Alice groaned under her breath as she studied the spraling stairs, it was onvious from the girl's expression that she hated stairs. At the huldra's question, Alice flicked a brown tabby cat ear. "Oh yes. A city is well... how do i explain it. Well, there are loads of bright lights, loud sounds- a lot of people with towering structures that almost touch the clouds and these human vechiles called cars- lots of them."

Kiba shrugged and said," well given that the sword kinda has a demonic aura around it I would say that it was there as a seal." Kiba then yawned and said," and the cave in was probably to show that the seal is now weakened." Kiba then started to prance away like he didn't just say that he basically brought a demonic sword into the castle.
Damocles then turned around and started the trek back to the castle. Unbeknownst to him a very angry Alchemist was watching from near by.

Loki did, in fact, have a lot of questions about what else had happened. However… He was not currently in a stable mental state; not after the situation with Skul, and the aftermath following. The trickster gave an affirming nod but his lips pulled into a grimace. “Perhaps… some other time.” There was a pause as he finally glanced up at the others, “I do not suppose that any of you are hungry?” He asked, trying to change the subject.
Sabrina seemed to awaken from a slumber-like state and responded with a series of short, inquirious chirps. It had been a while since their last meal.
Skaldi ascended a few steps before turning to peer over their shoulder. “The city sounds… strange? But exciting too. I would love to see a city!” Even though Skaldi had absolutely no idea what a ‘vehicle’ was, the child was perpetually curious with an insatiable thirst for knowledge. Since arriving at the castle, they’d managed to learn something new almost every day.
Aurora stood in stark silence, seemingly frozen at Kiba’s words. “D…Demonic?” Surely she hadn’t heard that right. How could an object have those kind of properties? And what had he meant by it being a seal? Even if she didn’t completely understand it, the words sounded markedly ominous. Just what sort of threat had they invited into their home? If only there were someone here that knew how to deal with this…
Catori eagerly took the lead, carelessly knocking aside undergrowth as she plowed through it. The wind was blowing toward her, and as a result, she hadn’t yet noticed that the two of them weren’t alone.

"Not everyone can step the boundaries of time like you."  Runa paused as her little friend chirped. "Sabrina is. Meat only for Sabrina. And I guess it would be a good idea to eat as well." She said and gave Morgan a look that said she wasn't going to give up.
Raja nodded figuring he should eat after the injuries he took. "Nothing with nuts though." He requested. |

The figure smiled before retreating into the forest with a wicked look on his face.
Kiba looked back at her and said," yeah Demonic, a serpent demon to be exact." Kiba could tell what species the demon was because it aura looked like a snake wrapped around the sword.

For the first time since meeting Runa, Loki finally took notice of the strange little creature perched on her shoulder. “What is that?” He’d ventured to countless worlds and dimensions but he’d never once laid eyes on anything that resembled Sabrina. Without awaiting an answer, the trickster rose from his seat and began to draw various utensils and ingredients from his cabinets. To Raja’s request, he responded with a small nod.
(Poor Aurora. She’s scared of both snakes and demons. rip)
Catori halted mid stride to sneeze a few times. She’d ran through a cloud of tiny insects and a few of them had flown up her nose. The wolf was still unaware of a third presence.
“S-Serpent…? Like… a… s-snake?” Aurora went a little paler as she uttered the question. Her hands gripped the blade’s handle more tightly. For as long as she could remember, she’d had a terrible phobia of the animal.

"Why don't you want nuts?" Morgan asked quietly as she had never her that sort of requests.
"Well, I don't remember actually. But whatever the reason, it has scared Aurora and Loki badly." Raja answered and tried to recall why. |

The sword fell from Aurora’s hands and clattered noisily to the floor. It was clear that she hadn’t intended to drop it, and yet, she made no immediate moves to retrieve the weapon. Her lavender blue eyes had gone a little wider with fear.
Catori continued to sneeze, cough and vigorously shake her head until her nasal passages felt clear again. She flashed a goofy grin at Damocles, snorted and proceeded after him as though nothing had happened.
Loki paused to consider Runa’s reply. He cast a quick, sideways glance over his shoulder at the furry creature, who made eye contact and released a soft trill. Hmm… With a small roll of his shoulders, he resumed gathering a few things he needed to cook. It seemed that Claudia was not the only one in the castle with a knack for creating meals. The trickster had merely grown too lazy to make most of his food since the reaper had arrived. “I don’t recall seeing you eat any nuts.” He tossed back at Raja.

