Kestrel Lee Hendricks -- 16 --- Team JCKL Weather beaten and tanned, with dark freckles all across her pointy, angular face, Kestrel is a lanky mass of limbs. Her hair is short and ginger, normally gelled up to a point, adding at least a few extra inches to her height. She's tall for a girl, and figure-wise, flat as a pancake, but her arms, legs, and stomach are firm and tough. Everything about her screams 'scrappy'. Her ears have been pierced an obscene amount of times, and she's missing a chunk of her upper right ear. Her eyes are quite unnerving, she has heterochromia, making one of her sharp eyes black and the other a very pale, icy blue. Kestrel's movements are animalistic and highly animated; perching on top of chairs instead of sitting on them, curling into strange shapes and positions instead of just lying down, and hanging from branches and poles rather then standing still. She wears brown shorts and a khaki coloured tank top, thigh high socks, battered trainers, and a short, dusty tan bomber jacket. Kestrel also wears grey fingerless gloves, knee and elbow pads at all times. Her symbol is located on a faded red infinity scarf she wears around her neck: A black dagger hilt with flames as opposed to a blade. Kestrel really doesn't hang around. For anyone, or for anything. She's pragmatic, bold and straightforward, so much so to the point where she doesn't really understand the attraction of whimsical, fanciful things like theaters, libraries and art galleries. It's fair enough to say she hasn't exactly adjusted to city life. She lives for the moment, and that moment better be exciting. Because if it's not, she's going to make it. Kestrel usually means well, but has a naturally destructive and brutish disposition, not really knowing her full strength, or rather, how easily some thing break. She has an indomitable curiosity and a very short attention span, making school a bit of a nightmare for her, frankly. Academically, she's not the brightest bulb in the box, but practically, she's an essential aspect of a team. She knows berries, leaves, constellations, clouds, winds; in the wild, she's your guide, every time. This can be frustrating for her, she knows she's clever, but it never gets reflected like that in her exams. She just isn't book smart. Rather capricious, and moody, Kestrel isn't above huffing and being very difficult when reproached. Her stubborn and willful personality means that, naturally, she hates being told what to do. She's wild in her soul, she can't be tamed, not by school uniforms and not by school regulations, Kestrel plays her own game, and she plays it by her own rules. She can be pretty gross, nothing about her is dainty or feminine, it's probably been a week at least since she last showered. She likes crude humor that makes half the people in the room blush and the other half look disgusted (if most people didn't like your joke, then it's mission accomplished) and enjoys childish past times, never wanting to grow up. Though she isn't necessarily an unlawful girl (just one to question why she should be) she does seem to suffer from Kleptomania, the sudden impulse to steal things. Her pockets and shelves are lined with weird things she doesn't need, and didn't want, but just took because, well, they were there. Guilt isn't the right word to explain how she feels about taking things, annoyance is probably a better one. It's the only thing she obeys without thinking, the only thing that tells her what to do. Born in the vast deserts of Vacuo, Kestrel live most of her life on her mother's farm, the forth child of seven. Kestrel loved being out in the desert, and loved learning new things about nature, but learning things about nature in school wasn't really her style, so she kept skipping. Kestrel got a reputation as a thief due to her Kleptomania, and her family name came under a bit of fire. She decided to come to Beacon rather then Shade to try and get away from the name surrounding her, and give her family a chance to forget that. She writes to her mother weekly, without fail (even if the letter is littered with spelling mistakes). Kestrel is terrified of flying, and hates air ships, but is far too stubborn to admit that. Heights, she has no problem with, it's the actual act of being in the air. She also refuses to acknowledge the irony of her being named after a bird, but hating flying. Like herself, Kestrel's weapon isn't anything too fancy, and it gets to the point. Two double edged hunting daggers with fire dust infused into the black steel of the blade; Caracal and Serval. The hilts of the daggers lock together and she can expand it out, into a double ended spear, though she prefers to fight up close and personal. Her aim's pretty terrible with a gun, so she does what she does best fighting upside down form the ceiling, slashing and advancing constantly. Amber || Kestrel can wall-walk, to put it simply. To try and get into it in more depth, she can alert her own center of gravity, giving her the ability to run, jump, crawl, whatever, along surfaces facing any direction. More often then not, she's hanging from the ceiling, or perched upside in the far corner of the room, where the wall meets the roof. Her concentration isn't always the finest though, hence the knee and elbow pads.
Tein Dinh -- 18 --- Team STLN Tein doesn't look much like a fighter, if you're going by first impressions. She's slightly under average height with soft, unscarred tan skin. Her slanted feline eyes are a very dark shade of brown, tantamount to black, with long eyelashes, everything about her is fine and delicate. Due to her style of fighting, she hasn't bulked up as much as other people her age would've in the school, keeping herself very feminine, youthful, and soft. She mainly wears a loose, long, white tunic with a low collar, made of very puffy material that tapers at the wrists. Her trousers are tight and dark brown, stopping mid thigh, and she has strappy gold gladiator heels on, which she can run and fight in with alarming ease. Her hair is a dark brown, cut in a full fringe, and hanging straight as a ruler down to the small of her back. In a fight or when trying to focus on something, she normally ties it up into a simple bun. Her makeup is normally quite subtle and tasteful, and she usually has an assortment of golden jewelry on. Tein has two dimples when she smiles. Around her neck are a battered pair of dark goggles that she wears when using dust bombs and across her shoulder she has an ancient, hardy, leather satchel. Her symbol is located in a golden hair pin slide she always wears: A swan with a small tiara over the head. Gentle, forgiving and maternal, Tein is the peacemaker and the diplomat. Equable and mellow, Tein isn't a fan of violence and prefers not to fight unless it's really called for. She has a great respect and love for art and believes that the only way to achieve true happiness is through a bond with your soul, which can be best achieved through artistic mediums. Her reserved personality has it's drawbacks however, often unwilling to share secrets with others and relying solely on herself to get jobs done. Quite often, Tein lets herself be used as something of a doormat, never speaking up for herself if the idea may upset the group, and sacrificing her own comfort to put others first. She's a bit of a martyr that way, and needs to grow a bit of a spine. Tein is very superstitious and a firm believer of reincarnation, hence her reluctance to treat any living thing with malice. She's a vegetarian, and finds it hard on herself to even eat eggs sometimes, but, as a Huntress to-be, she understands that she must find sustenance somewhere. Typically prepared for anything, in her leather satchel, Tein has anything you could need - water, band-aids, snacks (all healthy and vegetarian friendly, however) a compass, a torch, a mini sewing kit, a whistle. And, of course, her dust bombs and mini catapult. She loves sewing and embroidery, finding great peace in making something of her own and getting to wear it. Really, she loves all things about appearance: makeup, fashion, hair, the whole shebang. Tein is pretty emotional, and known for crying one minute and laughing the next. Overall, she's a compassionate, empathetic girl who wants to help others, but isn't always very aware of her own feelings and safety. Tein's weapons aren't really weapons, more of an armour. She has created two huge canvas and metal wings that fold down to be roughly the height of her, and uses them to propel herself through the air. She's named her wings Seraph, they require a lot of maintenance to work, and her mechanical side comes out when she works on them. Normally this girl lives for fashion, but her true love will always be for creating things in general, and her weapons are as elegant and as refined as she is. They aren't the best for offensive purposes, so she's more often used to support her team rather then get in a fight. In her leather satchel, she keeps a variety of dust bombs for fights, and she has pretty decent aim with that catapult of her's. Tein comes from Mistral, her whole family have lived there for generations. This is what gives her her love for culture and beauty, her family is wealthy and her life hasn't been too hard in any sense. She's the eldest of three children, a younger sister and a younger brother, and her grandparents also live in her large house with her parents. Tein is, technically, not biologically related to her family, as she was adopted when she was seven years old, but has never experienced anything but a warm home from her adopted family, and loves them dearly. She would've attended the academy in Mistral, but felt she wasn't pushing herself enough. She knows she's soft, and wants to be tough, so she decided to leave, to get out of her comfort zone. Opalescent || Her semblance helps her control her wings, it's a limited form of telekinesis. When so much is happening in a battle, it's easy for her to get confused, so she mainly just focuses on using her abilities to pilot herself around. Her semblance isn't the strongest but she tries to make it stronger with practice.
