not fact."
(so on the note of "if Jek-durr was more powerful we'd be far worse off...." in DR [the LARP] there's an entity called the Gravemind which is essentially where zombies come from, it absorbs the dead and spits them back out as undead [that is an extremely short and kinda vague summary of the Gravemind but it's good enough for now]. So like I said before I'm 5000% gonna use the basis of this tribe [at least the parts I came up with... not gonna steal y'all's words and ideas and such...] to make a Natural One tribe in the LARP, which includes their religion. So in the DR version they believe that humanity strayed too far from Asa-kel's teachings and thus allowed Jek-durr to gain the upper hand and that the Gravemind IS Jek-durr. And zombies are the bodies of the spirits he's stolen and devoured. I'm very excited for this tribe now but it's gonna be years probably before I can actually make them XD)

Gelaar by no means fully understood what Kekem was saying. The younger man could only process so much information at once, and they were past that threshold. The one thing he did know is that Kekem was wise, and despite his modesty, Gelaar was going to take his word to heart. Likely not the best idea, but Gelaar was fine with his decision. "We don't know what is fact, Asa-kel doesn't speak to us." Gelaar rested his elbows on his knees and grasped his upper arms with his hands. "And I trust your experiences and thoughts more than my own. I'm not foolish enough to think myself wiser than the wise man."

Kekem let out a chuckle. "Good of you to listen to your elders, boy. Though don't follow blindly." He shook his finger slightly at Gelaar as he spoke the second sentence with a slight tone of warning.
(sorry for the short reply. Also I almost wrote boy as "boi" and I was like no stahp ur not ironically sassing ur friends)
