Eaglepaw's stance was determined as he caught sight of the sparrow that had gently landed on a nearby loose branch. The sparrow hadn't even glanced Eaglepaw's way yet, which was a feat for the oftentimes clumsy apprentice. As he crouched down, setting his tail down parallel to the ground, he creeped forward, determination flowing through his veins. He'd nearly reached the bird when a nearby branch creaked from the wind, scaring off his prey.
"Mousedung!" he exclaimed, plopping down with an exasperated huff. He was hoping to impress his mentor with his catch, but naturally, that wouldn't happen.

Brightpath sat in the camp and watched cats greet and share tongues. Before long , Ripplefeather gave her a nod and then sta next to her with a small fish. She nods and took a big bite out of the reddish silver scales.

Eaglepaw treaded back into camp, disappointment clouding his gaze. He shrugged it off as he saw other cats, reminding himself of his impressive fighting demonstration the previous day. So what if Eaglepaw's hunting skills were a little lackluster, he made up for it by being able to fight like a champion. His tail perked up in confidence as he nodded to Brightpath and Ripplefeather.
"Hello!" he meowed, sitting down near them. "How are you?"

" Im alright " Brightpath mews to the apprentice. She knew he had good fighting skills but Lilyclan was much peaceful and those would not benefit. Hunting a special way was their trait and they wanted to keep it.
Ripplefeather nods. " Im good too. How about you Eaglepaw ? " He smiles. He knows Brightpath is giving an imdating look so he gives her a shoulder nudge to lighten up.

"I'm great! I almost caught a bird but it took off before I could get it! Leaf-fall is always so windy,"he complained, maintaining a bright tone despite the negative look of Brightpath. He motioned to their fish, and asked, "Did either of you catch that?"

Daffodilstar dashed over to the group, looking like an excited kit. It's been forever since I've been out of the camp! Adrenaline pumped through her body. She skidded to a halt beside Sparrowleap. "Could I join a patrol?" Creamfur saw that his sister was excited. Leaning over to Sparrowleap, he hissed in her ear. "Maybe it's a good idea to send her herb-gathering..." He kept his voice low. Sparrowleap looked at Creamfur with a glint of amusement in her eyes. She saw Mallowbreeze in the corner of camp, probably keeping an eye out for cats who didn't seem to be occupied so she could ask them to accompany her. "Well, it would be nice if you helped Mallowbreeze out there.. But if you really want to you can go on the patrol. She seems to need some help though." |

Wolfsong padded up to Sparrowleap add Creamfur. "I wanna go on a patrol!" said the gray warrior, tot realizing he didn't have much respect in his voice.

Creamfur eyed the young warrior. "Guess who needs to say please and use more respectful language because he's not a Clan leader." Creamfur's gaze was firm.

As everyone walked off Swandust padded to a nice spot in the shade then sat down and started playing with some flowers and thought to herself "I just feel like no one cares about me,but I don't know why...." as her head fell softly

Newly joined members only- If you have joined LilyClan with an apprentice please let me know how you would like them to start off. I can certainly do a ceremony or have you start out as an apprentice already, we have a had people do it both ways. Please let me know about any preferences you have for mentors. Creamfur addressed both Swandust and Wolfsong. "The two of you may go on a patrol, Sparrowleap will be deciding." He looked at Sparrowleap. "With this many cats it would be good to have two patrols, right?"

Brokenkit woke up to find herself in the medic den her leg witching under the herbs that had been placed on it. As she moved it she winced, scared she dragged her leg to the entrance and looked around to see if anycat was watching her.