Musidora Pax -- 20 --- Team NCTM A statuesque young woman who doesn't always say a lot, but usually has a lot going on inside. Musidora has very dark skin, large lips usually done in dark purple lipstick, grey eyes and short black hair, cut into a sleek, curly bob. She's of average height and her body is strong, toned from training to be a Huntress for so long. She only has one arm, her right arm is a prosthetic, a dark shade of blue metal that joins her body at her shoulder. She almost always wears a long, one piece dress; a very dark purple, sleeveless dress that covers her feet, on which she wears simple but practical slip on-shoes. It's a mermaid cut, and includes a hood at the top, which she has up pretty much all the time. The hood is loose, and the dress is easy to move in, she's rarely seen out of it. The material gives off a sheen, allowing the dress to appear everything on the spectrum of black to a very sparkly periwinkle, depending on the angle of the material. The overall effect is that Musidora is swathed in night sky, the whole thing changes whenever she moves. The dramatic effect is so that few people realise she's sewn purple gravity dust into the fabric, and into her fake arm. She has hanging earrings in, dark blue drops of glass hanging from silver chains and a matching necklace. Her symbol is located on the back of her right hand, a white star burst with a long tail. A rather decorative, yet private, young woman with a flair for dramatics, Musidora is a firm believer that less is more, and boy, does she know how to make an impact. She normally speaks in epigrams, when she speaks at all, because most of the time she spends staring out windows or inspecting the back of her nails. She is sophisticated, intellectual, cosmopolitan, and utterly pretentious when she wants to be, having mastered the art of sticking her nose up at things. She's not really a greedy person, or overly superficial, but her biggest flaw has got to be her pride. For a long time, people have treated her like she can't look after herself due to her disability, and this has manifested a rebellious, arrogant streak in her that cannot be reasoned with. Musidora will act as she pleases, regardless of what she's told, and is often contrary simply for the sake of it. It's mainly teachers she enjoys annoying, not students, as students rarely demand respect upon meeting them. She can be quite idle, and hard to get much of a reaction from, if she senses even for one second you're trying to bait her into something, her emotions shut off, and she closes up. I hate to sound too negative on Musidora, because she's really not a horrible person, she just likes having people think that she is. It can be summed up in why she dresses so dramatically; to hide the dust she's put in her clothes. She lets people think she's one thing, obsessed with herself with no real thoughts in her mind, whilst secretly ready for anything they can throw at her. She's a remarkably intelligent young woman, with an incredible memory, and a witty, sharp way of speaking. She's never cared much for what the crowd thinks, and is something of a social pariah. She has tenacity, and is a very loyal person, if not a little terse or sarcastic to her teammates. She became a Huntress to help people primarily, though you wouldn't know it to talk to her. Hailing from an Atlas family, Musidora has been physically disabled for as long as she can remember. Her family were in the right place to get her access to a prosthetic, and later, the dust she would put into it and her dress, but she only really considered by a Huntress when she was looking at schools to go to for her secondary education. She knew what it was like, to be second guessed and overlooked, and knew that plenty of people out there could relate, but weren't lucky enough to have a family like her's that could give her what needed. So the decision was made, she was to become a Huntress and help people like her. Her weapon doesn't need a name, because it's part of her being. She simply uses her metallic right arm to block attacks and advance with her own. Her dress is an important part of her fighting style - she uses the gravity dust in it to add more power ot her punches, and to deflect her enemies' attacks before they can land on her. She has claw options that she can utilize in her fingers, but she prefers to simply use her fists, and keep that a secret for as long as she can. Indigo || You'd think that an elegant, dignified lady such as Musidora would have a high class, sophisticated power to match it, but rather, it matches her honest, blunt personality more - super strength. It goes with her weapon, or lack thereof, and when it's combined with the dust she's infused into her outfit, it makes her a force to be reckoned with.
Algernon Dubois -- 34 --- Team MRGA (Margay): disbanded A huge man, standing at 6'6 and built like a house, most people are shocked by the abundance of flowers surrounding this stern, evil eyed man. Leathery golden skin, dark green eyes with a scarred, hatchet face, he's not the most handsome of men at times. A fitted, black pinstripe golden buttoned suit with a matching wide brimmed hat, spats, a crisp white shirt and a flora patterned tie, Algernon always appears dressed for a gala, including the flower usually found in his button hole. He's very hirsute, a thick dark beard and a full head of head slicked back off his face. He has excellent posture, and walks with his hands clasped behind his back, shoulders back and head up. His body is littered in scars, particularly along his back, souvenirs from his life as a Hunter before his life as a teacher. His symbol is found etched in gold on his dark green cuff-links, a lily flower, but in place of a stem, there's a sword. Coarse and volatile, Algernon doesn't like being annoyed. And lots of things annoy him. He's generally bad tempered and aggressive, and is only content when being left alone. A remarkably clever man with a knack for reading people, he's a terrifying teacher who loathes slackers and troublemakers. He's remarkably cheeky and insubordinate, not above arguing with a pupil in the middle of class, but a courageous and charitable man nonetheless. His strength and fire, coupled with his natural ability and steely resolve have kept him alive all these years. He isn't cruel, or very violent, and if something isn't bothering him, he doesn't bother it. Algernon hates feeling scared of anything, and therefore refuses to even acknowledge his weaknesses and talk about his flaws. Despite his rough and abrasive exterior, Algernon has a soft spot for his students, and genuinely wants them to succeed, he just has a loud way of showing it. He used to be a Hunter with his own team, team MRGA, but after his team leader was killed in an attack from the White Fang, his team was disbanded. Algernon is a man of fine taste, enjoying the Arts, good wine and botany, hence the flowers. As a younger student, he even used to do ballet, and this can still be seen when he fights. Anyone who thinks this is funny tends to see that fanged-brute force side of Algernon he developed in his later years. He can be very insular and narrow minded, not trusting the White Fang at all, and refusing to make exceptions in his beliefs. He's known among friends mainly as 'Algy' Two pearl-handled revolvers with knuckle duster grips along the handle are this man's weapon of choice, and for relatively simple weapons compared to others, they pack a punch. Double barreled and heavy, Algernon throws these things around like they're nobody's business. After so long at working as a Hunter, he has impeccable aim and has really worked up his own brute force. Like the rest of him, they have a flower motif, named Daffodil and Delphinium, and the barrels are shaped like their namesakes. For such a brutish man, they are delicately intricate weapons. Born in Vacuo, Algernon didn't go to Beacon when he was younger. Rather, he attended Shade Academy, where he was initially ostracized. It was a tough school, and Algernon was a lanky, skinny guy who liked to dance and grow flowers. He worked well with his team however, and bulked up over the years, earning respect from his peers through brawls and scraps. He loved being part of a team and viewed them as family, his own family consisting one one ancient grandmother from Atlas and the uncle he lived with when not at school. When the team disbanded, he was heartbroken, and wandered aimlessly for a few years as a mercenary, but hated doing any job he could for basic wage. He was incredibly grateful for the job at Beacon and regards it as one of the best things to have happened to him since his leader died, he's been working here almost ten years now. He lives in Mantle in his grandmother's old home during the school holidays. Bottle green || His semblance is Precognition, the ability to see as far as one hour into the future, and do what he can to change that. It's a complicated ability and took him many years to master, and he'd be the first to say that he hasn't. Occasionally, he has vague, almost prophetic dreams. It has made him a trusted asset for the current Headmistress.
