(Mine is just plain bossy. We think she's part corgi - based on how she looks and acts - and she constantly tries to herd the other dogs around and boss them. She's like Angelica [Rugrats] in dog form.)

(Yes, very. She not only chases the other dogs, but also snaps and bites them in the rear. My mom's dog's nose is scarred where mine [Nova] has bit her, and her dog is a Husky/Shepherd mix that's twice her size. All of the other dogs just submit to her like she's the Alpha, and she seems to think she is. XD)

Ferra gave a small frown as the creature explained his story. "I believe everyone deserves some sort of family," she admitted. "I'm sorry you were mistreated in such a way. All life has value." She reached out touched a leaf, as if to solidify her statement. "You will be safe here.' Alfonse gave a nod. "Well, I will leave you to your activities, then." Delilah would have smirked had she been in her human form. She instead let out an amused sound, akin to laughter, before plopping over in the grass beside Chase. Her paws kneaded the grass and she watched the two dragons converse. Kiba looked at Ferra and said," That means a lot to me but I need to know what is this place we are going to?" Kiba liked the idea of a safe heaven but he wished to know more about it seance he was about to live there. |

Ferra tilted her head thoughtfully. "I'm not quite sure how to explain it. From what I've seen, it's... sort of a place for outcasts. Those people or creatures who don't have a home, or who were exiled because of their differences... there are lots of them there."
Alfonse wandered dangerously close to the creepy demon child. He had decided to take his journal outside, and make an attempt to record more about the world around him.

Alfonse's book dropped to the floor, and he whirled around, an expression akin to terror on his face. "Do you realize how unsanitary--?!" Angrily, he glared at the little girl, unsure of how to finish his sentence.
"Well..." Ferra started with a smile. "We're all still getting used to each other, I think. But I'll be your friend, if that's a start." She smiled, and held out her hand, as if asking to shake Kiba's paw.

The girl felt a twinge of sadness at that. This poor, beautiful creature hadn't a friend his whole life, then? "A friend is someone..." Her brow wrinkled as she contemplated just how she should define the word. "A friend is someone you do things with. Things like playing or gathering food. They protect you, and comfort you when you're sad, and they're... well, they're sort of like family."
Alfonse hadn't been quick enough, and the spitball landed square on his cheek. He screeched and quickly flung it off as if it were a dangerous bug. "Haven't you any common decency?!"

Ferra gave a sympathetic giggle, but didn't answer his question. "I'll explain it all later. For now, we should head back and find you something to eat. It's just up ahead." She motioned for her companion to follow, and a few moments later, the two of them arrived in the castle's clearing.

Pandora was having a really tough time trying to stifle her snickering so she could continue launching her germy projectiles. At Alfonse's question, she quickly aimed and launched another one at Alfonse's open yelling mouth. (He could move and have it hit one of the lenses of his glasses, if you want.)
