BoneClan Description stuff goes here
GENERAL RULES
- No godmodding, spotlighting, or powerplaying. Ask about introducing new prophecies, plots, killing off someone's character, etc.
- This is a semi-literate clan, meaning your characters have to have some depth and posts must be 2-4 sentences long minimum, and have decent spelling and grammar. One-liners are discouraged, but you do not have to post any spectacular paragraphs either.
- You can have as many cats as you want, but you need to keep up with all of them. If you have a high-ranked cat or a plot/prophecy character and are inactive, your cat can be given away or replaced entirely.
- When creating a cat, try to keep the balance of genders within the Clan even.
- Your cats can't be perfect. They get injured, get sick, and make mistakes, just like everyone else.
- If you have an apprentice and your cat's mentor is inactive or unavailable, other characters may take the initiative and mentor the apprentice. It helps move everything along.
- Keep your characters realistic. LGBTQIA+ is fine. No names or words that you wouldn't see in the books. Think of something the cats would see on a semi-regular basis that you might find in the desert.
- The clan code can be broken for drama and plot.
CLAN CODE
- When the time comes for war, or a battle, fight with your life. Show no mercy.
- Do not enter the Grove of Stars to hunt unless you have to. And under no circumstances should you lead an enemy there.
- For an apprentice to earn their warrior name, they must complete 5 training sessions of any type and participate in 1 battle.
- Trust the word of your superiors, but also follow your own instinct.
- Showing a clanmate unprovoked aggression is seen as mutiny, and you will be punished.
- Do not leave the territory unless under order from a superior.
- Do not tolerate cats not of our Clan trespassing on our territory.
- Be loyal to your mate. If you are caught being disloyal, it is your mate's decision what your punishment shall be.
- Fend for yourself. If a cat is unable to hunt, it is nobody else's responsibility to feed them, however they may choose to do so.
- Enduring the pain and toils of the desert will one day make you worthy to join your ancestors in the Eternal Plains, where a lush life of luxury awaits you.

im here im queer what are the rules about character realism???? like i dont want Zebraspots or Flamingowing u know EDIT I can do banners and stuff, but you shoud pick the pictures ALSO i converted the GC code hell yeah also in the reboot of GC we had this thing where apprentices had to do 5 training sessions and participate in 1 battle before becoming an apprentice, what do you think??? i think it would make it a whole lot easier getting warrior names and would also force people to interact with each other ,,,, |

- Swamp ???
- Desert
I think if we do desert, could we have it bordering some low, somewhat forested mountains?? Maybe with like rivers and stuff that are dangerous

Well technically desert wasteland, and maybe they can be near a lake though, except maybe it's tainted so a lot of dead fish show up on shore sometimes, and the fish taste disgusting, most cats get sick if they drink the water. Does it even make sense to have a swamp next to a desert or

Yeah maybe they have like a runoff from mountains that provides them with a little creek of fresh water, and theres a few pine trees but they don't go in the forest because 1. pride and 2. they're scared of it maybe?

Oooh yes exactly. Do you think Stargrove is a good name. Moongrove. Lifegrove? Because it's seen as a beacon of life/the tie with Starclan?
Also should we have other landmarks? I think the lake should be called Stilllife Lake or Still Lake.

Maybe they have a different concept of StarClan?
Like they call it 'the lush heavens' or something like that. Or 'the eternal plains' and they thing the sky is this big plain and the stars are their ancestors running in the plains where there's lots of food and water as a reward for their resilience of staying in the desert. Maybe that's why they stay in the desert, because they get rewarded if they do. What about 'The Grove of Stars' because there's a small pool there that reflects the stars. And they communicate with their ancestors by eating the berries that grow there?

- Lizards
- Radioactive fish
- Mice..?
- Squirrels
- Maybe a specie of bird but IDK

Uhhh crows? Ravens? Vultures? Also maybe even rabbits.
Maybe for landmarks there's like funky shaped rock formations, or like a dead tree split in half by lightning, maybe like a broken down rusted truck.

Yeah vultures can be like an owl sort of deal. They're dangerous but they can be eaten if you can catch one.
What about wild dogs? And hawks, and owls, and maybe coyotes or wolves? Also roadrunners could be listed as prey.
Wait wait okay so what about like a Clan name that makes sense

Okay so I have an idea to flesh out the Grove of Stars. Maybe it's like this oasis where there's dense flora surrounding the little pool of mountain runoff, and you enter it through these two rocks that are leaning against eachother? That sounds nice yeh