Leuco Baskerville -- 37 --- Team WLLW An African Wild Dog faunus with a penchant for violence, Leuco always seems to find himself in the middle of some kind of brawl. On the short side, mainly because he walks with a stoop, with an underfed and gaunt body, Leuco doesn't look very healthy, but don't let that fool you. He's a powerful man yet. His skin is a pale, cold brown and his eyes are quick and yellow, though there are dark circles under them constantly. He wears round dark glasses when it's even a little bright, complaining that his eyes can't handle it. His faunus features are his dog ears and his pointed teeth, Leuco really packs a bite, and his huge ears give him incredible hearing. His hair is wiry and prematurely greying, a salt-and-pepper colour. He has a large nose that's been broken a few times, and a constant five o' clock shadow on his face. He smokes heavily, and always smells of cigarettes, it clings to his clothes too, an off white shirt, stained grey tie (normally loose around his neck), a well worn silver suit that doesn't quite fit him, scuffed black shoes and a battered, large rimmed grey hat. He has to fold his ears back when he wears the hat, but it doesn't affect his hearing. His symbol is on his belt loop; a silver hoop with two interlocking spears through it. He picked the symbol up in Menagerie, and he doesn't care for it. He just doesn't see the point. Quiet, condescending and dangerous; Leuco isn't afraid to fight dirty. It's kind of his job. He's an amoral man with a greed for anything you can think of; money, power, pleasure - he wants everything and he's not afraid to do anything to get it. He's not much of a smooth talker, or a charmer, and enjoys making people uncomfortable. When not antagonizing or fighting someone, he mainly prefers to be alone, to sleep. Leuco always seems to be tired, hence the dark rings under his eyes, and is always pushing his hat over his eyes, taking naps whenever he can. God help the soul who wakes him out of one of those naps, because then he tends to show a real vehemence. Although he's obscenely violent during combat, in day-to-day life, he's fairly subdued, still a massive jerk who says whatever he pleases, but most of the time, he just shuffles around, smoking and yawning, and not saying much. People maybe underestimate him because of this, but Leuco is smart. Very smart. And ruthless, when he has to be. He never ever seems to be satisfied, not with sleep or winning, or any of his possessions. This is half the reason he joined the White Fang, but he still hasn't found something that makes him happy. There are people he's worked with his entire life who've never seen him smile, and some who believe he just can't. Among the younger members of the White Fang, he's like a strange, silent uncle who floats in, sometimes starts a fight, usually eats all the food, and then falls asleep in the corner. He's quite a protective man, his greed leaking into envy, he's possessive, but it comes in handy when he's on your side in a fight. Leuco is not always the most trustworthy of soldiers to the White Fang, that indefatigable greed of his makes him hungry, and hungry dogs are never loyal. He tends to have a soft spot for people like him, always tired, never satisfied, trying to fill the void they can't name with violence, or smoke. There are more kids in the White Fang like that then he cares to think about. He lived in Vale since birth, though he doesn't remember ever having a family. He chose his own surname off an add for a movie he saw once. The city was harsh and unforgiving, particularly to an orphan Faunus, and it made him quick, smart, and lean, but he was never happy. Smiling felt odd, and laughing scared him. He never knew what to think of people who seemed effortlessly to belong. So, he traveled to Menagerie as a stowaway, it was where the Faunus lived mainly, after all. Maybe he could find someway to be happy there. But he didn't. It was just another dump, and he was just another unwanted passenger. He got into trouble pretty quickly, stealing, mainly, and this is what brought him to the attention of the White Fang. They saw his observant mind, and they saw, through the smoke and the grime, someone who could be of use. He still doesn't feel like he belongs, but at least now he has something to keep him busy. Leuco has been fighting all his life, but he picked up his weapon for the first time when he joined the White Fang (they couldn't let one of their own go into battle unarmed) It's a brutal, messy weapon for a brutal guy with a messy life; a rocket launcher chainsaw. Yeah they really just threw everything they had together for him. It's a short rocket launcher, with the blade of the chainsaw over the top of the barrel and sticking out over the edge. He's not the most elegant fighter, but he's still a dangerous foe. He didn't really understand what they meant when they told him to name it, so it's just called Wanda. Silver || Leuco's semblance is a tricky one for his enemies, he can phase in and out of places he's been to before. It's basically teleportation, there's a bright flash of silver light, and he's gone, as is whatever he was touching when it happened. You can tell when he's going to use it because you can see the flash build up, and it takes about three seconds for him to activate.
Cadell Calloway Junior -- 15 --- Team LILC Cadell without clothes on isn't very intimidating. He's small, 5'3, and given the height of his mother, he probably wouldn't be hitting a growth-spurt any time soon. His body is on the plumb side, and it seems to be his natural make, because no matter how long he trains or fights, that puppy fat ain't going nowhere. He has soft, floppy blonde hair that's been cut very short, but is growing back in little tufts. Cadell's actual body isn't terribly frightening, but his face and the scars that crisscross across him are certainly enough to startle anyone. This poor kid really has had it rough. His face is carved deep in slanted curves with scars right across it. He's missing his left eye, only a hollow cavern is left, a chuck of his button nose, and the upper left section of his top lip, to name a few. His ears are in tatters, and he's missing a good deal of his eyebrows, though they seem to be growing back now. The rest of his body is the same - a child covered in harrowing lacerations. His remaining eye is a faded shade of blue. Most of the time, Cadell does what he can to hide his face and body, and wears clothes that cover most of them; A dark brown, waterproof, woolen cape with a hood, dark grey overalls, a long sleeved black t-shirt on underneath, hard wearing dark boots, ancient black gardening gloves that don't fit quite right and most notably, his mask. Cadell wears a mask pretty much all the time, even when he's alone too. It's a brown leather thing with two dark circles for eyes, much larger then his own one, and a huge beak. It's fairly reminiscent of a plague doctor mask, with breathing holes and a surprisingly light weight. He has a simple necklace on dark string, a clear chunk of quartz, he normally keeps hidden form thieves under his shirt. His symbol, three mountain peaks (the highest in the middle) with crescent moon overhead, is faded against the large breast pocket of his overalls. His voice is distinctively nasal. In stories and movies, whenever a character is faced with the kind of suffering Cadell has undergone, they become dark, brooding, and toughen up. Cadell seems to have skipped those days. He's skittish, and maudlin, and frankly, cowardly. He has grown cynical and rarely trusts people, which is for his own good, given his line of work, but at times, he forgets to be suspicious of everyone and really acts his age. For example, when suddenly approached by someone who seems friendly, he runs, or attacks. But when suddenly approached by someone who seems friendly who also has a dog with them, he gets a little distracted. Cadell is surprisingly violent, but he's one of those people who can handle the bloody stuff when it's happening, but goes home and cries himself to sleep when he thinks about it at all. He's narrow minded and self pitying, incredibly shy without his mask on, for obvious reasons. He never eats in front of other people, and never ever undresses at all, because every inch of him has some kind of laceration. He doesn't even like looking at himself in the mirror. A disillusioned, emotional, ineffective kid who's very self conscious about his appearance, Cadell isn't the greatest criminal in the world. Cadell has a fantastic imagination, and is a quick thinking boy, with a penchant for getting in and out of places unseen. He may seem a little conspicuous, but Cadell isn't half bad at the old espionage, and is getting better all the time. It's like his desire to go through life unnoticed has manifested itself into actual talents for sneaking and spying. He can be ruthless and merciless, which is is worst flaw - he's a terrible hypocrite. If someone were to show him love and kindness, but was to then get in his wya, he would put himself before them in a matter of moments. He is agoraphobic. Born in the Patch, Cadell's comes from a long line of underachievers and drop outs. No one knows why, exactly, his family name just seems to inspire losers. His father was an ignorant man with more arrogance that he should ever have credit himself for, and insisted on naming his son after himself, to 'carry on their legacy'. It's fair enough to say then that Cadell was bullied pretty badly, but never learnt how to stand up for himself. He took to running and climbing a tree instead of standing