The demon sighed, not willing to just wait around. Sure, it could be a deadtrap, but what else was this place supposed to be.
Home sweet home, really. All it needed was a little more crumbling buildings and more demons.
They stalked over to the bookcase and just pulled the book downward with as much force as possible.

Savannah was about to scold them but before she could the case where the stone was moved to reveal stairs leading down. She couldn't even process the idea of there being a downstairs. "Stairs? That's it?" She couldn't help feeling there had to be more to this but she just didn't know. She decided to cast a blur spell using Witch magic on the three of them making it hard to see them in the dark but if you looked close enough you could see the blur. Then she started downwards.

Kuragehime, mintedstar/furAsuramaru crossed his arms and tilted his head away from the scientist. He didn't care much for either of them, but an alliance did sound like a plan. And besides, he was a demon so like he'd be playing by the rules anyway. "Hm?" He pretended to think about it for a moment, then sighed and nodded as he looked back at him. "A truce it is," he agreed softly, then looked over at Myrnin to see what he had to say.

Truth be told, after this long I've kind of given up on finding Freedom, but I'm still interested in helping." He pointed in the direction he'd come in. "As I said, I know which parts of the Museum that it isn't in." He looked at Okabe again and said, "So basically, Life's a little easier to find. Plus, it's larger." He held up his hands again and said, "It's a window, about this big. As far as I found, it's the only window in the whole building." |

Savannah stopped and stopped them as she looked at the stairs which had turned from stone to wood then after four steps going back to stone. "Why must things like this always seem so obvious?" She said as she kept her light ball alive and glowing.

Savannah decided to try this, speaking in a different language one used for Sorcerer magic she cast an energy bolt on the first step the steps crumbled to dust and she peered down seeing at the bottom is lava. "Yeah I'd say jump." She said as she jump the four step wide hole landing on the other side of the stairs leading down.

Sytry missed their wings a little as they jumped the hole. It would have been easier if they could have just flown over it. But all they had was the stumps left on their back, which were ugly and useless. If they changed shape, they could have flown, but they didn't have any desire to mimic it.
They landed on the other side, long hair drifting back down to its usual length and the demon turned their head to look at Savannah again. "Someone really doesn't want us walking around in here."

"For all we know, if anything to heavily...edits the Museum, it might just repair itself." Though by the hints Sable had been dropping, that didn't seem like the case. But, then again, a fan had caused a flash freeze and a dozen other impossible and improbable things had happened. What could the detective believe anymore. He looked over at Kagura after a second and asked, "Fire breathing flute? Where'd that thought come from?" It seemed...far to precise for it to be random.

They continued to follow the girl, every now and again taking out a cookie or another sweet to snack on it. |

Savannah just sighed at this. "I just wanna get out of here so I can get back to my life. Hell Adam, Paige and Lucas are probably already worried about where I am right now." She said as she stepped into a doorway which seemed to take them to an aquarium. A bunch of tanks with all kinds of sea life were there. "An aquarium?" She said confused.

"Well, according to the note," Sytry said without much tact. "They think you're dead." They looked around the new room, eyes showing that they were very interested in why there was suddenly a lot of fish on the walls. "What is all this?" they asked.

"I was away on a case when I apparently died. They'll think I was kidnapped not dead." Savannah said as she looked around. "No idea but I don't think it's the location of Sable's life." She said as she walked down the halls of aquarium tanks the smell of decaying fish present.

"I highly doubt it's a dead fish." Savannah said as she continued forward looking around for doors or stuff. She didn't see anything of use so continued on through the aquarium room.

Savannah gasped as the door slammed shut locking them into an empty room. "What the hell!" She shouted as she banging on the door. Water started filling the room fast not giving them much time to figure out a solution. "Where is this water coming from!"

They didn't seem to find the water dangerous, apart from the fact that their socks were getting wet.

Kuragehime"A rope might be more helpful then," Newt suggested. He looked around again, warily picking up what looked like wig that had been sitting one a sort of plush seat. Don't ask him why that was there, he couldn't even begin to guess. He pointed his wand at it and attempted to transfigure that. What he handed to Nyx was something that was a rope, but seemed to be of the same consistency the wig had been. He hoped that the other man wouldn't notice. |
