Flintstrike looked at Dropletleaf with affection in her eyes. She knew that Dropletleaf cared about her, but sometimes some things took priority over sleep. "I know, I really should, but to be honest with you... I've been having trouble sleeping lately." Flintstrike admitted. Dropletleaf nodded. "Just try sleeping next to Gorsefang!" Her voice drifted off dreamily. "He's great..." |

Meanwhile, Flintstrike got up headed over to a nearby tree, and beside it was a large flat stone that was bathed in sunlight. She sat down and curled up, closed her eyes, and quickly fell asleep. She wouldn't sleep long, she had told herself. It was her own fault that she was exhausted.
