Fixing her blue gaze on Stormberry, Sagetail noticed how frantic the cat seemed. "Of course, what would you like to do?" she mewed happily, trying to calm down the cat. "Honestly I have no idea. I just feel like stretching my paws, so I'm up for anything." Stormberry took a moment to contemplate the situation. If Sagetail was as indecisive as she was this conversation was going to go nowhere. The only logical thing to to was just suggest. "We could hunt, do some scouting, maybe we could even try to find some herbs for Blackbrook." Normally she'd suggest having Sagetail help her with tutoring Lizardpaw, but Stormberry did not feel like dealing with an upset apprentice again, so she steered clear of that topic. |

She lifted her tail and bounded forwards to catch up with her friend, giving her a nudge when she noticed her gloomy expression. "Come on Stormberry, it's a beautiful day." she purred, continuing mischievously, "Do try and lighten up, otherwise I'll be forced to splash you with water." |

(Hey guys. I know things have been super slow. Cinnamon is still busy, they're going to be busy for a bit, possibly. I'd just wait a while to see what happens, it may be a while until there's an update.

Sagetail stretched luxuriously where she lay by the warriors den. She had just been on a border patrol, and she was enjoying the moment of rest.

An Update from Cinnamon
Hello everyone. It’s me, back from the dead-ish. Lots of information under the cut, I didn't want to spam.
First off, I want to sincerely and thoroughly apologize for my absence here on the forums. I know I play a key role in several roleplays, and that my inactivity has likely caused a lot of problems with moving forward with plots and other things. For that, and for not checking in sooner, I am deeply sorry. I hope everyone has continued to have a positive experience here despite my absence.
Secondly, a bit of background information. I’m a college student supporting myself through schooling and I am (at the end of this month) making a big move, 6 hours away from my current residence. I will be starting from scratch there, so my time lately has been consisting of planning, saving money, buying supplies and a multitude of many crazy things. In addition, I was recently in a car accident which has left me in deficit of a vehicle, as well as several thousand dollars in funds needed for my move, now dedicated to the aftermath of said accident. I know that these things are not an excuse for my unexplained absence, but I hope they will put some light to my circumstances.
Finally, I want to say that I do, eventually, plan on returning and becoming active here on the forums again. When exactly that will be... it’s hard to say. I’d like to be optimistic and say about a month or so, but it is difficult for me to pinpoint exactly how much free time I will have in my new location/job/school come this August. All I can say on the matter is that I really have enjoyed my time here and all the friends I’ve made, and I definitely plan on coming back when it’s possible for me. It’s just right now, real life is too hard on me, and the forums cannot take priority.
I hope you all don’t think this is too excessive or silly… I honestly feel bad about just disappearing, and I’ve put thought about what I wanted to say here, just to give everyone clarification.
TL;DR Real life problems hit me hard, they take priority, I’m sorry for being gone and I hope to be back soon. Thank you everyone. |
