Icekit jumped out of the nursery, "Charge!" she mewed loudly before she dashed towards the fresh kill pile.
Jaypaw halted as the she kit charged past him and rolled his eyes moodily. "There's never any peace around here anymore" he grumbled not realising just how much like an elder his comment sounded.

Jaypaw held back his snort at Alderpaws' comment. It wasn't that he had anything really against his quiet denmate but it was just that- Alderpaw was quiet, shy, and maybe even more of a loner then Jaypaw himself was. He certainly wasn't much of a leader. "A leader could probably spend a little less time talking and more time moving" Jaypaw meowed in his usual grumpy and slightly irritated tone.

(Welp, interview was a bust, but I'm back)
Palepaw calmed considerably as Swanstar began to comfort her, she nuzzled her mentor right back, purring rather cheerfully. "You're the best Swanstar!" Really, she felt more like a mother than a mentor, and she idolized the older she-cat.

Nodding to his reason and understanding why he was doing it she padded along side him, careful of where she stepped and kept her ears and nose open. Trying to find prey near by for them to have, I wonder if we'll run into any clan cats out here.

Zephyr froze, his nose twitching as he hissed, "Get down!" As he laid his tail across Dusty's shoulders, pushing her down. Ahead of them, he saw the distinct shape of a rabbit and his mouth watered. "Look at the size of that rabbit! We'll be eating good tonight!"
Swanstar nuzzled her apprentice back and licked her forehead, "I'm not the best, but I try to do my best," she murmured. She turned her attention back to Jaypaw and chuckled, "Quite true, a Leader should know when it is time to be silly and when to be serious." Her tone hardened as she continued on, "This journey is to help you find your way as warriors, and to meet with past loved ones. Through meeting StarClan, you will find your purpose."
(I'm sorry! I had that happen to me too, they hired someone else because they had more experience than I did, and my question was how I would get the experience without having a job XD)

WildHeart sat in the nursery letting IceKit stalk his tail like it was a piece of prey silently wishing that he had his own kits that he could watch grow up and continue his legacy.

"Now my tail is going to fall off if you keep up like this" he said in a playful tone. He got up turned around lay back down again and put IceKit in between his huge paws and meowed "Now what would you like to do? learn the hunting crouch or some fighting moves or do you just want to talk"

She dropped down quickly and watched the large rabbit from the distance, she wondered how he could get close to it? It was sure to dash off into the undergrowth if he wasn't careful. She though for a moment then looked at him, "We could ambush it. I can go to the other side of it and chase it towards you." She said softly.

Alderpaw pinned his ears back and let his gaze travel to the ground. His moment of braveness was over. Lifting his eyes up he let his gaze travel to Jaypaw. My happiness was destroyed because of you! The shy apprentice thought angrily, feeling a strong emotion he hadn't felt ever before. Alderpaw quickly shook it off and sighed under his breath. I can't hate him because he did one thing to me one time.