and fighting. The necklace he wears belonged to his mother, before she was abruptly eaten. His family, just the three of them, were out on a picnic one day, and his father blustered and bullied his mother until she was convinced to take their small child and wander deeper into the woods. She gave Cadell her necklace to soothe him, because the dark trees scared him, but the Grimm scared him more. They wandered too far. His father died first, his mother put up more of a fight, and managed to run to get help, but left behind her son to do so. She's a big a coward as Cadell has grown up to be. Cadell was, needless to say, permanently scarred as the Grimm played with him for a bit, his mother was eaten before she got too far. Her screams managed to draw attention, and after days of intensive surgery in the mainland and months of recuperation, Cadell returned to Patch as an orphan. The people there, who had known him his whole life, were terrified of his appearance now, and the bullying really only got worse. Cadell ran to mainland Vale, stole the first mask he could find, and agreed to the first job that would get him money. Don't forget to describe your weapon, and include your weapon's name. Aurelion Rey -- 29 --- White Fang Leader Universally, the first thing that everyone notices about Aurelion are his eyes, a strikingly bright orange that literally glows in the dark with black reptilian slit pupils. Now, it isn't just the unusual appearance that catches attention, no, it's the burning ambition and fiery intensity that so clearly shine through that catches attention. Depending on his demeanor, his eyes are either utterly captivating that you can't help but to stare into them or terrifying in such a primal way that more than one man has been frozen in place by fear. On paper he isn't a particularly imposing man, only six foot and with a light build, but in person he's utterly terrifying. Not due to fits of rage or unpredictability, no that would be too brutish, but catching his attention in a negative way is a truly haunting experience that leaves even the most strong-willed chilled to the bone. Trifling with him is not a mistake made twice. His hair is a deep, dark orange and kept at a slightly longer length than normal - just enough so that oftentimes his hair is capable of covering one of his eyes. His face is free from blemish, no wrinkles to speak of from smiling, and inside of his mouth is a narrow forked snake tongue. He purposely chooses to often be shrouded in darkness, making his eyes the only thing visible in complete blackness, though on the rare occasion he's seen in the light his attire is either a special version of the White Fang uniform with the white replaced by orange or in an expensive black suit with a black dress shirt and orange tie. Whatever clothes he may be wearing, they serve to hide the scales that are on the tops of his arms, fronts of his legs, his hips and chest. Aurelion is, perhaps unsurprisingly for the leader of the White Fang, gifted with a keen intelligence and cleverness that certainly borders on genius-level if it isn't so outright. Analytical, meticulous, and shrewd; his plans are well-laid with a solid groundwork, none of that foolish risk and hope that others are so prone to relying upon. He's the decisive type, seizing opportunities as they present themselves, though this is coupled with an unfaltering patience to act at precisely the right time and not a second sooner or later. Though instilling fear in his soldiers is a good way to ensure success, Aurelion is an unerringly pragmatic man. It is with cold-blooded practicality that he makes every choice, only analyzing the costs and benefits of every single situation. Some may call this mercy, but in reality he's just decided that you're of more use to him alive than a corpse for whatever reason. In addition, punishing a simple failure or mistake with death or the like is an incredibly foolish strategy. Culling your most effective operators simply because of an error is a wonderful way to lose a war and that's precisely what he's fighting. He rewards those who serve him, wanting to earn their loyalty for the long-term. No use in being king if you're cut down at your coronation. There is evidence to suggest that Aurelion wasn't always so cold, unfeeling, and utterly ruthless in ambition. He joined the White Fang in its original intent, peaceful activist movements towards the equality of Faunus, though clearly at some point his views were corrupted now that he's the leader of the most violent organization in the modern world. In fact, there's even a photograph of a teenage Aurelion handing out bottles of water to the riot police at one of the White Fang's original peaceful protests, though of course very, very few know that it's the same man who's now the most wanted in the world. Whatever the reasons for his transformation that so closely mirrors (or perhaps even caused?) the shift in ideology of the White Fang, it's certain that now he's one of the absolute most dangerous men in Remnant and is willing to do whatever it takes to secure power and Faunus racial dominance across the globe. Aurelion's weapon is simple, practical, and unadorned, a plain rapier by the name of Lifesbane. While it's not nearly as flashy or showy as the typical huntsman's weapon, it is with formidable skill that he wields his blade. He doesn't like getting his hands dirty unless there's simply no other choice, but when he shows up to a fight it's with the sole intention of ending it. He wastes no time mincing words, no dramatic monologues, it's just a fight to win in order to further upon his goals. While his weapon is simple, it is remarkably dangerous to auras - more so than a normal huntsman's weapon. Hence the name. Underestimating his capabilities will lead to a swift end. Burnt Orange || Aurelion’s semblance Paralyzation is perhaps overly fitting for a snake Faunus such as himself, allowing him to immobilize those he can hold direct eye contact with. The longer he’s able to do so, the stronger the effect, ranging from making someone just slightly sluggish to entirely immobile.
Jason Salber -- 17 --- Team JCKL Jason’s a slightly shorter than average male, standing at 5’10”, with a lean and toned - though slender - build. It’s rather rare that there isn’t a sly smirk on his lightly tanned features, deep teal eyes always glimmering with some kind of hidden amusement. His hair is a dark brown, shaggy and a bit spiky in style as it reaches to his chin. His Faunus heritage is that of a Side-striped Jackal, which manifests itself in the form of a large pair of jackal ears on the top of his head as well as an incredibly fluffy tail that always seems to be immaculately groomed no matter the situation. Both the ears and tail are the same dark brown as his hair, minus white tips on both the ears and tail and a white base that gradually fades on his tail. He wears a teal sleeveless shirt that has his symbol, a blurry image of a two faced jackal head surrounded by smoke, done in gray on the back and a navy blue scarf wrapped around his neck several times over. Around his waist is a seafoam green waist-cape that goes over his slightly baggy pants, so dark in brown that they look nearly black. To finish off the look he wears a pair of pale blue and white running shoes. Jason's, well, a bit of a sly jokester. That little half-smirk so often painted on his face is often indication that he's up to something, but what it is isn't usually found out until it's already happened. Not that he's malicious by any means, he's got too much of a conscience for that, but he enjoys a little harmless fun here and there. He's a touch on the lazy side, preferring to wait until the absolute last minute to do things, which inevitably leads to a rush to complete everything as fast as he possibly can. The jackal's also quite sarcastic, often making light of every situation no matter what's happening. That being said, overall he's relatively mellow and easy to get along with. He's generally friendly and kind, if a bit teasing while doing so. In a bit of a contrast to his lazy nature, he's absolutely and completely meticulous about his living space and general hygiene. You can always tell if he's been somewhere by the fact that everything will be spotless; his room back home looks like something you'd see out of a magazine. As for personal cleanliness, well, Jason's main expenditure is probably the expensive conditioner for his fur, which runs out remarkably quickly thanks to his three showers a day routine. If you value your limbs, you'll also not touch him or his things if you've got so much as a speck of dirt on your hands. Jason’s method of fighting is all about trickery and misdirection, then hitting hard when his opponent has absolutely no idea what’s going on. When he’s going into combat he’ll put on a belt filled with smoke bombs, which he quickly uses to obscure the arena as much as he possibly can. Thanks to his sensitive hearing (in no small part due to those big ears) he’s able to keep track of his opponent while they’re unable to see. From there his weapons take over, a pair of forearm bracers which have a small rack of tranquilizer darts on the bottom that are able to be fired and extendable blades on top. He's named his gauntlets Ambush Rex. Teal || His semblance, dubbed Distortion, allows him to disappear from sight for a brief few moments with a clone taking his place. While the clone is controllable, Jason simply doesn't have the combat experience yet to fight in tandem with it, so he mostly uses his semblance to aid him in his tricky and agile fighting style.
