Leafkit squirmed slightly under her mothers tongue. "Im upset because I don't like Leopardkit. She's weak and she's the whole reason I got hurt by that fox!"

Goldfeather blinked in surprise and looked up at Shardfury, "Leafkit, why would you say something like that. It's not Leopardkit's fault completely. She didn't force you to leave camp. You went out on your own free will."

Leafkit looked at Goldfeather. "And then she wouldn't move when I tried to run from the fox. I stopped to try and drag her with me so the fox got me. I don't even know why you kept her after she hurt me!"

"Oh really? How was your patrol? Catch a lot of prey?" Hailstorm asked curiously, tipping his head to the side. Songbreeze said flicking her tail towards the prey she was talking about. She bent down to lick her chest fur to hide her embarrassment for gloating.
Across the camp, out of hearing range, Fallenlight huffed at the sight of seeing his littermate talking to Hailstorm. He had nothing against the tom really, but he knew how Hailstorm was with she-cats. Rolling onto his back he thought to himself, "If she's going to fall for that toms trap I'll let her learn her lesson. I just hope it doesn't result in kits he refuses to acknowledge." Fallenlight shook his head at that notion as he rolled back onto his belly. |

Yarrowcloud grumbled as he looked at the cloudy sky, only to huff as he felt rain drops fall down. His thick fur was ideal for the weather so he simply moved to the nursery to warm his mate and kits.
Peachdapple shook water from her fur as she collected herbs.
Hornetstrike had finished training Shadepaw for the day.
Dapplepaw and Autumnpaw were in the apprentice's den.

Autumnpaw snickered over to Wolfpaw.
"I saw you showing those kits some battle moves. You're a tough roller, I'd say." She teased in a friendly manner, the fearless and large young she-cat winking with glinting green eyes.

Songbreeze felt her fur warm with pride as the tom complimented her. "I could work on my fighting skills. I don't want to be seen as useless." The she-cat mumbled to herself. There was a fluttering feeling in her chest as she thought of the possibility of being alone with Hailstorm.
Fallenlight wondered what to do for the rest of the day. He had already hunted with huge success and was on dawnpatrol. |

"I still have a bit to learn myself before I start teaching others." She waved her tail lightly.
"So, how's training? My mentor rocks." She bragged humorously.

"I have a lot to learn too. I was just teaching them how to swipe." Wolfpaw trailed off, watching her. "Training is fine. Stormface is kinda strict."
Hailstorm flicked his ear, chuckling. "I'm sure you can fight fine." He spoke, watching her.

"You think so?" Songbreeze was getting more and more comfortable with this tom by the second. Her heart was beating like crazy making her think that maybe she had a crush on the tom but she twitched her tail back and forth. It didn't make sense to already have a crush when she's barely spoken to Hailstorm. Songbreeze was hoping that her eyes weren't betraying her inner turmoil.
