Aight so this is whats going down.
The planet is in disarray because of the nuclear holocaust, leaving most everyone and everything on the planet dead, but there were a few human survivors that survived. However, due to the horrible polution in the air because of the nukes, the humans have mutated to become more okay with their enviiornment. We're not sure yet what they can mutate to, but I need scary creepy cat poeple. <3 Taht much is for sure.

Owl's Idea:
so aliens, right? What if ages ago, humans sent up a colony into space, m'kay? This colony ended up on a planet with new materials and new ideals-- they separated from earth and they've been on risky terms since then. Finally cold war-- then a biological new weapon is sent to earth by the colony, and it destroys everything. It kills off people from sickness, mutations, and just everything-- but the people from the OTHER planet are immune to that. So Earth is suffering and warping, while the Martians take advantage of this and come back down to conquer what is left. So there's a mix of mutated human stragglers, and rich Martian invaders going around.
And yeah.

Although I am a little confused, just clear somethin up with me? ;w; So from what I understood, Earth sent out a mission into space to go and colonize a planet, and the people on that mission landed there safely and started a civilization with new resources there. And the colony and the people on Earth fought over something politics related or something - but what im confused about, is, did the people on the colony send the nuke that killed almost all life on Earth, or did Earth bomb their selves?

-Casual shrug- xD Bro, okay - so this is what I had in mind for the cat folk jus so yall know whats goin down.
So, the cat people right. Theyre not like furries, okay. Theyre not that attractive. Cause nothing in a post apolocpyptic world is i mean come on were dealing with aliens here. albeit human aliens but still. so they have cat like traits to them because when the chemical stuff got all in the air they went and lived in the deeper parts of the forest where they found animal survivors and this one was a cat so they grew around the cats so their body had to like, quickly reconctruct to get used to the enviornment to live? So they mutated to get used to the air, and also had cat like qualities because they lived with them, right? So they have eyes that can see through the dark, and have the weird 2 eyelid things like cats do, and those pierce eyes. And they walk on two legs right, and have skin in most places, but also fur. for instance, on their spine are hackles made of needle like fur, which when it raises its very sharp. And they have normal hands,but between the webbing from each finger is a sheathe for a claw, and when they get angry they come out and its hella long. They have tails and the ears of a cat, as well as cat like ways to them and stuff. And thats 'bout it.