Nadir Kieran Buvelle -- 22 --- Team TWNY Nadir, or Kieran as he prefers to be called, stands taller than average at 6’2” with a fairly standard build that falls a bit on the slimmer side of the spectrum. His skin is somewhat pale, his eyes are a bright blue, and they’re both in contrast to his pitch black hair. Said hair is kept relatively short, though often un-styled in any way. A pair of equally black bunny ears sprout from the top of his head, marking him as a Faunus. As opposed to the standard image of rabbit ears, they’re floppy and hang down to the sides of his face instead of standing up straight. Each is incredibly soft and velvety to the touch, and he has a small golden cloth tied around the left one like a wristband. Kieran’s signature is his custom-made helmet. It looks similar to the kind a motorcyclist would wear but with the addition of tall bunny ears that do stand up straight, in which he stuffs his own ears into. The helmet’s ears contain speakers that can be lit up in a variety of colors in addition to playing music at high volumes, the visor adding to this electronic appearance with the fact that it can display text and emoticons in the same neon colors as his ears. Thanks to this “communication” he rarely speaks himself, though when he does it’s distorted in an echoey, electronic manner as it comes through his helmet. On the back of his helmet, done in a shade of bright blue that catches the sun, is his symbol. Said symbol is an unequal octagon, though the top side is blank leaving only seven sides. Inside of the octagon is two long lines and one small dot, creating the image of a face. On the top corners of the octagon are two rectangular bunny ears, with speakers on the inside. The rest of his attire is relatively simple, a slim-fit suit jacket that’s left open to reveal a white dress shirt and narrow black tie along with matching slacks. His shoes are your typical black sneakers, somewhat contrasting with the suit in formality but having a lot more function than your standard dress shoes. It’s kind of a necessity when you’re running from the law and they’re a lot more in tune with Kieran’s style. He also wears a pair of black gloves and a golden wristwatch, though the face is shattered beyond usability. When he wants to be out in public and inconspicuous, which is somewhat often, he wears a white t-shirt with the words “Punk Bunny” and the image of a rabbit wearing headphones and playing guitar etched onto it. He ditches his black sneakers for a pair of gray ones, though he still keeps his watch stored in one of the front pockets of his dark blue jeans. Around his left arm are a variety of band bracelets and wristbands. Kieran likes to present himself as a mischievous, carefree individual with a habit for destruction and a knack for being quite the smart aleck, but he masks a deep pain and sense of loneliness at losing his family behind the cheeky personality he embodies so well. Not to say that his surface persona is a complete falsehood, it’s pretty accurate as to the kind of guy Kieran is, but there’s a lot more to him than meets the eye. Generally speaking, the rabbit Faunus is known for being cheerful behind his helmet, almost always tapping his foot along to some tune pumping out from his speakers. Whether he’s merely hanging out with his fellow White Fang members or in the middle of an intense fight he also always seems to use the emoticons that can appear on his visor to their full effect, be it making fun of one of his teammates or taunting a defeated opponent on their mistakes. Generally irreverent and insincere, he’s almost always able to get a laugh out of those who know him and his antics-though sometimes the fact that he seems to take nothing seriously can grate on those who are more “traditional” in their approach to life. When the helmet comes off, which is incredibly rare, Kieran tends to be much quieter and introspective about his life and place in the world. He doesn’t like being caught when he’s like this, wanting to keep his more negative emotions every bit as hidden as his face. Owing to his past, he has a strong belief that the world needs to be free of all violence and prejudice against Faunus and he’s willing to fight with the White Fang to make that world real. He just doesn’t think that world has a place for a criminal like him in it, a sacrifice he’s perfectly okay with making. While Kieran has absolutely no problem with violence or destruction, he doesn’t ever believe in seriously hurting or killing people. Kieran fights with a pair of twin submachine guns, Malice and Mischief, that shoot a high-velocity, small-caliber, round that doesn’t tumble like a normal bullet. Instead they tend to stick into their target, whereupon they can be triggered to explode in a variety of dust types by a secondary trigger on each of his firearms. Perfect for the self-appointed demolitionist of the White Fang. Both guns have under-mounted grappling hooks, allowing Kieran to be in and out of a location almost as quickly as he can destroy it. His weapons also have the capability to turn into thick batons, which he can use to fight up close. In an actual combat situation, Kieran tends to be every bit as nonchalant as he is normally, dancing along to his music blasting on the highest volume while knocking out guards and planting explosives. His impious approach to fighting is a double edged sword, both making him more vulnerable than he would be if he was taking it seriously and often either unnerving or infuriating opponents by the lack of respect he shows them. Electric Blue || His semblance is Amplification, using the music blasting from the speakers on his helmet as kinetic and concussive forces to aid him in fighting and disorienting his opponents.

