Chase padded out the back of the castle, taking a deep breath of the cold night air. Looking up, he had to admit he was disappointed to see that the clouds were covering the full moon, but he wouldn't let that ruin it. He walked out into the clearing and sat down to look at the sky.

Alfonse gritted his teeth. "It was an accident, you little imbecile." The tension between the two had grown in the two weeks prior, ever since she had attempted to attack him, and he hadn't the patience to deal with her temper.

Aurora sighed, "It's fine. Just... go back inside. I'll be back soon. I've just got to check on something first." She lied, "If I'm late getting back, just stay put and don't come looking for me."
(Winter: It's a full moon in the role-play, and some serious stuff's about to go down.)

Lani returns to the castle and licked her lips. She had gone out to hunt finding some animals and feeding from them. Lani preferred human blood but she couldn't have human blood right now.
Mako wandered around.

Well, so is this!" She made a move to kick him in the shin, but as luck would have it, Peter just so happened to be walking up to them, and she kicked him by mistake. Peter wasn't nearly as tall as Alfonse, so he was kicked a little bit higher than his shin... The boy immediately crumpled without a sound, and Pandora gave a surprised smirk. |

Damocles lowered his head and said," Yes mam I will go." Damocles then started to walk back to the castle but Kiba stayed in the same place and asked," What is going on miss Aurora because your aura looks off?"

Aurora flinched, "Nothing. Nothing is going on. I just need to go look for something. I won't be gone long. Now, would you mind going back to the castle now? I'm running out of time." She looked to be growing impatient.
Catori followed after Damocles, in order to keep him company. She knew exactly what was going on, but said nothing about it.

Alfonse, after making sure Peter was alright, started angrily towards her. "You are, without a doubt, the most dreadful creature I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Picking you up in that forest was a detrimental mistake on my part." He stood over her, glaring.

Kiba was about to ask something but was stopped when Damocles ran back towards Kiba and bit his tail. Kiba yipped in pain and then chased after the now running Damocles.

Pandora smiled up at him cooly, "I'm sure I'm not the most dreadful creature you've ever met. You had to be spawned from someone, right?" Aurora took the opportunity to disappear into the woods. (Hey Earthchip, I'm about to do something really major, but it shouldn't take long. You can go ahead and be bringing your character closer to the castle, and when I give the signal, he can come into the clearing. Just don't have him run into Aurora right now, kay?  ) |

Kiba had chased Damocles all the way back to their room back in the castle and once there Kiba pinned Damocles to the ground and growled.

Alfonse, tired and hungry, had had enough. The girl's taunt had hit a nerve; he hadn't a clue who his biological parents may be, or where they may be. "You're one to talk." His voice had lost its usual intelligent tone as he sneered down at the girl.

Catori followed the chimeras back to their room, stopping short when she seen Kiba holding down Damocles. Her eyes went wide, "Stop!"
"You know... I never thanked you for bringing me here. Allow me to express my utmost gratitude..."
Pandora's eyes went dark as she roughly shoved Aflonse up against the wall and held him there with inhuman strength.
The long wispy clouds up above them finally drew apart like a curtain, revealing a brightly lit yellow full moon.
"How purrrfectly cinematic." Pandora chuckled darkly as a shadowy substance poured out of her like thick black smoke.

Kiba jumped off Damocles and once he was free Damocles ran behind Catori in fear. Kiba rolled his eyes and said," Damocles you know I wasn't going to hurt you." Damocles just whined in fear and asked," Please protect me big sister Catori."

Alfonse's eyes grew wide as he watched the scene play out before him. He struggled to escape, or to fight back, but was unable to do either of those things. The scrawny human remained against the wall, silent, as he drew uneven, shallow breaths. Finally, his courage having left him, he made an attempt to yell for help, but, conveniently, his voice failed him.

The darkness billowed around Pandora until she was entirely hidden from view. Only her outstretched hand remained visible as it abruptly began to shimmer and distort like a mirage. The end result looked like the powerful forepaw of a black leopard. Long sharp talons dug into his flesh as the shadows swirled and grew in size. A pair of glowing eyes blinked open three feet above Alfonse and were accompanied by a deep rumbling growl.
Peter had recovered enough to roll away from the two, and now sat staring onward in absolute horror.
The shadows finally withdrew backwards, revealing a monumentous panther with inky black fur and glowing yellow, pupil-less eyes. The beast towered at least eight or nine feet tall while propped on its hind legs. With large dripping fangs bared, the giant cat pushed Alfonse to the ground and swiped a clawed paw at his midriff.

Kiba sighed and said," Damocles if I wished to hurt you I would have done that when we were outside the castle. You know the place that prevents me from hurting you." Damocles then slowly moved out from behind Catori and said," But it is still uncomfortable." Kiba rolled his eyes and said," Oh stop being such a pup." Damocles growled and said," I am not a pup and if you call me that again I will tell Aurora." Kiba chuckled and said," Oh my mistake you aren't a pup, you are a mama's pup." Damocles then started to tear up.

Alfonse let it a strangled yell as the beast's paw connected. His shirt was ripped open, and under the fabric, a crimson liquid began to seep out of Alfonse's abdomen. He clutched his stomach in agony, and stared upwards at the beast with a twisted, pained expression.

Chase suddenly shot open his eyes as he heard a yell. Using the help of his wings, he literally jumped onto his feet and made his way toward the sound. In a crouching position, he looked around the corner to see the panther with the unearthly darkness surrounding it. His eyes widened, not in fear, but in curiosity.

Catori stood there listening to the two of them argue, wearing a flattened expression, like 'really? -_-'.
Peter tried to pull Alfonse away, but the beast suddenly sent him flying with a backhanded hit. Landing roughly, Peter saw stars. He rolled and sat up, staring wide-eyed at the demonic-looking feline. He tried to yell but his mouth felt dry as chalk.
The beast struck Alfonse again and again. Finally, Peter managed to locate his voice, and started desperately screaming for help. He wasn't sure if anyone could help against this thing, or if anyone would even hear, or care. But he figured he'd at least try. He owed his friend that much. Even if Alfonse could regenerate, nobody deserved that amount of abuse.
Hissing, the panther leered cruelly over Alfonse, tail snapping back and forth agitatedly. The sound of swift footfalls caused the giant feline to look off to the side distractedly, right in time for a flurry of pale fur and gnashing teeth to slam into it from the side. Though the cat was much larger than the other creature, its sudden appearance caught it off guard, and that moment of surprise was enough to knock it off of Alfonse. The feline roared its protest as it stood back up.

She'd seen a young pup around the castle, and it was much, much smaller than Damocles. |
