"Ałł I ωαииα đø ıš тακe чøυя мøиeч."
Requirements:
Be literate. (Use proper grammar and not many typos.) Be descriptive. (Use imagery and strong language.) And lastly be able to type at least 20 lines per post.
The reason why is because I would like to improve my writing skills!
Plot:
My guy can control fire, and your girl can control lightning. They are forced to live on the run, since the government want them for 'reasons'. My guy has been in and out of jail several times for various crimes.
One night, they are both on the run when they run into each other. They work together to escape their pursuers and end up sticking together, but not wanting to admit they had slight feelings for the other.
{Ah, hello! That's just the base of a plot, and it can go anywhere. If you're interested in joining, I'll be working on a starter! :3}

20 lines per post, eh? I might regret this later on but I'll join! Could you maybe give me an example of the size of post you like? I know you said 20 lines but depending on what device I am on at the moment 20 lines could vary. Or I could delete my post and just read your starter when you post it...

{Hello there! :3 Sorry for taking a while! I'm actually going to change it to 15 lines, since I don't feel like typing that much myself haha.}
A single pair of footsteps echoed against the buildings to the left of the figure. The streets were completely empty, aside from the occasional car. It wasn't unusual though, people were just trying to stay away from him. More specifically, the guy walking down the street right at that very moment. He was notorious for his powers over fire, and also for committing a bunch of crimes and going to jail. Because of that, everyone hated him. The guy was an outcast, a runaway. Declared 'dangerous' and 'not to be messed with', his life became hard.
It wasn't his fault, however. He had never asked for these powers. Clenching his fists, a flood of bad memories came to him. Why had it been him? Shaking his head with a sigh, he relaxed his hands, resting them at his sides. Flames were dancing on his black hoodie, and he realized he had been tense ever since the government had been chasing him all over town for the past couple nights. It wasn't necessarily fun, but rather stressful. The only fun part about it was getting to use his powers to explode things.
The guy, who went by Lucian, wasn't such a bad person on the inside. Being treated horribly his whole life, he just began to act differently around people. He began a life of crime, and soon after discovered he had powers. It wasn't so bad at first, before people knew it was actually him. Little did they know, he couldn't control his powers. Not that people cared about what he had to say, though. Calling him a freak, a monster, stuff like that. The flames had disappeared as smoke took its place, dissipating into the night air.
Feeling a drop of rain, he stopped and stared up at the sky. Sure enough, there were plenty of clouds. The moonlight's glow wasn't as bright as other nights, leaving the dim streetlights the main source of light. The rain started to fall slightly harder, becoming more of a drizzle. He was about to continue walking, when he heard a shout coming from behind.
"Hey, you!"
Lucian made a mistake of turning back to glance at whoever had called him out right as a gunshot sounded, feeling a sharp pain overcome his chest. It didn't hurt as much because of the adrenaline coursing through his veins, but he knew it would come back to bite him twice as hard later. The guy turned back and bolted, taking long strides in a desperate attempt to outrun them. Oh, great. Not tonight too! Lucian clicked his tongue with a 'tch' and made a sharp turn into an alley, making his way to the other side of the city. He came out on a different street, continuing to run as his heart started to pound against his chest. The rain was heavy now, and he was already soaked. How did they find me? Lucian thought in a panic, running blindly through the streets, hearing shouting behind him over the rain. The government just didn't give up, did they. The fear and adrenaline were enough to get him to run. To make things worse, he had been shot. If not for this rain, there would be a trail of blood leading right to him. Turning onto a different street, he pushed himself to continue running as fast as his legs could allow.

((Lol okay. And no worries about taking a while to respond...goodness knows I do X3 ))
Zzzzzt!
She woke up with a jolt and immediately her legs and arms began to twitch and spasm as if she were having a seizure. The sudden noise of her legs colliding with an upturned trashcan made her freeze for a few seconds, and in that moment of silence her whole body shivered slightly, making goosebumps appear along her arms and legs.
Her stormy gray eyes opened and she instantly wished that they hadn't. Dingy brick and long shadows surrounded her, giving the impression that she was in some sort of abandoned alley. She was lying on her side on top of a trash dumpster which was thankfully closed. Ominous thunder sounded, warning anyone who would listen of the coming storm. She tried to lift her head to see more of where she was, then fell back against the dumpster lid with a small cry as her entire body seemed to protest violently against movement of any sort.
Taima closed her eyes again and took three long, deep breaths. Then she gritted her teeth and rapidly pushed herself off of the dumpster, ignoring the banging in her head as much as she could. She somehow managed to land on her feet and steadied herself against the nearest wall, noticing with an ounce of humor that the dumpster lid was bent and disfigured from where she had landed on it. Then she looked around and realized grimly that this cruddy object was probably the only reason why she was still alive.
She scooped her tangled blonde hair into her hands and shoved it all behind her shoulders, grimacing when her hands came back with a gooey red substance stained on them. Then she glanced upward, retracing visually the place where she had tripped while running along the rooftops from the authorities. How they had found her in the first place she had no idea; it wasn't like she had been flashing her powers out for all to see!
She clenched her hands into fists and limped along the alleyway, leaning heavily on the brick walls. She hated her stupid powers! Always causing trouble, ruining her life--
"Hey you!"
She flinched as she heard a shot ring out but kept moving, knowing that staying in one place for too long was dangerous for someone of her...abilities. Besides, this had nothing to do with her...right?
She nearly jumped out of her skin when a guy appeared around the corner running toward her pursued by--
No, no, no! Feeling her hair bush out with sudden static Taima froze, unsure of where to go or what to do. She was in no condition for this...

Møиø¢ħяøмeOh btw, I think I saw that you've been making quite a few of these. Just as a suggestion, it might be easier for you and any other players if you make one combined rp that everyone participates in. A little less confusing for me anyways ;D