Isis Ma’at -- 17 --- Team LIGT Isis is a taller girl, standing at around 5’11. Her skin is olive colored, and looks soft to the touch. Her build is a bit sturdier, with plenty of muscle covering her body. She doesn’t look like a bodybuilder though, more athletic. She somehow manages to hide most of her strength in her slimmer and leaner body. She takes a lot of pride in how she keeps herself strong without looking like all she does is lift weights (She basically has the same body type as Yang but taller). Her hair is black and straight, falling just past her shoulders. She keeps her bangs tied to the side with golden cloth. The cloth wraps almost all the way to the ends of her hair, leaving it looking almost like two lion tails framing her face. There are blue feathers tied to the ends of her bangs. The bands have blue feathers hanging off them. Her eyes are the strange part, with her having Heterochromia. Her right eye is sapphire blue, while the left is bright purple. The only things they share are the fact that they glow in the dark and their slit pupils. Isis is a Sphinx Faunus, which is extremely rare and thought to not be possible. She has lion ears on top of her head and a tail with a black tuft on the end of it. She also has a large pair of wings on her back with snow white feathers. She also has many tattoos on her body. The first are whisker marks tattooed on her cheeks, three each. She then has the right Eye of Horus on her right shoulder, and the left Eye of Horus on her left shoulder. She also has paws on the backs of her hands and feet. She then has a large ankh on her back, with her wings being in the circle on the top. On her stomach is her symbol. Finally, starting at her hips, streams of sand swirl down her legs to end on her ankles. All of her tattoos except for the sand are colored black. The sand is colored the same indigo as her left eye. She has some scars on her body as well. There’s one on the upper left part of her lip, a large one on her back mostly covered by the tattoo, then several claw marks on both of her forearms. She wears a cream colored, wrap top that goes around her neck, crosses over her chest like an x, and ties around her back under her wings. She then wears a cream skirt with a strap on the back for her tail. It’s loose enough to allow for free movement, but it doesn’t show anything she doesn’t want. The hem starts at her mid thigh on the left side, then goes down to a little past her knee on the right side. She wears skin tight, dark brown short shorts under it, just in case someone looks up while she’s flying. She doesn’t wear shoes. Instead, she walks around barefoot. The bottom of her feet are tough from being barefooted on hot sand for most of her life. People ask if she has paw pads all the time, and she never gives them a straight answer. Isis also wears quite a bit of golden jewelry. She wears a winged sun disk necklace with a golden chain. She also wears small, ankh earrings. She then has bands on her biceps just below the tattoos. On her wrists and ankles are circlets that aren’t big enough to fall off, but enough to be loose. She has three golden bands on her tail near the base, and a blue feather tied around the tuft. She then has several gold chains wrapped around her waist with one draping down her left leg past the hem of her skirt. Isis is, to put it rather bluntly, not exactly the nicest girl attending Beacon. Combine a sharp tongue with a bit of an ego problem, and you’ve got an individual who has little nice to say about anyone - no matter who they are or what they’re doing. While a tough person to approach, Isis does share some similarity to a rose, though one with quite a few extra thorns thrown in there. To her friends, a select group that she chooses, she’s unfailingly loyal. They can also expect her to be fairly nice, and they’ve certainly got some pretty hefty backup if anyone tries to mess with them. What all can expect though, whether she cares for them or not, is quite a heavy amount of teasing and flirting. It’s solely for her own benefit though, as the likelihood of it leading to something real is about the same as Isis giving up her love for combat and kicking tail to pursue a pacifistic approach to life, coupled with a vow of poverty. In short, she’s a flirt with an ego and a caustic tongue, but one who’s pretty good to her friends - however few she chooses to have. Isis uses a large halberd that can transform into a 50 mm cannon. When in halberd form, she can cause whatever she hits to explode for some extra damage. It’s quite heavy, and most people can’t pick it up if they try. She’s actually made a game of it. Her weapon is called Anubis. Her aura colour is indigo and her symbol is an ankh with cat ears on the top of the circle, with wings silhouetting behind it. || Her semblance, called Dominus, gives her the ability to expand and solidify her aura. This puts her in the center of a much larger version of herself. This gives her increased size, strength, and durability. She can only use her semblance for a short amount of time, and she is left exhausted after its use. Which is why it’s more of a last resort. When using her semblance, her weapon expands with her new size. This is why it’s so heavy.
Nyx Buvelle -- 17 --- Team EBNE Nyx is actually a tall girl, standing at around 6'. While her build is a bit slim, it's actually quite mature for someone her age. She has curves to die for. Her skin is extremely pale because of the way she was raised. Her hair is extremely long, easily reaching down past her waist to near her knees. She usually keeps it styled into long ponytails though, and they still reach to around her mid thigh. The color of her hair is light blue. Her eyes are a bright, silver color. They seem to lack the vibrancy her hair brings, even if they are bright. Lilith wears a loose, white, wide necked shirt with large sleeves that go to just above her elbow. In the middle of the shirt is her symbol, colored black. She then wears skin-tight sweatpants that reach to around her mid shin. They are colored a silver that shines a bit. There are also black stripes that go down the outside and inside of her legs, as well as down the middle of the front and back of her groin. There are also black rings around the edges, including the waist and cuffs. On her feet are white sandals with slight heels on them. Around her neck she usually wears headphones with a silver band and white speakers. The cushions on the speakers are black. Also on the sides of the speakers are black symbols like the one on her shirt. Nyx could be described as a true party girl, if she knew what that was. She's always happy and smiling. She loves being around people and she brightens up every room she walks into. She also over expresses all of her emotions. Something she picked up from not being able to speak. Those around her have no problem understanding what she's feeling. She's actually scared of being alone or abandoned. It's why she clings to people so much, and also why she sometimes has trouble keeping friends. She's also extremely innocent and ignorant to the world she lives in because of how she was raised. Which means she’s sometimes left clueless in most situations. Doesn’t mean she stops smiling though. She’s definitely an interesting person to be around. Nyx’s weapon is very unique and special. It consists of a turntable that is mostly holographic displays that she can give light touches on to activate the systems. The holograms are a bluish green. It is shaped in a slight curve meant to be in front of her. Attached to the front are large speakers with a small space between them at the center-front. There are a total of eight speakers with four on each side. The first three speakers on each side are close together in the shape of a triangle. The closest two to the center are the largest and are shaped like hexagons. The next biggest make up the rest of the bottom of the triangles and are also shaped like hexagons. The tops of the triangles are made up of the next smallest speakers that are shaped like pentagons. There are four speakers that are the smallest and are on the outside edges. They are shaped like pentagons and face out to the side. The speakers are mainly black, with blue outlines on the inside. (For a reference look at the Concussive version of DJ Sona from League of Legends.) It’s called Kyma. Also, since Nyx is mute, she figured out how to channel a voice through the speakers so that she could talk to those around her. It’s electronic sounding with a slight musical tone to it, but very clearly female. Her aura colour is neon blue, and her symbol is a heart made with a bass clef and treble clef. || Nyx’s weapon channels her semblance, Melody, through it to give it a significant power boost. Her semblance allows her to use sound, specifically music, to attack her enemies and support her teammates. Since her weapon is connected to her through her aura and channels so much of it, that when in use it not only floats by itself, it lifts Nyx herself into the air. She can float about a foot off of the ground when using her weapon regularly. She can also sit on her weapon while it's floating and control its movements. While she's floating, her hair floats a bit as well, flowing out behind her. When not in use, her weapon can be strapped to her back and carried around with ease.
Thalia Kami -- 43 --- Team TALE (disbanded) Thalia is a taller than average woman, standing at 5’9. Her skin is a bit pale, but otherwise quite normal. Her build is average as well. She’s not skinny, but she isn’t fat. She’s not bulging with muscle, but she isn’t scrawny either. Her hair is black, with what seems to be a few highlights of gray. It’s pulled back into a messy bun, though her bangs hang around face. Her eyes are a glowing gold, like a hawk. Thalia wears a white, button up, dress shirt, with a black blazer over that. She keeps two buttons on the blazer buttoned, unless she’s fighting in which she unbuttons them so she can move freely. She then wears a black, knee length skirt with a cut up the right side that reaches her mid-thigh to allow her to move freely at all times. She then wears golden stockings, with black heels on her feet. Around her neck she usually has a golden scarf, with her symbol printed in black on both ends, on both sides. She carries a mug around her at all times. It’s colored black, with the symbol of Beacon printed in gold on its side. Thalia is extremely laid back. She never seems to be in a hurry for anything. She always has a lazy smile on her face wherever she goes. This can be very annoying for people who have somewhere to be. She's very nice however, and can actually hold a conversation pretty well. She's a great ally to have since not only can she hold herself in a battle, she takes care of her allies. She watches their backs, and always supports them if they need it. While most would think a woman like her wouldn't do much on the battlefield, she actually gets quite serious in battle. There's no room for underestimating opponents and lazing off. Battles are probably the only thing she takes seriously. Sometimes if a situation is serious enough, but not usually. She won't laugh at a funeral for example. It's also hard to make her mad, so she sometimes doesn't give the punishments she should. Just like everything else, she doesn't really take anything the students of his school do seriously. Probably the only thing she ever gets furious about is hurting comrades on purpose outside of training. She's not okay with that. Also any killing of innocence. There are limits. Otherwise she's got a smile on her face and is laughing away the crime. Her weapons are a pair of hand cannons (like from Destiny). They can combine together to form a double bladed sword. It’s a very simple weapon when it comes down to it. The names of her hand cannons are Fotia and Atsali. The sword form is named Spathi. Her aura colour is a golden color, and her symbol is crossed pistols with a shield behind them and a double-edged sword on top of all of it. || It is unknown what her semblance actually is. There are rumors, and guesses, but no one actually knows. Her semblance, Dispel, is her ability to make all semblances ineffective against her. She can’t be fooled by illusions, or vanishing, or anything like that. She can’t be changed or moved. Things being moved by a semblance can’t touch her. It’s like she somehow dodges it, but it actually just bounces away like there’s a forcefield around her. Semblances mean nothing around her, basically.
