(Sounds fine with me!) After Mosswing had rested a bit, she padded out of the warriors den, spotting Owlmoon and Hickoryfoot not too far away. She grinned softly, heading over. -- SparrowBrokenpaw muzzled her brother slightly with a giggle. "Well it doesn't look like Rainflight is too busy right now. Come on, lets go talk to him," she meowed, looking between her brother and the medicine cat den. Slowly, she made her way over. |

[Okie dokie  ] Bogpaw let his sister lead him over to the medicine cat. Bogpaw wrinkled his nose at the plant smells that clung to the tom's fur and mewed, " Um, Rainflight?" Bogpaw avoided eye contact as he explained in almost an embarrassed manner, " I got stepped on in the fight and my side really hurts now." |

Owlmoon mintedstar/fur🦇Mosswing shrugged, sitting down beside them. "Oh, I'm still just a bit tired from all that running we've done," she meowed, looking from Hickoryfoot and towards Owlmoon. She frowned slightly. "Are you doing okay!" -- SparrowRainflight had been organizing the now messed up den. He lifted his head, glancing over towards the apprentice before just heading over. "Stepped on? I hope you haven't broken a few ribs," sphe meowed as he began inspecting Bogpaw. He then headed over towards his pile again, chewing up some comfrey just in case before licking it onto his side. "I suggest you get some rest, then come back to me in a few day's time. For now, take training easy," he meowed between licks. Brokenpaw stood next to her brother's side, watching quietly.

Hickoryfoot curled her tail closer and yawned. "Yeah. I wonder why no one scented them by the border. I mean... three foxes and one of them was going to have a pup soon. That can't be a good omen for this season." Her ears were laid back.

brokenBogpaw made a face as the poultice was rubbed on, but didn't protest. He did protest when he heard her diagnosis though. He sounded a little panicked, clearly not realizing he might just have a bruised rib, " I can't take it easy! We were attacked by three foxes. I should be training harder! I can't have broken ribs. I'll fall behind!" He looked at his sister for support, taking a step away from the medicine cat.

mintedstar/fur🦇Mosswing blinked a few times, then glanced off towards the leader's den. She eventually shrugged with a sigh, licking her pelt slowly. "They should be worried. It was so unexpected and with little warning..." -- Sparrow(Did I ever give bogpaw a mentor?) Brokenpaw frowned a bit as she listened to what Bogpaw said in response. That was true, he would fall behind. She was about to say something, but the medicine cat broke in. "Listen Bogpaw, what's more important? Your health or training?" Rainflight muttered, trying his best to act as serious as possible, and he was beginning to feel angry at the cat. "If you don't rest up, you may never be a warrior, which is your dream, am I wrong?" The tom turned away from them, flicking his tail in dismissal. "I'll be sure to talk to your mentor about it."

[No, ha ha, I was going to ask you about it after the fox attack was over, but I forgot.]
Bogpaw wanted to shout something back at the medicine cat, but couldn't think of anything to say, so he just growled and flounced away from Brokenpaw and Rainflight. He stomped over to the apprentice's den where he sat and pouted, fur standing on end. Of course things would be worse if he didn't keep up his health. But he didn't feel like he should have been hurt in the first place. He was a Timeclan cat! He shouldv'e been ready! He was so scared and small next to that fox. And now he was hurt! He was useless!

Getting hurt just made it worse. But he needed to be calm. He was the confident one! He'd been fine during the fight right? No... he'd gotten himself damaged. He wasn't good enough. Bogpaw stopped his pounding thoughts long enough to hear Brokenpaw's idea. He paused and actually considered Brokenpaw's offer for a moment. Maybe they-- no! He couldn't hold up his sister's training because he was injured! " You can't do that." He curled his tail apologetically around his paws, unable to stop his inflated fears from slipping out slightly, " It's my fault. I'm sorry." Bogpaw turned to face his sister and put on a brave smile, " I'll just..." He paused to think, " ...work harder once I'm better. I'll catch up in no time." Once he said that, his old self-assured personality began to slowly bleed back in, making his chest not feel quite so tight and his weak smile a little more genuine. " Yeah! I don't know what I was so worried about. Its only a couple days." [Bogpaw is unexpectedly really fun to roleplay. He doesn't feel anything halfway.] |

Hi, I would like to join the clan if that's alright My character is as follows: Cat Name: Galaxyfur, 13 moons Screen Name: Cinderpaw Description & Personality: Galaxyfur is a slender she-cat with a small frame and long legs and tail. She has dusty, light grey fur which is speckled with darker grey spots. She also has darker grey fur around her eyes, which are a beautiful blue. Galaxyfur is an elegant cat, and due to her long limbs, she is faster than the average cat; meaning that she can hunt rabbits and other quick prey easily. She is loyal to her friends and quick to defend anyone who threatens them, not taking lightly to new comers. Due to her small size, she isn't very good at fighting, but can use her size and speed to her advantage. History: Joined the clan when she was 7 moons after her mother died. (Hi CinderBrook, I'll add you!) -- SparrowBrokenpaw sat back some as she listened, her ears pressed against her head as she nodded slowly. She felt bad for her brother. He was only acting the way he had been because he was trying to protect his Clanmates. Maybe if she had actually helped a little more, this wouldn't have happened. She sat down in her nest, wrapping her injured tail around her paws. "B-Bogpaw, I don't think you should be hard on yourself. It's not all your fault. You did what you had to do to protect us," she meowed softly, smiling as she tilted her head to one side. "And I'll be sure to come and visit you when I can," she said this, though she felt a little bad about it. "And I can help you catch up, if you'll need the help." She quieted down for a moment, then batted at his ears playfully. "Besides, it's not like you'll miss a lot while your off for a few days anyway." |

broken Bogpaw listened doubtfully, but gave a small nod as Brokenpaw spoke. Brokenpaw was right. He had helped protect the clan just like he should. Just like he'd trained and wanted to do since a kit. But he'd been scared when the fox showed up. Really scared. And he hated it. It felt horrible. He cast a glance at his nest, feeling both resentment at having to rest and a smidge of relief because his side honestly did hurt pretty bad and he was feeling really worn out. He blinked in surprise as Brokenpaw moved at him. As she batted his ears, he tilted his head away and failing to dodge her paws, a laugh bubbled out, " Ha! You know you'll be bored stiff without me there!"

SparrowThe small apprentice chuckled softly, nodding. "Y-yes! Of course I'm going to find it a little boring that you're not going to be there!" Brokenpaw held her paw out in front of her as she spoke, still staring at him. "But hey, maybe I'll actually be some competition for you once you get back to training. We can see who the best fighter is," she suggested with a shrug. She was a little sad to hear that Bogpaw wouldn't be training with her, but he did have to rest so he could get back to full health. And hopefully that didn't last too long.

Galaxyfur trotted through the entrance, her jaws loaded with fresh kill and a cheery expression on her face which disappeared the moment she saw the state of camp. Worry and confusion appeared in her eyes, and she quickly ran to the fresh-kill pile to dump her catch before staring around. It looked as though the camp had been attacked, and yet she had not heard anything or been able to help. Spotting Hollowstar near her den, she hurried over, "What in the name of Starclan happened here?" she mewed with horror.

Hollowstar had been speaking to a few of the warriors, telling them his plans about getting the camp walls fixed. Once he spotted the other she-cat come into camp, he excused himself and headed over towards her. "Galaxyfur, it was a fox attack. I'm surprised you hadn't heard anything while you were out, then again the fighting happen in and around camp- no farther than the river," he meowed softly, staring at her with little emotion at all. "Fortunately there weren't any casualties and everything is under control now."