(Yeah! Sorry I missed your post when you added it. I’m supposed to get a notification but I didn’t. She looks great. I’d RP someone finding her, but I’m probably about to go to bed, and I’m going to be very poofy tomorrow because I’ve got company coming over. I’ll be back on regularly soon though ^^) (Of course!! no problem! have fun tomorrow!!) (If anyone wants to discover her go right ahead.) The creature burst through her portal, looking around in curiosity. Tall trees surrounded her, babbling brooks reached her enormous ears. The ground shook slightly with each step she took, for she was gigantic! She smelled the air, her mouth opening as she did so to reveal sharp yellow teeth. Her neon self seemed extremely out of place in this world, as in her world she'd blend into her surroundings. She sat beneath a tree, looking up into it at a rather ruffled crow cawing at her. (Still have Trouble open for anyone!) |

"Wait. You came here. From the future?" Morgan asked slightly wide eyed. That made him more powerful than Odin in every way.
Runa even looked a little startled with that notion about her brother having the ability to walk the time stream. She herself had only seen it once and that was while running from her dimension's Odin. |

Aurora didn’t immediately respond with words, only shook her head. “I-I don’t think it was a good idea to take that sword…” She wondered if it were possible to put it back. Was that how seals worked?
Catori happily followed behind Damocles at a leisurely pace.
Loki pondered the new bit of information as he prepared to cook. “Allergies are rare, but not unheard of among demigods and demigoddesses.” He paused as the conversation turned to Raja’s time traveling ability. Aside from Raja, there was only one class of being he was aware of with that unique gift, and it was not something he particularly enjoyed discussing. Mostly, because it was one of the very few things in existence that he absolutely feared.

Kiba smiled and said," don't worry as long as no blood gets on the blade then the seal wont completely break." Kiba then smiled and asked," now can I have the sword back I want to see how well it works in a hunt?"
Damocles happily trotted back to the castle and when he got there he said," sorry I couldn't find any pry big sis."

Aurora stared at Kiba for a moment and then slowly brought a palm to her face. As much as it pained her, she retrieved the sword from the floor and tightly held it in her hands. “You just said that it shouldn’t get blood on it… and you’re wanting to use it for hunting?” She stared at Kiba as though he’d lost his mind.
Catori stopped to stretch as the two of them padded back into the clearing. Turning to Damocles, she shook her head and smiled, as though to say that that was perfectly fine.
Loki frowned at Raja’s question. Then again, it wasn’t that much of a surprise that he hadn’t heard the term before. “A demigod is half god, half mortal.” He explained. Did Raja not yet realize that, with his particular parentage, that he was a half god?
(@graphitetheowl: Sorry I missed your post! Hmm… The only character I have free right now is Hannah. She was last at the edge of the clearing, when Loki stole her gummy worms and gave them to Clip. Where’s Trouble?)

Aurora’s expression went deadpan. “If you hunt with the sword, it will get blood on it, and the seal will completely break.” His obliviousness was beginning to frustrate her.
Catori wordlessly trailed into the castle behind Damocles, one ear flicking at the question presented. She noticed the strange object in Aurora’s hands and sniffed toward it.
With that said, Loki gave a roll of his eyes. “What isn’t frowned upon on Moran?” He muttered with a flare of indignation. The world had been, in at least a few regards, worse than Asgard. As he continued preparing the food, he set aside a small dish of uncooked meat especially for Sabrina, who immediately showed interest. Not that he cared anything about the strange little beast, but as it belonged to Runa, he’d make an exception for it.

Damocles looked at the sword and asked," so you got it after all." Damocles then sniffed it and asked," why does it smell like a snake?"
Kiba gave a nod and said,' oh I see now, and that would be a bad thing." Kiba then saw the aura shake violently due to the serpent demon being mad that Aurora kept it from getting free.

“M-Maybe we should put this down in the armory. Until we can find somewhere safer for it. Kiba, if you really want to use a sword or something, there are plenty of safer ones down there.” Aurora wondered if the brothers knew about the armory yet. Then again, it was better that they -- and Kiba in particular -- didn’t know where it was. It probably wasn’t a good idea if they had ready access to weapons at any given time. She also didn’t want them messing with the sword, and regretted even mentioning the room. (It’s sort of hidden.)

Aurora took a breath and shook her head, eyes closed for a second. “Forget I said anything. Why don’t you two go find something to do, while I get rid of this.” She motioned toward the sword with her head.
“Indeed.” Loki muttered beneath his breath. “The council does love it when that happens.” The trickster knew a bit about Moran’s goverment, but didn’t yet know much about Raja’s relation to them. If he had, he might have broached the subject with more sensitivity. He decided that Raja would be better at explaining to Runa about the rare or powerful abilities.

"Not everyone can step the boundaries of time like you." "Rare abilities were variation of a common ability. Like mom, she was had umbra pyromancy which is a Dark version of pyromancy. But they can do something special as well, and that is turn shadows into fire. Powerful abilities get a person placed on the council." Raja explained quickly before looking at Loki to try changing the subject, "So Whatcha making?" he asked.
Runa blinked confused at how uncomfortable Raja seemed now.
"Like what kind of abilities counted as powerful? What did the council do?" Morgan asked obviously not bothering to care about how Raja felt about the topic. |

“I don’t think anyone was supposed to find this sword.” Aurora murmured. “It’s obviously dangerous. You said so yourself.” Honestly, she didn’t even like the idea of holding it, but she didn’t trust Kiba with it. “I’m going to go put it somewhere safe.” She started for the front of the castle with it.
Loki hadn’t been giving much attention as he absentmindedly gathered various ingredients in his kitchen. As he looked down, his back to the others, there was a ghost of a smile. To Raja’s question, he responded with the name of a dish that he’d learned to make on Moran. He used some magic to heat his cooking element and got started with the dish.