Loki Atlas -- 17 --- Team JCKL WIP Loki’s weapon is quite interesting. It’s a deck of flexible, metal cards infused with different kinds of dust for different effects. He activates the dust within them right before he throws them with a spark of his aura, causing them to glow with the element within them. Blue for ice, red for fire, yellow for lightning, and so on. He has them mixed in with real playing cards though, using several decks of those for misdirection and tricks. He’s been known to vanish in a cloud of playing cards. He also throws real cards as well to make people think he’s not throwing the real weapon, so they don’t dodge when he throws an actual weaponized card. It is called Fortuna. His aura colour is forest green, and his symbol is a spread of five cards, representing a full house, with the front card having a harlequin har carved out of it to represent the joker. || His semblance, called Destiny, gives him the ability to create illusions around him. How strong they are depends on how close to him they are when he creates them. Though if he’s able to focus and not move, he can make them as strong as he wants up to almost fifty yards away.
Lotus Hayai -- 25 --- White Fang Partner Lotus is a smaller woman in stature, standing at 5'5. That doesn't mean she isn't extremely dangerous though. Her build is slimmer and more compact, meant for for speed and agility. Her skin is a bit pale honestly, but that comes from being in hiding for most of her life. Her hair is long, reaching down to around her mid back in waves. It's colored a dark purple. She usually keeps it styled in two different ways. When she's relaxing, she usually just lets it hang. If she's traveling, or she knows she's going to be fighting, she puts it up in two buns on the top of her head with the rest left to hang as ponytails (Like Sailor Moon). Her eyes are a bright pink with a purple tinge around the pupil and edge of her iris. She wears a tight, black tank top made of mesh, as well as tight, black shorts. Over all of this though, she wears a dark purple kimono with sleeves that reach to about her mid forearm, and only goes down to just past her mid thigh. There are a couple of light pink lotus flower designs on it here and there, as well as a light pink version of her symbol in the middle of her back. She wears a dark pink obi around her middle, with a black sash around her waist. The ends of the sash are tied above her left leg and fall down to her knee. On her feet she wears black shinobi sandals. Not the best when it comes to fashion, but very useful when it comes to actually fighting in them. Lotus is the definition of evil. She's cunning, ruthless, ambitious, and worst of all; completely insane. On top of all this though, she's a strategic genius. Everything she does has a motive and plan behind it. She doesn't have very many friends thanks to this. Well the evil and crazy don't help either. She's an expert at getting what she wants and hiding her emotions. Unless she's furious, then it's pretty obvious. She never works in a direct way, but she isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. She doesn't have time for friends or emotions, she has a goal to achieve. At least most of the time. Sometimes the crazy takes over, she lets loose. She's a ticking time bomb of evil, and she's smart. It's not exactly a winning combination. Never turn your back. Ever. Her weapons are a pair of bladed fans. They are actually fans made of blades. When folded up, with a simple flick, the blades can be launched one at a time like throwing knives. It almost seems like there’s an infinite amount of blades sometimes. The names of her weapons are Kage and Ha. Her aura colour is lilac, and her symbol is a lotus flower made of sharp looking petals, which probably represent blades, with an unfurled fan behind it. || Lotus’s semblance, called Sakura, gives her the ability to dissolve her body into cherry blossom petals, and move that way. This allows her to get into places most people wouldn’t. It also makes it easy to escape, as she can’t be easily hurt in this form. She can also transport other people this way, but it’s very risky to the other person.

♢ Erika Youji -- 17 --- Team Ebony (Leader)
Erika Youji is nothing like her older brother Youji. Whilst her brother looks to always be wearing what's in fashion she is more laid back in looks. She is a average girl measurement wise. Standing at 5'4" in height, and weighing 102 Ib she doesn't have any fancy outgoing appearance. Well at least she thinks so, but really a lot of people say she is the definition of a samurai. She has a lean body mass, the kind that makes her look skinny, but she is quite well built muscle wise. She has a sharp face that gives her a more serious look. Her hair is a elegant black shade that is long in length, however she tends to keep it in a ponytail that falls to her back. She does however allow two strands of her hair fall down across her face on the left, and right side for no apparent reason. Coming from a well known family she does have her more fancy hairstyle that she uses for her family parties, or any party she decides to go to. She has a pair of dark blue eyes that are small, and more sharp that continue to give off her samurai look. Her eyebrows like her eyes are quite thin, and not very noticeable. Her nose is of the sharp, and pointy variety however like most of her facial features it is quite small. Her ears follow suit aswell however they are always hidden beneath her hair. As for clothing she tends to wear white all the time. The main feature of the outfit is the snow white trench coat like jacket that travels all the way down to her feet. Along with the jacket is a black tee-shirt that has a V-neck type design. Her pants are snow white like the jacket, and are quite close fitting not for fashion, but she claims it gives her more ease when fighting. She also oddly enough wears glasses, a pair of snow white glasses to match her outfit. The glasses are quite thin, and easily breakable looking, however she manages to keep them from falling off her head.
Erika is very much like her appearance at first glance, a samurai like woman. She is very elegant, and takes her actions very seriously this is most likely due to the fact she doesn't want to be anything like her 'loser' of a big brother. In fact she feels he is a disgrace to the family, and that she must make up for him. So she spent her childhood studying, and training to become a good swordswoman. She has a huge ego to the point where she thinks she knows everything however at the end of the day while she can back up her words on being a skilled swordswoman she isn't as perfect as she makes herself out to be. While training with her blade, and archery she picked it up well, however on the other hand of school she lacks. She isn't the smartest of people in fact she runs in head first in everything which leads her to not be the best at strategy. She always barely passes classes, and well she's never the top student in knowledge. She is also quite aloof, the kind of person you need to call five times before she finally hears you. She always gets stuck in day dreams. This is why Lars, and anyone else who is close to Erika laugh when people claim she's a good huntress. She puts on the act of a perfect samurai when in fact she is far from it. A lot of people say she is like a cat when it comes to being social she is very anti-social most of the time, but at some point she'll become the opposite and crave attention.
Erika uses a katana she deems the Nakajima. The blade is quite long, but thin at the same time. The hilt of the blade is raven black, whilst the blade part is quite weird. Instead of the normal tint of steel the blade is a perfect white shade. At the hilt is a button that when clicked sends a string up to the blade, and a protective layer over the blade turning Nakajima into a bow. For this she always carries dust powered arrows in a quiver that rests on her back. The bow causes her to be a lot slower with shots, but more accurate by opting for a bow instead of a gun.
Erika's aura is white, and has a dragon outline that appears around her. || Erika's semblance is known as the speed of the dragon. This ability allows her to run quickly to enable closing space between her, and her target. This ability also allows her to run across water, and up trees.
♢ Lars Youji-- 18 --- Team Stallion
Lars the older brother of the samurai queen Erika. At least that's how everyone knows him, which annoys him to no end. He is quite different from his younger sister who takes after their mother almost perfectly. Lars takes after his father which causes the two to look nothing the same. While his sister is an elegant woman he is a showoff male. He always changes his outfits, and tends to wear flashy clothing, and weird hairstyles. As for his body type he is quite muscular in the upper body, but average in his legs. He has a strong chin that gives him a somewhat intimidating look. His eyes are a dark brown shade, and he has thin but sharp eyebrows that are always angled a bit down. He is always rocking a smile. His hair is quite odd having bangs that cover his face, and two large spikes in the back. He claims this is the in hairstyle though not really anyone else has it. As for clothing he is wearing a new set for the year that'll change. As of right now he wears a silk button up white tee shirt that is opened at the top revealing his pecks. He is also wearing a pair of red gloves however those never change since those clothes are his weapons. As for pants he wears a pair of white dress pants, with a red belt. He also tends to wear a necklace that has a picture of his girlfriend who was killed during an Grimm attack on his home village. She was also the reason he chose to become a hunter.
Lars is much like one would expect from the man. He is a cocky, showoff who while sometimes can back up what he says most of the time he falls flat on his face. He didn't spend his childhood training like Erika so he doesn't have that going for him, and the one thing he has the same has his sister is his poor academics. A lot of people say he is more comedic relief then someone to rely on. He's the kind of guy to come up with weird names for each of his attacks, and scream them before using the move removing any element of surprise of his target. He's very flirty with the ladies which is another reason his sister claims he disgraces the family. Despite losing his first true love to the grimm he doesn't harbor hatred for them, he merely wants to be more useful if he's ever in that situation again. Though even know he's not the best hunter, nor even a good one, or a okay one. The only thing he's got going for him is his ability to always be happy, and his ability to talk himself out of most situations.
Lars' weapons are those red gloves mentioned earlier. They are power gauntlets that work like brass knuckles basically, but a lot worse. Despite their appearance they are quite heavy, and most people who aren't trained to pick them up normally fall to the ground. However to Lars they are like normal gloves one would wear to do dishes, and other chores. They have the ability to shoot a net out of them that when connected sets of an electric current to shock the target. Overall he's a close range fighter, and needs to be in range to do either of his attacks.
Golden yellow with a dragon that swirls around the aura.|| Lars' semblance is known as the shield of the dragon. It blocks of any attacks however not attacks that would harm him. Instead the shield is used on his partners, and the cost of using it is that while his partner doesn't take damage, instead he does. A very costly semblance, but he loves it as he'd give up his own life to save a comrade's.
♢ Nero Vels -- 20 --- Team Crown
What to say about the young Nero Vels? He is a mystery to most people to the point where no one knows the real Nero. So I guess the first place to start would be the young lads appearance. He has a sharp, and sly facial structure that is always locked in a poker face. No emotions are ever shown on this male's face. His eyes are sharp, and locked in a somewhat glare. They have a dark brown tint to them though most say his eyes are just blade. His eyebrows are thin, and pointed as if he's always annoyed at something. As for his hair he rocks a longish hairstyle, hairs that follows to about his the start of his neck in the back, and in the front it reaches down to about his nose. Speaking of his nose he has a sharp nose that is quite average in size. The male doesn't have any physical scars to be spoken of though his eyes always show a bit of hatred for something. A hatred that is always clearly he holds on the white fang. He wears a raven black jacket that has the collars pointed up, and with that a dark white dress shirt. The jacket as a raven on the back of it with it's talons out to attack. He also wears a pair of black dress pants. As for his physical structure the male is quite small standing only 5'5" in height, and only weighing 120. He doesn't have any muscles to boast about even if he was one to boast. In fact he has a pretty child like body despite being twenty. He tends to wear sunglasses, or at least they look like sunglasses. Though really they are a headset he built that helps him read enemies' weapons, and skills. In design they are raven black with a dark tint in the glass. When activated a raven symbol appears in the front of the glasses.
Mentally Nero is unreadable, and anti-social to most people. He gives off the cool mature male though his body might beg to differ with that look. He is quite annoyed by everything, and he's not one to hide the fact if you are annoying him. He'll tell you off quickly, and is quick to make enemies with people who just wanted to be friends. He considers himself a lone wolf despite being in a team. He is quite a tactician in battle, and overall a genius. This makes up for his clear inability to outpower anyone. He was always considered weak. His dark tone is given since the few who know of his past. He was the son of a rich family in Atlus, and the amazing pianist. He lived a life of luxury for most of his childhood. However the white fang orchestrated an attack on his family's manor killing everyone they could. Except for Nero, as his father led him to an escape route. Nero watched as his family's prized manor was burnt to the ground. Oddly enough he did not cry, no in fact he merely turned away. Though the boy was a hurt of course, and that day he promised to kill the white fang woman who killed his father and mother. Ever since then the man has been a closed book to everyone. The only things people know about Nero is his love the piano, and how smart he is.
Nero's weapon is called Excalibur, named after the legendary blade. Since he's not the strongest, or fastest guy he uses two other items. His homemade sunglasses that help him read enemy attacks, and a set of light armor. Excalibur is a basic looking sword, though it can turn into a revolver which is the main use Nero uses it for since he's not very strong. He focuses on shooting, or when he does use the sword out smarting the target so he can get behind it.
Black || Nero semblance is the ability to instantly teleport to an ally. When doing this he leaves raven feathers. This ability is used for escaping an attack most of the time. However it does have another use. If his team mates stand in a circle he can quickly teleport to each of them making a tornado of bird feathers that'll confuse the enemy leaving for a chance to get a deadly attack in, or escape. This ability is called the Raven's flight.
♢ 'Snake' -- 27 --- Team Primrose
Finally we reach the white fang member Snake. She is quite the character. She stands at a average height, and weighs a average weight. Nothing special there. Really her appearance is nothing special she rocks the girl next door look, which she loves to use to her advantage. Being a faunus of the cat nature she has two cat ears, and a tail. However she uses two metal plates to hide her ears, and a cape for her tail. This isn't because she is ashamed of her race, no she quite enjoys being a cat, despite choosing to be called Snake. She hides her cat features so she gets an advantage when the white fang go on missions, since at first glance she looks like a normal human chick. Plus it's more fun to her to see people react to getting killed by her when she looks like a human. Anyways as for the rest of her she has long dark brown hair that is in a ponytail style, and has two long sets flow past her shoulders. Her eyes are a forest green shade, and have a gentle look to them. Nothing screams out how messed up of a person she is mentally. She wears a white, and green dress along with black leggings, and a red cape that has golden shoulder pads. This gives her a knight look another way to trick people into thinking she is on of the good guys.
Now onto the fun part. Snake is very much like her names claims her to be. She is a snake the kind of person to befriend people just to stab them in the back. She once dated a human just to see his face when she killed his entire family. She is sadistic in her true nature however she acts sweet, and innocent to everyone. You'll either get the girl next door treatment, or the goofy wanna kill everyone treatment. She doesn't really care about how faunus are treated, no she fights just for the sake of fighting. She loves being considered a bad girl, and plays the role quite fittingly. However she has her normal side as well. She enjoys reading, and if she wasn't in love with killing she'd make a good teacher because she is caring to her friends, the few she has. She'll go out of her way to help someone she likes. She isn't all evil just like no one is truly all evil, but her evil definitely outweighs any good.
Snake has a whip weapon she calls Viper. It's a red whip with thorns on it that she is a master at using. It has no second hand ability, nor does she wish it did. She likes to keep her main weapon simple. However she does carry around a sleep dart gun just in case she needs it if anyone gets to close to her.
Purple || Snake's semblance is called Toxin. Her hands become a poisonous touch, and it carries onto any weapons she using. The toxin isn't to deadly if treated, or if only a little bit got you. However if a lot, or left untreated the toxin can kill.
